The BMW Service and Parts departments were great! They definitely went above and beyond.

Had both of our cars serviced here. Loaner cars were clean. Everyone has been really nice and very helpful.

Everything was really great except they took nearly 5 hours to complete the job. When I booked the service I was told 1-3 hours otherwise this would have been a 5 star review.

Nice service area and waiting area. Seats are distanced. They are wiped down occasionally, but not between every guest. They have a tv. The also have courtesy vehicles or a shuttle depending on the service.

Luxurious lobby makes sense when the bill comes due! Beemers are not economy cars...but Nik my Service Advisor was prompt, friendly and efficient, even on the few days he was on vacation.

Initially I thought it might be a problem with all BMW service centers and after selling the car they dont care about the customers anymore. My experiences with one of the BMW service centers was bad enough that I promised myself I will never buy a BMW again, not because its a bad car (in fact I love my car) but because of bad customer service and terrible BMW service center which is right next to my home. After having bad experiences at another BMW service center next to my home 4 times in a row I finally gave up and decided to bring my car to BMW of Seattle service center (recommended by two of my friends who had similar experiences). BMW of Seattle is pretty far from where I live, but now I am happy that I made that decision. I can say that the experience was day and night. I also would like to especially thank Michael Mills from the service department of BMW of Seattle, he was very friendly and professional and solved my problem very efficiently. Thanks to Michael I had a very positive experience at BMW of Seattle and I no longer think all BMW service centers are the same.

BMW Seattles service department is a pleasure to use. The staff are attentive, skilled, and excellent at keeping the client informed of the service progress. So far, nobody has tried to upsell unnecessary wallet vac services. They have a large fleet of new, top-of-the-line loaner vehicles, or you can take their shuttle. Ive told them I wanted to wait there while minor maintenance is performed, and they accommodate me with fast turnaround time.If youve had a bad experience at another BMW dealer (cough cough Bellevue BMW), I highly recommend giving BMW Seattle a try.

Quite literally the most unprofessional service center I’ve ever been to. I gave this place my business for 5 years, and every interaction was shockingly bad. The front desk answers the phone like they are being greatly inconvenienced and often are just plain rude for no reason, no matter how polite I’ve been. I’ve been given wrong information on the phone multiple times which caused mix-ups, wrong appointments, grossly misquoted prices, and appointments that didn’t cover what was needed or what I had asked for. I prepaid for lifetime oil changes when I bought my car, and I was still charged for them on many occasions, with a different price and rationale each time. The service department rarely picks up the phone when trying to get answers and I’ve left many messages that were never returned. After enough frustration, I finally took my business to Bellevue, instead.
