Wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Seattle. Gabby was so helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciated her personalized service. She went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend Gabby to anyone visiting Mercedes-Benz of Seattle!
Great experience buying a new vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Seattle! Friendly, competent staff. Easy to work with. Smooth transaction. I recommend this dealership!
From the time I walked into the building until I left. The team there is awesome. Very attentive and helpful. From the conversation to the pretty little bottle of water. I must say Gabrielle is a great host. Anyone looking for a vehicle just know you will be treated very well..
My first time at Mercedes Benz of Seattle, and I can say that my experience was excellent. Bill Bellecourt is my advisor and Brett is the technician. Both of them are professional and just the feel on how my car drive, shows that Brett did and excellent job and he took care all of the recalls. After my service, I headed to sales to ask for assistance on Mercedes Me. Jon in finance was gracious to set me up. Thank you all for making this experience worthy of 5 stars. I will definitely be back.
Sam our salesman was awesome and if we ever went back to buy another car I would go to him. He was great with my son and made it a great experience even for him. Thank you Sam for the caring and awesome person you were to us.
Brought my car in for an auxiliary battery replacement. The service rep told me it should be pretty straightforward and wouldn’t take much longer than 15-20 minutes. After waiting for about 40 minutes I went to the desk to check on the status, and was told it was almost finished but was going to cost me $600. Obviously this is outrageous, and so after asking why it was so expensive my sales rep told me he would speak to his manager about the price. I was pleased when the sales rep informed me that the price would be adjusted to less than $400. However, my pleasure quickly faded when, after waiting another hour, I finally got my car back only to discover after driving away that the few dollars in petty cash (roughly $8) had been stolen from my center console. I called the sales rep back to discuss and he assured me that I would receive a call from his manager the next day to discuss further. I have yet to receive any kind of follow up. I probably would have let the $8 slide if they had done a decent job washing my car, but the wash was absolutely pathetic. They didn’t even bother to dry the passenger side windows. Absolutely horrendous experience.
We were very pleased with the professionalism of the staff at Seattle Mercedes Benz. Because of the staff there, starting with our salesman, Robert Spring, my son & I both bought cars hereEveryone was kind & considerate, knowing you have lots of questions & concerns when making a large purchase of an automobile. They gave us fair prices on our trade ins & made purchasing seamless. Definitely we recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!
Arby is a rockstar! Super polite, knowledgeable and most important, trustworthy.Yet another reason why I won’t buy any other brand of car, the service at Mercedes Seattle is worth it’s weight in gold!
Found a car online that looked good and priced right. I contacted Robert in sales and he made the whole process painless. No games, just a well run organization. I am a happy new car owner!
My appointment was at 7 am for an oil change. I asked how long the service would take and was told an hour so I decided to wait. I sat in the waiting room where the tv was and it was never turned on. After an hour and a half someone comes over and tells me my car was finished and going for a wash. I go to the counter to pay and the service rep tells me I’m missing an oil stick. I informed him that it’s been missing and that there was supposed to be one ordered. He tells me to hold on and goes back to check with parts. After 5 or so minutes he tells me that it will be mailed to me and that my car was next to be washed. I pay for my service and still had to wait another 10 before my car was finished. The service was too long there were no updates the waiting room was uncomfortable and there was just a lot of confusion and finger pointing by the staff. Very disappointed with the service especially for the amount of money being spent for it.
Had a great experience with Remy Nguyen as my sales point of contact.Easy to setup my test drive with and had a very seamless and smooth buying experience. He was very helpful with answering any questions, gave me a bunch of financing options and were able to get me a great rate.Would definitely recommend reaching out to Remy in case you’re thinking of buying or leasing.
Being there for three days, I was almost ignored all the time. You would think as I walked out the door that someone would at least recognize me. One girl I walked by looked directly at me and I was 2 feet from her and said hi and she just walked by. That is not what the service center should be like. But mostly Patrick at the service desk (my advisor) completely ignored me. Not once in three days did he ever walk back to the waiting area to give me any updates or answers to any of my questions. What he did, was to tell me how busy he is, how overworked he is, how he didn’t get a break all day, and on and on. When I took it in for my appointment the first day, he said I was only there to drop it off. I asked him to please at least analyze and find out what was wrong with it so I would have an idea whether I should get a hotel, or fly back home. As, I live in this all summer long.Keith in management was excellent, Jacob and the other men in the sprinter area we’re all excellent, and very helpful. I would give them five stars.
