Been shopping here since 2016. The only nicest person here is the security guard. Usually I brushed it off the attitude of young workers here because I just wanted my dang clothes. BUT lately, I began noticing that a lot of new products like tops and skirt and tight clothes, they began carrying NO MORE THAN A SMALL SIZE. I’ve been back there 3 times over the last 2 months but could not find a normal black skirt in size Large or XL, lots of their inventories (even new arrivals) are either an Xs or S, don’t know if this is intentional to stop mid size and plus size customers from buying their clothes. Have a feeling that they are pulling a Brandy Melville here but I might be wrong, although very frustrating that I could not find my sizes in store even though inventories are stocked online.
Very diminutive in-store stocked items available for purchase. I noticed way more empty space than a retail business location should have. Staff was very kind & helpful, but there was practically nothing to but...
The inside is surprisingly spacious with two floors and a wide selection, although smaller than a lot of other stores. The reason for the star off is a smaller selection and the fact that there is no seating anywhere, would be nice to have some by the changing rooms.
Cool store but a bit too pricey for what it is
My daughter and my girlfriends favorite place to shop. I more often then not find stuff for myself too. Good nostalgic tee-shirts most of the time as well
Clearly marked six feet separators on line, acrylic barriers at the registers, plenty of physical space on the floor outdoor. I felt very safe as I shopped. Great product as well! I had fun browsing, and I feel good about my final purchase / selection.
Hood selection of products pretty spendy place but got some good markdown deals
Had a great time at UO! First time going. A lot “going on” outside the store, unfortunately, but that wasn’t the stores fault. The clothing is personally not my style (overpriced and honestly kinda ugly 🤷🏽♀️) but they had a lot of fun skincare stuff and AirPod cases! Awesome mask packs and bucket hats too. If you avoid the goings on outside the store you’ll have a great time visiting.
We had a couple of returns and that went smoothly. Found cute new items to buy. I probably would have purchased more things if the changing room was open.
Pretty good, saw a lot of cool stuff in there!
The place isnt fully furnished but the clothes are there.
Not an Urban Outfitters that I used to know. Empty store. Assortments really out of place.
Downtown Seattle community outreach fair. Covid-19 fighter.
They over price everything and if u aint wearing a small or medium this place is not for u
Are they going out of business? Store feels sparse and low on stock. Went to browse vinyl and tapes, there was a small section of about 20 titles on vinyl and five or six on tape.
Shocked at some of the best vinyl on sale
CASHIER WAS AWESOME AT DTWN SEATTLE STORE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A BOOK I WAS GIFTING MY SON. FELT LIKE THE RIGHT PURCHASE! THANK YOU
Prepare to be followed by really poorly trained loss prevention staff...
The whole store had a foul smell of moist moss, the employees here were terrible, bad costumer service. i asked on for help finding the jewelry section, and she uppercutted me in the chin, and then bashed my head into a near by table!!! when i tried to run away, one of her friends tripped me. then they went through my purse, and took all my cash!! then proceeded to pick me up and through me out the back door. if you value your life, DONT COME HERE!!!
The sale last week was pretty cool. Got the perfect pair of jeans on sale for only $14.
Good clothing selection and a great store aesthetic. Staff are friendly, cool and helpful. A great store to buy cool t-shirts.
Awesome customer service and amazing edgy fashion selections. They also sell things for home and for comfort. Its a universal clothing store with associates who make you feel at home and are ready to help you the best way they can.
I bought a shirt and denim pants. I love these design. I’ll come back here and buy clothes again.
Some good stuff but Massively over priced. In the whole mens department there was 4 t-shirts I liked but at $36 a pop, there is no way I would pay that price unless I was a billionaire.
$5 photobooth inside, because why not? Small lounge outside the dressing rooms on the lower floor. More emphasis on gadgets and jewellery than clothes at this place. Courteous staff. Not wheelchair accessible. No restrooms.
I can find nice niche items here. Fun place to shop for nice and somewhat rare fashionable items.
Organized and clean. Friendly staff and lots of great stuff.
No one will come and ask you if they can start a fitting room. This happened both times I went in. I was carrying Levi’s jeans and those get heavy after 3 pairs. Dressing rooms were disgusting with literally dust bunnies/monsters looking to attach themselves onto your clothes and ride home with you. You will probably need a shower after using the dressing room, ok exaggerating slightly but, I think people know the level I am talking about... Me ranting even more - Never understood places that want you to spend money but are perfectly ok with sending you into a dressing room where it looks like they couldn’t even bother to lazily sweep the floors and while I am at it, please repaint too. There is scuff marks and it looks like a 2 year old randomly drew marks everywhere. Ok I am done ✅.
I found this store adequate, the clothes were trendy, but nothing I hadn’t seen before. The staff however, did make up for any lack of uniqueness, they were very friendly and kind. The main issue for me was the high prices, my god! I purchased a shirt, some pants and a pair of jeans. My total came out to $159! Unbelievable... although, I do think the quality of the items was acceptable. The decor of the store itself was subpar, barley anything interesting to look at besides the clothing. To conclude, this store was on trend and the quality of item was for the most part good, but the prices were simply unacceptable.
I appreciate the amount of items in the mens section. Always fun to browse the impulse products too. Cool place
We loved the food and the service was great. We were pleased. We had garlic cheese bread, a pretty plain burrito, carnitas street tacos, margaritas (ultimate margaritas), and we loved it.
Okay, I guess...like any store. The young woman that helped us was polite, patient, respectful, and professional.
Good but they have ALOT less than the online store, the mens section is also quite limited
I like low prices also but they are coming at a cost. The cost is variety. In Canada in Bellevue in Seattle urban outfitters is all the same. Its not bad they are a decent company. Just miss the smaller stores.
