National chain store so the offerings are pretty much the same. Great selection and order online pick up in store. Good separation of customers. Got my part in about six hours- same day. The big difference in any chain are the employees. The young man that answered a question while helping another customer with a bolt meter in the parking lot answered readily about delivery times and their ordering system. When I came back in the afternoon the past was waiting. I would feel comfortable sending my sister there.
I did not catch the gentleman’s name who helped me order a part first thing in the morning, Thursday, Sept. 23rd at this location, but he was great! He was direct, fast, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He ordered the part for me right away, I was able to pick it up that afternoon on my way home, and was able to get my car running much better right away. This was immensely helpful to me and I am SO grateful, thank you!!!
The customer service reps. Are there to assist you in finding and buying products. For the most part, they do a good job at that. However, do not expect them to know much technical information about your problem unless its a minor repair. And they could improve there phone skills. But over all, they are helpfull.

Overall 10* experience. The 2 guys working this Sunday evening, less than an hour before they closed were super helpful and accommodating. They helped me get back on the road not having to worry anymore about what I thought m might of been a blown gasket. But, it was just out of oil. Lol. Anyways... I will definitely be back and to the other location near me on 108th.Cheers

They say they close at 9pm but they seem to make their own rules cause they close before the time it says on the website. And they Hella rude about it cause I told them it wasnt even close to 9 yet and they were making up excuses for them leaving early.

The clerk helped me figure out which headlamps I needed for my moms car, which required a trip to the parking lot. He didnt know offhand how they were replaced but they were too busy for me to want him to spend that time on me. A quick Google search and 10 minutes later and I was done.

The representative that assisted me was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, very helpful, went way above and beyond helping me figure out the proper engine oil for a car that I didnt know anything about because it wasnt my car. I was assisting my neighbor (car owner).
Very nice at the one in Ballard. I needed my battery charged and they were very helpful and explained everything to me. Battery testing and a full charge is free.

Watch out for Tyler! There is an employee at this location named Tyler who tried to haggle with me and change the prices of parts on the fly. Then he was taking change and money out of his pockets and not the register. Very shady business. I would not go here. My wife said she went back and he is still doing it.
Good service I had gotten extra parts for my brakes and when i went to return them got a refund, with no problems.
Bought wiper blades last night and didnt take my receipt because basic wiper blades should fit almost every car. Well... the wiper blades didnt fit and didnt come with any adaptors for top lock arms. Went back today to exchange them for the right ones and they apparently cant do a transaction lookup without a receipt. There went $60 directly into the garbage because I lost my receipt. Ill be going to a more modern business next time that either can lookup transactions or can do store credit exchanges for cases like this like literally every other store. Clean store, well stocked, nice and friendly employees, but hindered by an antiquated software system that cant perform basic tasks.
Great customer service with a personal touch. They will diagnose your vehicle with their machine for free if you have a check engine light on by reading the codes and giving you a printout. They will also install newly purchased windshield wipers for free! They stock most parts, have a specialty tool loan program and same or next day delivery on parts ordered.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive learned a lot from working on my own car, which also means Ive been coming in at least once every 2 weeks. And the knowledge just keeps comin! Thanks guys (and gals) !!

I bought a defective radiator and had to by a second one to get a refund on the first one. It turned out to be defective as well, so I went somewhe else to get a third one. They wouldnt give me a refund on the second one because of their mistake in my records. Ill never get parts there again. Also going to file a claim or lawsuit. Worst rude service as well. The manager also gave me a phony number for corporate offices. But I looked them up online.
AutoZone Auto Parts in White Center is awesome, this store has lots of different things all person might need to fix there cars if they dont have it Im shure they can order it for you . This place is very easy to find and theres plenty of parking places to park your car at .its a sweet place to visit with your family and friends #love

Tool loan program is incredible. Loaned out over $200 worth of tools (some brand new) to replace a ball joint. Ball joints replaced, tools returned and $ refunded. If the tool breaks its on them, no charge. Love it!
Probably the best customer service Ive received from an Autozone. I came in for a replacement light bulb and Darren Atwood actually gave me different options and explained the differences (I never even knew theres that there are different features for better visibility) . Okay yeah its not rocket science, regardless he took the time and showed good customer service, and for that I appreciate it.

It’s Autozone. They have the things you need to fix and fill up your car. They also have rent a tool program which is great because car tools can be expensive and you don’t usually use it all the time. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly as well.

My car overheated while in Redmond, i live in Seattle. Ordered thermostat hoes from white center auto zone. Next day shipment. When i got the parts next day, drove all the way to redmond, to find out they gave us the wrong parts!!!!!! And what was the worst, we explained that we wanted to be sure we had right part, before we drove back to fix car. When we got back to the car, thermostat was wrong part. So now i will no longer give auto zone my business!!!! They have no customer service, and at the very least, i should have been told they we sorry for mistake. But that didnt happen. So friends watch were you go. The time it took me because of the mistake, was all day!!!!