Nickolay is a great salesman. Highly recommend him for anything Mercedes. Thx Seattle MB
With two kids in tow, a car to trade in and all of the excitement and stress that comes with buying a new car, Keith and Michael made the experience fun and easy. We had lots of time to burn so got intimately acquainted with every feature of our new Metris camper van. You could tell how proud they were of the cars they offer as well as the top notch service. Super conversational, helpful and thorough. Thank you!
Erik Bryar and Pepe were awesome with helping me out in a crazy situation. I appreciated their patience and creativity when helping me get four wheels put on my car. Thank you so much.
Excellent service! I just recently had my B service before moving to Seattle and it was recommended that I have my rear brake pads replaced soon. Well, after Tiffany noticed that their pricing was higher than what was quoted from my previous dealer, she applied a coupon that beat their price. Mind you, I didn’t have to ask! They’ve definitely earned me as a loyal customer.
Best experience buying our sprinter. Highly recommended
Everyone I dealt with in the service department was knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely friendly.
Mercedes Benz of Seattle is the place to go if you’re looking for a dealership that has friendly, professional and all around good people! The finance director Richard LeMaster was the kind of person that everyone buying a car wishes they could get to help them! Without him we would not have gotten our great deal! Our salesperson Robert Spring worked tirelessly for us until he got everything just right. They both were amazing and you should definitely ask for them when you go there!
If there was a star lesser than 1, I’ll rate it that. Me and a friend of mine visited this dealership for test driving and potentially purchasing a car. It seemed like no one was interested in selling a car. The staff did not have in-depth or sufficient information about the models and inventory. We were frequently left unattended and no one was just interested in answering any questions properly.
I have been having my car serviced here for a decade and have not always felt the love. But I sure did today. Very efficient and fairly priced. I particularly appreciate their classy new name tags which clearly spell out their vaccination status.
Excellent service. Stori is the absolute best!!! Thank you
Very professional service as far as the parts department goes in Seattle. They go above and beyond concerning allocating parts that are sometimes difficult to identify. This is from Best Service and Repair.
They provided terrible services, after you purchased a car, they won’t do anything to treat you as a loyal customer. All they want just make money from you and don’t care what you think! They even don’t take a look what they have done on the car and just made you go there again 2….If I can have one more chance I won’t buy Benz at this location ! Never again!
Due to missing parts when I took my vehicle in for a recall Mercedes-Benz of Seattle sent a service truck to my home when the parts were available. That saved me a day of travel. They have earned our business. Jacob What more did a fine job.
This was probably one of the best experiences that I had buying a car. Michael Zheng understood what I needed and found the right solution and he anticipated what I what I wanted. I was very appreciative to his integrity on pricing and making sure I had choices without trying to influence my choice. He was very personable and made me feel right at home. Financing and paperwork was great, choices for protection without being too pushy, but, giving real life examples for the protection. Lots of smiles.
Tiffany got me in and out as quickly as possible.Waiting room is comfortable.Have been bringing my cars here for years and they always deliver great service. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Service and the quality of care really does making you feel special even for the minor services. Makes you proud of buying a Mercedes.
Jacob and the staff at Mercedes of settle were professional and courteous.. I drove up from Portland to have service done and I can say it was worth the drive
Great, low pressure team put me in a wonderful car at a great price. They made a lifelong Mercedes of Seattle customer out of me.
Customer service is disappointing. I would have gone anywhere else if the car I wanted was available even 100 miles away from me. Unfortunately only this location had the car in the color I wanted. No followup even after calling, emailing multiple times. No apology even when you say that you are frustrated because on every call you are told that they will call you back. I had to tweet about this before getting a call back. Not a very bad experience overall but wouldn’t want to go to them again.Mercedes Benz of Bellevue is way better.