I used to enjoy shopping at Urban Outfitters back when merchandise was somewhat affordable. Aside from the typical unwarranted arrogance from the staff, my experiences were okay.
I love Urban Outfitters usually. This store didnt have a very large clearance section, which I was hoping for. They did have a nice sale section and regular section and awesome employees. I visited on June 7th, 2017.
Staff member could be friendlier
Ive always liked Urban Outfitters. They have unique items and I especially like to shop there at Xmas time.
First of all, Id like to add a disclaimer that I didnt visit the actual store; rather, my aunt bought me a $50 gift card for my birthday, since she shops there all the time. But even shopping online, it made me realize something, and thats that all the items are ridiculously overpriced. A womens graphic tee costed $9.99 on average on sale. The normal price? $34. For a t-shirt. A pair of jeans, meanwhile, costed about $25.50 on sale, but averaged around $59-$64. I dont know what my aunt was thinking getting me a $50 gift card, because I maxed it out just by buying two items ON SALE at the lowest price I could find. Two items! Its obvious even $50 dollars, which is a pretty good amount of money to gift someone with, will not get you very far on this site. Bottom line is, items are way too expensive for what they are and I will not be shopping here again any time soon.
Overpricey as a brand in general. Other stores around had similar/ better items at a much cheaper rate.
Great spot for nice clothes at cheap prices and fun little Nik Naks! Its a big store so make sure to check out the different levels to see it all!
I used to love this store.Everything changed, there is less people, that are 10 years younger than when I shopped there (College 19-24). Theres nothing wrong with that, it just feels awkward to shop around 9 and 12 year olds. The vibe us different, less lively, way less people. I was greated right away but even then I felt out of place. The clothes seem cheaper as well. There was also a lack of sizes when I was shopping. Their apartment/house decor expanded which was kind of neat but thats the only nice thing I really have to say about my experience.I havent given up on you Urban, Ill check out other stores and hope that this is not the case for all of them.
Did some Christmas shopping here, and was not disappointed. Love this store!
There have been seasons where I dont find a single thing here that I like. But this fall, I am a big fan of what they are showing.
Clean and organized. Also their clearance selection is neatly organized and well stocked.
The workers there are always very nice and helpful but wont crowd you.
It is evident that UO stongly lacks proper size options, with zero tall or even plus size options on neither mens nor womens apparel. I personally could not find one XL size in womens clothing. That being said, the brands carried are still quality, but even those producers sites and stores carry more sizing options. There is a saturation of more accommodating and better valued clothing options throughout Seattle.
Staff was very helpful and friendly
It was a nice UO, but could have been set up a little better, it was neat but things were kind of everwhere.
Great!
Usually love UO, but had a bad experience with this location. Called this location to ask if an item was in stock and was curtly greeted through a very hurried and unhelpful phone call. The item was not in the store (which is perfectly fine and understandable, and the very reason I called) but the associate I spoke to on the phone did not offer any tips for finding this item, was rude and obviously distracted. To the 5th Ave UO, I suggest working on phone skills with your employees. Disappointed by this experience.
Expensive and the employees are rude! I used to sometimes shop here for gifts, but Im not going to anymore, because the employees suck that bad. I sent a complaint to the customer service email and was told that someone would respond to me in 24-48 hours, 11 days later and still no reply, but they were nice enough to subscribe me to their e-mail list without my consent during that time. No more Urban Outfitters for me!
Nothing quite like a surly staff who hate each other
Bad customer service from all employees. Betty specifically. Rude and disrespectful.
The sale rack!👌 also the vinyl selection is pretty good just never buy a Crosley record player!
Got the champion tops my daughters wanted for a decent price
Very nice clothing and quick check out line
Over priced smug employees that follow you around cute stuff though
Clean, well staffed, and alot trendy options.
Better selection than Alaska
Interesting outfits and great for quick small gifts.
Not a bad Urban Outfitters spot. But not good at all!
Clothes are adorable but way overpriced.
Is this supposed to be fashion??? OMG they are 90s clothes a super expensive prices.
Good deals on tee shirts!
Not too big, display is a bit messy, and there is a girl at checkout who play her phone all the time and speak to you without even looking at you.
Bought pants there. Everything there was pretty boring.
Friendly staff, helped out on an exchange and included special sale pricing.
Cute stuff- but overpriced
I love the sale section
Yeah its a little expensive but they have a great selection. Always friendly staff.
No staff people will engage with you. The mens selection is tiny
They overprice some stuff
Rude staff. Not everyone is there to steal
I suppose its not my style, but even the plain ish shirts feel like 200 or less thread count sheets and may rub your skin off.
It was very small for an Urban Outfitters in a big city.
Big loud and messy. Its a typical Urban Outfitters.
Horrible service and very rude.
A standard Urban Outfitters. Theyre a bit understaffed most of the time, so its difficult to find someone if you have questions. That being said, theres usually a fitting room attendant. The sale racks are always a bit of a disaster.
Its where I get all my hipster gear.
Looking for a good bargain
Very trendy
Nice staff
My daughter purchase Adidas pants and she return the same day. They told the refund take 2 to 3 days but it been 2 weeks until now I dont get the refund and when I call the store they are rude and they keep telling me to call my bank.Very frustrating and I told to my daughter never shop again in this store.
Need more XL and 2X clothes
Wayy too overpriced for our economy today
More clothes just what the world needs
Barely clothes and shoes and very high price
Very loud music, not fun for guys
Poor styles to chose from as of lately....
Not as good as the Urban in Capitol Hill
Friendly cashier
Liked
Fun store!
DIVINE
Blah..
Love the clothes
Very trendy
