Since the merger or buy out with the new company the Bartels quality of service has dropped from five star is 20 if I could give zero stars. The computer system both for billing and finding patients and prescriptions is a complete failure a complete breakdown of any ability to be functional has been my experience

Standing outside of Rite Aid and can’t get medication due to “storm” where I’m standing here and people are lining up why they can’t get their medication. Guess I need to go somewhere from now on.

Man, if you are having a bad day all You have to do is go into this Rite Aid! The ladies in the front are the best. They are so sweet and smiley. The pharmacy got me in and out after my urgent care visit like clockwork. They ticked all the boxes, fast, empathetic and professional.

We are new to the area and have never had such an amazing pharmacy experience. The staff really know the area and a genuinely interested in their customers. My son would like a better toy section through.

I have had great experience with the pharmacy staff - fast and helpful, the pharmacist makes an effort to get to know her patients and their needs. The front end staff I’ve encountered have been nice as well.

Very efficient and professional pharmacy. Kind and fast cashiers. Selection is a little slim right now, but the staff make up for that.

I was impressed with the professionalism at this store, both in front and inn the pharmacy. Even though I wasn’t a regular customer the pharmacy was super helpful and answered all my questions.

Ive always had good, friendly service from the pharmacy and the store. Got my vaccines there. I get reminder calls, but not incessantly, as with a different Pharmacy calling repeatedly to tell me to get a 3mo renewal on a 28 day limited tx.

Love the staff in the pharmacy! My last experience was amazing as always. The pharmacist took the additional time (10 minutes) to make sure I received the best price on a med that wasnt covered by my insurance. Ive been shopping here for years. The service in the store has gotten so much better lately. More clean, friendly always asking how I am doing. Maria, Rose and Mark and all of the others are super.

Pharmacy is so great, saved me over $100 by splitting my meds today! Always so friendly and fast. They treat each person as if they were family. I will always come back here for the service!

A year ago I requested an RX be filled at this pharmacy. I asked them to apply Good Rx and NationDrugCompany coupons since I did not have prescription insurance. The price they quoted me was 3 times what the coupon sites said they would be. I went elsewhere and got the discount. This year I again requested an RX with coupon applied. Again they said the cost was 3 times what the coupon discount places say. I contacted their customer care who I had talked to previously about this, and when they called me back they said they had been MISAPPLYING THE COUPON BEFORE and hence were quoting me Rx prices 3 TIMES WHAT THE COUPON website said. How many people have paid more than they needed to because of this mistake? You think they would have fixed it the first time around. If you are using a discount prescription coupon because you do not have prescription insurance, DOUBLE CHECK before you accept their quoted prices or go elsewhere to fill it.

Found exactly what I needed and quickly. A few of the items that I went into the store to purchase were even on the 75% off, discount shelf!! The items that i bought that werent on the discount shelf were incredibly LOW sale priced items!! Double win-win!! Best experience buying feminine hygiene ever in life! I bought a total of about 8 or 9 items and ONLY spent $8.12!! Epic shopper win!! And the cashier was super friendly and helpful!! Good times... Good times. 0 out 5 considering I wasnt even allowed to shop...It was My first time in this store, I went in to buy a couple toiletries, a pen and some candy. Out of nowhere the security guard says you cant be in here, you always fill up the basket and never buy anything ...I told him that this was my first visit and even asked him to say my name if he was so sure...needless to say he couldnt, but still insisted I leave...once again I had never been here...and needless to say I wont be coming back and I will urge my family and friends to avoid it as well.

The pharmacy is great! They get the refills done fast! Since i lost my insurance all my prescription went up, and i could not afford them the pharmacy tech went out of his way to find me a discout and so he saved me about 100.00 a month!!!Thanks!!I am so grateful!!!

I mostly go to the pharmacy, the service is a little uneven but there are two people working the head pharmacist Heidi and an assistant Eddie that are great. I did have some problems in the past with things not being ordered in advance but since Heidis been there its been really good.

Turns out I was terribly behind on my vaccines, pharmacist got me on a schedule to catch me up and getting them was near painless!

Pharmacy is great, prescriptions are on time, staff is friendly and professional.

Came here for Salonpas patch but Mike the tall, white guy refused to help me find it. Asked to check in inventory and he just said no and left. Very disappointed. The store looks pretty doomed, and your members bad attitude is one of the main reasons.

Never had a bad experience with the pharmacy. Been getting my grandmothers medicine from here for about 2 years now. Always friendly. Occasionally the long lines tend not to move for a while. But when you get to the counter, you are well taken care of.

I would never come to this location for a money order. I gave and counted $685 in front of 2 employees and realized they gave me a money order less of what I gave them. I Went back and the employees avoided me to fix the problem. Im highly upset. I feel like I got robbed.

I was told very rudely by the cashier that RITE AID, does not do gift receipts. I asked her in a very respectful way. she replied thats the store policy- same with the malls I am pretty sure when a customer asks for one they have to print it. I would appreciate her saying sorry idk how to. Not to mention she also said ever since the beginning the store does not do that.

Well, this place isnt bad but it isnt great. Pharmacy staff arent rude, but I find that filling my prescription always takes 10 or 15 minutes longer than they say it will. The place feels kind of dingy and the floors always seem dirty. But I keep coming here to fill my prescriptions so its not that bad. I just wish it was a little cleaner.

Ive lived in and around this neighborhood for about 20 years of the thirty years that Ive been here in Washington. Im always followed by security, and usually the counter help/cashier watches my every hand movement as if I have the store in my pockets. Yes Im a black Male in America.

A long time ago, a Filipino woman who was a cashier here was very rude. I am a male and I used to buy a lot of skincare products here. One time I went here with my friend and when I checked out, she simply said out loud toward my friend that I often bought skincare products while she was laughing and showing attitude toward me. It was non of her business and idk why she acted like that. My english was not good at that time, so I just let it go. Unbelievable woman

The pharmacy rocks!

Id give this store NO stars if I could. Staff is unprofessional and uniformed about the policies of the store they WORK for. I definitely go out of my way to a different rite aid rather than shop or refill my prescriptions. Its unfortunate because this location is 1mile from my home. They really should take a look at who they hire and their business practices.

Good prices, but always long lines to checkout stand. The staff doesnt seem to mind if you stand in line 10 to 20 minutes before getting to a casher. Ive seen another store employee standing there watching people fill our forms or waiting for something else but doesnt ring up someone in the mean time or open another cashier spot.

I only like this Pharmacy.. The only one Pharmacy I would to stay for a long time.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever filled at. As a pharmacist myself, this is despicable service. They have never once had a prescription ready when I come in, even when I call the day before and they tell me it will be filled the next day. Unbelievable how incompetent the people here are.

Pharmacist is incompetent and cant read; cant tell the difference between what is clearly a 5 and not 0. Had to be a sarcastic smart ass about it too; you earned this review sir. Wasted an hour of my time supposedly verifying what was plain as day and didnt accomplish anything. More petty problems with this ghetto pharmacy than anywhere else Ive ever visited mostly due to staff incompetence.

Looks and feels like youre in the Soviet Union circa 1982. Tired crappy ( and generally unclean) facility. Partially stocked shelves etc. The upside? Plenty of parking!