Sasha Losic was great to work with and I had a great experience overall.Sasha is a great listener and communicator and helped me navigate the repairs that needed to be done. 😊
This is an incredibly customer focused service center. They handled multiple repairs/recalls with efficiency and competency. Definitely take your MB here. Thx Ray, (Fox Island WA)
They were very helpful and made my purchase process easy and stress free! Great place with great staff!
I had good experience at Seattle showroom. Ella was assisting us and even after we bought the car she was quick in responding. The car was ready outside when we went to pick up which was nice.
Excellent service is a consistent theme from Bill and his team!
My service went well and was on time. Easy to book too. I asked if I could purchase a non-skid pad for my car charger that an auto-detailer had apparently misplaced, and Arby ordered one for me and gave it to me free of charge! He even put it in my car for me! First-class service!
I took my car into the dealership on August 21 I picked it up on August 24 and the things that I had asked to be repaired or not repaired so I left it there with instructions to repair the original things that I had taken it in for. Two weeks later I get a call back to say I’m sorry we forgot your car it’s been sitting here but will get to it asap. Another two weeks roll by no call I finally called him Eric says he’s been out of town for a couple weeks and no one has worked on my car still. I picked it up today after 41 days of them having it nothing has been fixed and all they could say was they are sorry. They have been shorthanded
As someone who doesn’t like the process of buying a car - this dealership was not pushy and honestly this was one of the best car purchasing experiences I’ve had. Very nice people here.
Had a great experience there buying my first Mercedes. It was a CPO and the vehicle was in great condition and they gave an excellent trade-in of my car. Zak Elhabbassi was a great rep with both pre-sales and after sales and ensured that I had a great experience.
We recently purchased a vehicle from them. We had a great experience with their sales team. They were very professional and easy to work with.
Great communication! I love working with Bob he explains everything well and takes cate of business. I’ve been a customer for a long time and will continue to be.
Excellent customer care, I test drove 2 cars, bought one (traded mine in) and was out the door within 2 hours...theyre efficient, easy to work and straightforward. Highly recommend the dealership!
Super professional, and the loaner they gave me was absolutely amazing. Riley is the best. 10/10 A+
Terrible customer service. Visited this place to buy back my leased car and had informed the concerned agent about my visit and have all the necessary documents ready. Despite these, they made me wait for 2+ hours and also manipulated the buy out quote by adding the processing fee at multiple locations (yes, not kidding). When pointed out, the so called general manager casual walks in and says it is just $300 and why Im creating such hue and cry about it. Can you believe it? Never going back to this dealership ever again.Updated (on 08/11/2021)Its been 8 weeks since I purchased my car and I still havent received my loan papers and plates. The temp registration tags have expired and supposedly my first monthly payment is already due, but I cant make the payment as I dont have the basic details such as account number etc.. (which was supposed to be sent by the dealer) needed to create an online profile. Despite my repeated emails and texts, there is no response from the dealership. When I called them yesterday, the concerned sales rep tells me that he has nothing to do with it and I should follow-up with the DMV office and the bank and sort it out. Seriously? Then, Im not why they charged me $300 processing fee for. Im going to the consumer court and deal with them there.
Ive worked with Bob Barlow in service and Sig Linke and his team in parts for over 10 years. Responsive, fast, friendly and they are always on top of what ever I need done. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.
They provided terrible services, after you purchased a car, they won’t do anything to treat you as a loyal customer. All they want just make money from you and don’t care what you think! They even don’t take a look what they have done on the car and just made you go to the store again and again. All they did just keep saying sorry, sorry, we are sorry….If I can have one more chance I won’t buy Benz at this store! Never again!
DO NOT BUY ANY SERVICES. They outsource the auto service to Northwest Auto Shield. The quality of product they are using is really low. The Benz store never double check the result. When I report this issues, they do not really care but just ask you come and and let that company to redo it. Then turns out a bad quality work again! ALSO HAS SCRACHED MY CAR AND RECEIVED BATTERY WARNINGS THIS TIME! Their service manager has defended for that auto shop and try to blame the issue is from the car itself and never proactively follow up with customer. He just kick off the ball to other service staff for another round of investigation. Then make the customer exhausted about keeping dropping and picking up the car! In all, it’s not worthy to waste the money on any services in this store. You deserve a higher standard of service in any other auto shops!
