This store, and location, in particular, has such a vast inventory of everything and everything! Must be a professionally licensed cosmetologist, nail tech, esthetician, etc, to enter. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

I visited the Burien location on Sunday and was so impressed with my shopping experience because of the store manager that I felt inclined to write. He was very knowledgeable and effiencent. He has was very well informed on all the products and had clear answers to all of my questions.

Love the staff. Really good people. There is no parking. None. No really. None even close. Your gonna be really lucky, or risk getting a ticket, or park about 10 blocks away. Find an uber. Take a bus. Order online. But just be warned. Worst parking ever. I just had to vent. Thx. I feel better now. Oh, and again, the staff is always great.

I came to buy some last minute things to do my coworkers hair and JUST because i didnt have my license on me they wouldnt let me buy anything even tho i had my cosmoprof card. i even was like i can show you my license ID number if you want and she was like SoRrY i CaNt LeT YoU BuY aNyThInG. even tho i went in last week to buy stuff and they were really nice about it and told me to bring in my license once i got it in the mail. the lady today was just very rude i WILL NOT be going back to this location.
