After months of neck and shoulder pain, and endless ads saying this was right or that was the best on the market, I decided to just go in and chat with someone in person. Abdul was wonderful. I was able to try out different options in store and find what worked for me without having to shop online and return all the options that didnt. One night down and my neck is on its way to feeling young again!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience here! Abdul was incredibly helpful and was very patient as we tested the different mattresses. We learned a lot about what we did and didnt like and ended up leaving with a great purchase that were very excited about (cooling king mattress with an adjustable base!!). We went by Mattress Firm to look for a new mattress. I cannot speak highly enough of the exemplary service we received from Abdul. I walked into the West Seattle Mattress Firm with the intention of trying out a Purple Mattress, and deciding on a purchase at a later date. I was guided by Lauren through a number of different options. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not make me feel pressured to make any purchase. After answering a number of questions regarding the physics of the Purple Mattress, as well as price matching, I did decide to make a purchase of a mattress and adjustable base.Delivery and installation was quick and easy. However, I did run into an issue with my adjustable base. I called Mattress Firm, and was helped by Chad, who helped me get a replacement adjustable base delivered to me ASAP. I reached out to Mattress Firm again, with Chad, and was able to complete a price match during a President’s Weekend sale. The customer service experience over the past two months has been fantastic.

Dorian Clark the sales associate with very friendly and patient. I was in there for about 2 and 1/2 hours. I laid on several beds for a long time just to see what was right for me. Never once did they push me to get up off of a bed. They allowed me to take my time. During that time I was able to go online and check out the bed that I was laying on. Dorian had no problems with me taking up as much time. Very helpful and listen to everything I had to say. Did a wonderful job.Adding only 3 stars for delivery. I refused the platform and the delivery guy Andy said he could not take it back. Now I am treated as if this is my fault. I have to cancel a very important doctor appointment to have them pick this up. My time would not be wasted if Andy would have followed protocol. This should not stay in my home 24 hours. I am not waiting till next week. Delivery is not worth $199.00 I should be refunded $75 for wasting my time.

My boyfriend and I were super nervous to shop for a bed at a mattress store because we try to avoid sales people, but because of our current mattress, shopping and testing new beds this time around was a requirement. We came here just to look, and walked out of here with a brand new tempur-pedic king size bed with an adjustable base (super fancy and extremely excited). Chadd was phenomenal! Super friendly, helpful with all our questions (even the awkward intimate type ones), EXTREMELY knowledgable, thorough, funny, and did not give off sleazy salesperson vibes! It pays to test-drive a mattress. Our salesperson, Gaea, was great. She was very personable and didnt give us that uncomfortable feeling of being pitched everything we looked at. She asked a lot of great questions and took us through the Mattress Firm process of getting down to the things we valued most about a mattress. After selecting a mattress and an adjustable base, highly recommend by the way, we found the pricing for everything was in line with what the brand offered on the website. There wasnt a need to leave and do additional shopping with hopes of finding the best deal. Our bed should arrive in a day or two. Definitely recommend shopping here, ask for Gaea.

Its so cool that they dont add interest and the monthly payments for my $3,000 mattress are under $100 per month. Im very satisfied. Also I had my 5 year old in the store with me and they were so nice to her as well. We were in the store for about an hour so my daughter was getting antsy. Both Lauren and Levi were very personable so the whole process was very comfortable for me. I have some shoulder problems and the mattress they helped me find met all my expectations ♡ Lauren told me that Levi hadnt been working there long which surprised me because he was so knowledgeable. Mattress Firm seems like a great place to work and spend money. They even help foster kids which is amazing because I was in foster care. It nice to know that people care. All in all, if you are trying to decide whether or not to invest in your health by purchasing a bed that will support you, then you need to buy it here. West Seattle location is where I went ^_^