While they were swamped and it took a little extra time, I was really appreciative of how generous and helpful they were in the service department. Friendly, kind, and more than happy to honor my special request and reteach me how to use my car!
Service handled on time and quickly. I was kept apprised of progress throughout the RV service. Extra measure (checking pressure in all six tires) taken cheerfully. Thanks.
Brought 2 Sprinters in, one sprinter was put in some off site parking lot and they forgot about it and claimed I never brought it in. I asked them to check their parking lots for it. 2 weeks went by and they never did look. I had to go in and demand that they look for the vehicle. Yep, it was found so I took it elsewhere. The other Sprinter was waiting for parts to come in, they had the vehicle for months! No exaggeration, so I had the vehicle towed to a different facility (who fixed the vehicle within a week) but Mercedes already charged and received payment from my 3rd party fleet management company and told them that the work was completed. They didnt even touch the vehicle.. When the shop that towed the vehicle to their facility looked it, they said nothing was done to the vehicle and that Mercedes lied to the fleet company. Mercedes has no integrity, horrible shop down there on Airport Way.
The lack of communication provided to me was unexceptional. My advisor never once called me to update me about my vehicle while it was in for service. I called every day for the 4 days they had my vehicle and could never reach a manager or any advisor. I had no loaner car because none were available so I was without a car for 4 days in the rain. I had to work and also have a child in grade school that I had to walk to and from school due to this. I was not given updates, and did not know what work was even being performed on my car since it had been there. I requested only a diagnostic test and a battery check and for something so simple, it was really unbelievable that I was having these issues. So I had to physically drive down to the dealership and speak to someone in person before getting answers.Upon arriving I was told that the mechanic had just went to lunch so I needed to wait at least 30 mins until he came back to know what work was done. My advisor was nowhere in sight. The advisor that did help me was very rude and did not have answers for anything. It took them almost 45 minutes to locate my car and bring it out to me after being told to wait in the lobby for more assistance. Then upon leaving one of the workers who sits outside where cars are pulled in told my mom that my advisor who was supposedly RILEY had no longer worked for Mercedes. I’m not sure if Riley was ever even there because I was never able to get ahold of that individual. Upon calling I got told they were busy with other guest, on the floor helping customers, or just busy. Then all of a sudden within 4 days they aren’t there anymore. This was the worst service I’ve ever encountered at this location and I will never be back again! I had to argue with your advisors answering phones to pass messages that went in vain because nobody ever returned my calls. Then in person had to do the same because I was told the computers were not updated on what work was performed on my car. Normally, as a car is being worked on updates of some sort at some point are provided. In this case, I received none and the level of top tier customer service was by far the worst and I will not recommend this location to anyone.
Over the past 25 years I have purchased nearly 60 cars, I love cars and probably should see a therapist about how many I buy. That being said, I know a good dealer from a mediocre dealer. My purchase and service experience has been outstanding, I care about price, service and ability to fix small issues that arise. I did see other reviews that don’t share my opinion - here are my thoughts if you choose to visit.Be clear upfront of what you want (Time and budget).Ask for one of their managers if you want to talk to someone. They value you - and you are giving them money - they’ll gladly meet with you if that is what you want. This isn’t a battle, you want to buy a car and they want to sell one. They’ll do anything they can within reason to make you feel good about the deal.Locally owned. To me I enjoy locally owned businesses - so by doing business with them you are supporting local jobs.Awesome GM and Owner. A benefit of being locally owned.60 plus cars, by far one of my favorite dealers.
Stori was my advisor. She was really helpful and quick to responding to my text. My first time coming to this location, and it was an overall great experience. I will be using them as my main Mercedes hub while I live here!
Took over 3hours for an A service. Did not have a courtesy station for refreshments or even coffee. Lounge TV was not operating properly. The car wash wasn’t operational. Liz was courteous and professional. I have been serviced better at other Benz dealerships.
Great experience- shout out to Stori. She is thorough and a pleasure to work with. Happy with services, loaner car and outcome.
