Tidy store with only one employee available.Due to restrictions imposed during the pandemic, employees are not allowed to give swatches or swabs of product for customers to try against their skin. Employee was kind enough to test the product on white paper so I could compare shades at least.

Friendly associates, and bareMinerals has a pretty nice rewards program, too. One of my favorite brands!

I love their makeup, and my daughter and I use them exclusively. She has always gone in for complimentary Make Unders when she has Homecoming in the fall. We have always made a purchase to offset the cost of the employees time... even though it was not required in the past.This year, however, something changed with their policy. We were notified when making the appointment that there would be a required purchase (which was fine), but when we arrived we got a hard sell over and over again for skin care products that we didnt need. First, she is a teenager and has beautiful skin already. But second, even if I might have considered it, I definitely wouldnt have done it right as we were prepping for our huge event that evening. I ended up spending over $100 on products that I needed, and I felt like that more than compensated for the service of a makeover. If there is a minimum we need to spend, it would be nice for them just to tell us what it is, rather than be so pushy that I dont really ever want to go back into that store. Bad service, bareMinerals!