Keith in the Sprinter dept is the best! Knows his stuff and is devoted to his customers. David in finance was great, too,
The employees were extremely helpful in trying to show different cars. However none of the car details and features were explained or showed to us instead we were given pages with a list of things it came with. The car I ended up bringing home had been sitting in the lot for 100+ days I didn’t realize it wasn’t detailed it even had spider webs !!!! Which I truly feel they owe me a detaling for my car I mean I spent so much money on it I deserve a decent clean car as well. I also went to get my windows tinted and the back window actually has a lot of scratches too and heat lines scratched off so small details but it adds up and it’s Mercedes… so not too impressed. This is also my first Mercedes I own too we took a flight from tri cities to Seattle just to purchase one and it didn’t meet the standards at all if I’m completely honest.
The best experience I had buying a car. Zack is the man you should be looking for, he is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him.
Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Sales and financing were great. The guy at the front desk when we arrived left me there waiting without acknowledgement until he was done doing whatever he was doing on his computer. We bought a used Toyota from the dealership. While they were friendly and we received a good deal on a good vehicle I was surprised at how dirty the car was inside. The glass cleaner they used left a white residue everywhere and has been difficult to clean out of the air vents and speakers. I guess if it isnt a Mercedes you are buying they dont spend the time to clean the vehicle first. Oh well, we got a good car. Just giving an honest opinion!
Gabe helped us lease a car today, and she was super helpful throughout the entire process. I am very satisfied with the service.
My experience with MB was great! I called to inquire about the car. Michael Zheng was my sales person. He was very professional, courteous, honest in assessing the car during our video, and great to work with! Since I am an out of state buyer, the dealership has a policy to hold the car with a down payment until I can physically see and drive the car which is great. Michael picked me up and returned me to the airport after my visit which went very quick and smooth.I definitely endorse Michael and MB of Seattle. Thank you again to MB of Seattle and their team for the wonderful experience and valuing your customers!!
Extremely slow and expensive service that utilizes advisors that have absolutely 0 technical vehicle knowledge. Youll never be able to speak to a mechanic and its unlikely youll be able to get a hold of anyone in the department. I had my vehicle towed in; turned out to only be a bad battery, which still 2 weeks later Im unsure why jumping did not work. Took 13 days for them to return my vehicle to me, and only after stopping in twice un-announced both times finding they had not completed the job. Terrible. Specifically if you get an advisor named Riley McFarlane, refuse the work until it has been reassigned to another member. $675 to replace the battery.
In June of 2021, I called to schedule to have the NOX recall taken care of on my Roadtrek 3500 Sprinter van. When I found that it would take a week to do the work. I did not want to have the van tied up during the camping season so asked about after the season was done. The service manager said that would be fine and gave me a date in September which I felt would work best. Between then and September I received notice of the rear wheel speed sensor recall and called to see if they could take care of that at the same time also. The service manager said that would be no problem. So, on Tuesday Sept., 7th, I brought my rig in and dropped it off. I had heard stories of fellow Mercedes Sprinter owners having problems with having the recalls taken care of but I was assured that they would have no problems.Well, I am here to report that the work was all done by the middle of the sixth day! Just as in past experiences with Mercedes of Seattle the service and work are very good. I will recommend them to any Sprinter owner that needs to have service work done on their vehicle.
I had an awesome experience working with the Sales and Finance Team at Mercedes-Benz of Seattle. Today, my dream came true! Many thanks to Ella for her kindness and patience.
When booking my A-1 service appointment—oil, filter, and inspection—I was told that It typically takes one to one and one-half hours to complete, so I decided to wait at the dealership. There were a few simple items added to the service order—fuel and air filter— so I imagined it might take a little longer. I waited just short of three hours, at which point got up to ask whether my car wold be done any time soon. I was apologetically told that there was a backup in the service department and that my car would not be done until later that afternoon. My service advisor scrambled to secure a loaner car so I could drive home, and arranged to have a porter deliver the car later in the day.It would have been nice to know that my car was drastically delayed. I waited at the dealership three hours for nothing.
Experience with Mercedes Benz of Seattle has been the best including sales, finance. My sales agent was Hector when I bought my black beauty GLC 300 2021. And I had the best experience ever working with Hector and the team. I suggest considering Mercedes Benz of Seattle to buy your new car !The experience have been surreal and smooth. Hector has answers to all ur questions and is very very helpful throughout and even after the process.
Love the staff especially service manager Miss Story. I also like use car salesman here, very good with services.Thank you!!
I would highly recommend this place. I have been working with Erik Bryar, he was professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Erik kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.
Husmig Ohanian was super helpful. I’d suggest asking for her for a truly easy going, up front, honest, no haggling rep. She is open about what’s totally acceptable and feasible vs what has no chance in hell of happening. I texted her what I want, she filtered through inventory over a week, found exactly what I wanted and checked all my boxes.
After having my car for four weeks and telling me they were waiting on a part from Germany. I finally pickee up my car and I wish I would have tested it before I left the lot… as what I sent it in for is still not working. I can’t seem to get the service manager Keith or the general manager Amar to give me a call back to save my life. I first had issues with them giving away my loaner car and now they won’t even fix my car when they have it. It has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with Mercedes Benz of Seattle.
Service is fantastic. I go to this dealership because of friendly and efficient serviceBob was greatThe sales team is terrible. I had previously asked to buy a new car their internet team several times. I could not get a responseI mentioned it to the sales manager. She told me they use an outside agency from PortlandShe questing if I really called. I showed her the email. I told her all they had to do was explain that they could or could not provide the car. Her attitude was truly disappointing. I did by the car from another dealership. I will continue to use this dealership for service. They are great. I will not buy a car from them again. Kia and used car lots are more responsive. I understand covid impacts inventory. I don’t think it impacts being able to communicate or be professional. I own three Mercedes. I am obviously loyal and understand the Mercedes experience
Everyone is kind and helpful. Snacks and water while you wait. Clear about what you’re getting charged for. clean bathrooms and common areas.
Gabrielle and her manager David were both absolutely excellent.A+ Overall great sales experience. Thank you
Every time we have service done at this dealership, we are impressed with the quality of the service and the amazing staff. They take extra time to listen to our issues and recommend appropriate steps to be taken. They provide loaner cars when necessary and are consistently professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend using this dealership for any Mercedes service needed.
Arby was EXTREMELY helpful. He helped with getting an estimate and seemed to understand completely the dilemma I was in.My smart car has served my FLAWLESSLY FOR 10 years with only routine maintenance. Arby understood.
Had Arby A. as my service advisor and he was extremely kind and professional. Great guy overall!!! Mercedes Benz of Seattle has always been great. I’ll always bring my car there! I just need a new G wagon at msrp to make me even more satisfying. 😁
Have been trying to get ahold of someone since last week regarding title work/registration. Not one single person has returned a phone call. Virtually impossible to get ahold of a live person. Perhaps the GM should make sure his dealership is running correctly before he takes off to Dubai.Update to original post:Upon returning from his vacation, the GM has taken care of everything. He has handled everything and we are pleased.
Zak and staff were very friendly. It was a good buying experience. Would highly recommend Zak as your salesman. Mercedes Benz of Seattle had great prices on new and used. Thanks Zak and company.
Be careful of the service manager Eric Bryar. He thinks he owns the place and will trap you into answering very personal questions to make you feel belittled, as if he rules over you. This tactic is to make you feel vulnerable and dependent upon him only to get unnecessary work onto your work order just to meet his own personal financial quota. He will tell you that he has worked for Mercedes for over 25 years and knows whats best for you, only to peal your hard earned money away from your bank account. Steer clear of him, he has become calloused and knows how to read your financial worth by asking personal question that does not concern him or Mercedes. the rich will let him get away with it for the sake of pride and prestige and will walk away feeling theyve won after dishing out a lot of unnecessary money. Be careful, know what you want done, dont be afraid to say no, I know what I want done on my car and thats that. Dont let him make you feel like you need to prove your wealth to him. You dont have to prove anything to anybody. Amen.
Seamless as always…dropped car off waited for it…paid for it then went on with my day.
Sales was good but be prepared to wait for long (large part of day) to finish paperwork. Service department is quite unprofessional, costs are unpredictable (they almost always exceed the quoted costs) and disrespect customers. Often times they create issues and replace parts when not needed, and there is no audit or oversight into service technicians and bills. I would not come back unless I absolutely need too. Unfortunately none of the Mercedes dealerships in the Seattle area are any good for service, so beware when buying these cars.
Stopped in today before driving home to Portland because my coolant light came on, Arby took a look and topped it off, then checked my oil too. Made me feel like a million bucks! He is awesome 10/10 recommend MB Seattle for service
My wife and I want to buy a Sprinter Van...Yesterday the salesman there at Mercedes Benz of Seattle gave me Ten Reasons why he could not sell me one. After waiting ten minutes for him to come down out of his office he didnt even want to take the time to go through the process with us. Seriously poor salesman! Too busy working on people who come in at the end of the year to get a good deal. Oh, I get It... SEE YA! So we went to MB of Lynnwood and sat right down and spent $68,000.00 and ordered one from Alan Keith. Seattle is a CESSPOOL!!!
Revised my review of MB Seattle overall from 5 to 3 stars based on my last two (i.e. most recent) experiences with their Service department, which can be described as nonchalant at best (indifferent and lackluster also come to mind). Their Sales team continues to shine, in particular, Bright Friday, who stands out as aspiring to go over and above expectations. The change in service appears most acutely when compared to the old days as Phil Smart MB or more recently, but before the acquisition by the Swickard Group. Since the acquisition, it certainly no longer feels like a premium dealership experience… down to the details such as not drying the car after the complementary wash (leaving hard to remove water spots); to poor, or no, selection of water, drinks, or snacks in the waiting area; to waiting 10 mins or more for a simple acknowledgement by the service advisors…
I had the best car buying experience of my entire 48 years here. I was buying a used car and although it certainly didn’t come close to the price of the new, high-end Mercedes, the service was absolutely outstanding. If you get the chance to work with Dan M, you’ll be in great hands. I haven’t stopped raving to friends about the entire process.
Attention to detail is what comes to mind when I think of Mercedes of Seattle. Could not be happier with our experience and service advisor Patrick.
Wow! Wow! Wow! Had an amazing experience at MB Seattle! Bright Friday came through with a sweet deal. The experience was delightful and quick. I would definitely go back.
Mohammed Khan and Cindy Tran gave us an amazing customer experience for our first luxury car purchase. They went above and beyond in explaining different options and making sure we ended up with the car of our dreams. Thank you so much!
Great customer service, hassle free and transparent! My experience at MB Seattle could not have gone any better. Id highly recommend MB Seattle if youre interested in buying or just getting information to make an informed decision.
We were shopping for vanlife van and this dealership actually do cater to that. They have several Sprinter vans already fitted for us to test drive and look around. Great experience!
Went to test drive a car. David was ready when we arrived and had the car pulled out and ready to go. Facility and sales floor was clean, and friendly people were at door and reception desk to greet as well. I didn’t plan on buying that day, but things came together agreeably and the car is beautiful. Very happy we made the trip and happy with our experience at Mercedes of Seattle.Update and downgrade rating - at time of sale they could only locate 1 key. They explained that they would either find it or order a new one. Told us we’d hear from them that next week. Two weeks pass and I call and message. No response. A few days later I email finance manager for assistance. She sends my msg to GM and I get a response that afternoon that they are talking to the team and they’ll get back to me. Another full week later and not a word...
I have been driving Mercedes for some 50 years, in multiple countries on 3 continents. So I had a lot of exposure and opportunity to compare dealers and their service. And guess what - I have been coming back to MB of Seattle for 16 years. Their level of service and the caliber o1f their people is unmatched by the others, in 50 years and through 17 Benzes, from 190E to 600 Pulman, with a few Es, S, SLC and the rare 2.3-16s that graced my life.
Had two good people attend to us!!! Thanks guys,Lenny and your colleague!
Great Service with a friendly atmosphere. Took care of my issue right away and I was back to my business. Thanks!
We have had our 2004 Mercedes Sprinter van serviced here a few times and have always had a great experience with the team here! They always give us a thorough written explanation of everything our vehicle needs along with a explanation of what is critical and what is not as urgent. We really appreciate this type of planning and communication. The service department made us feel like our vehicle’s long term care is in their best interest as well. Really value this type of care!
