Kim Bailey is my saleswomen and she is undoubtedly one of the most OUTSTANDING women to work with. She works tirelessly to make sure my orders are correct and accurate and is an incredible problem solver. I dont even hesitate to go straight to her when I need great products and she always points me in the right direction. She is knowledgeable and well informed on her products. CFM hires quality people and treats their customers great! I love the service at this location. Christina H. is always very helpful, nice and fast when she is processing our multiple orders, and we have lots. Many times she gets our orders in at the last minute. They arrive very quickly! Jeff in the warehouse is awesome too. He spent extra time shrink wrapping our order so it wouldnt get wet in the truck since we didnt have a good working tarp. This saved our product and really gave up peace of mind since we werent able to unload it for hours.Go see these guys! You wont regret it.

Very little assistance from the staff.I can see why people go to places like home depot for better customer service. This might be a place for contractors that know what they are coming for, but I wouldnt recommend it for people remodeling for the first time.

Absolutely the best location within CFM’s many locations.They are all good but this one is great,The showroom is spotless, and everything is always there for clients !!!For anything and everything tile and flooring Tracy A is your go to Gal,she is extremely professional and has taken care of me and all of my clients I have sent her.She makes my projects more organized, my pick ups and delivery’s are easier because of her !For everything cabinets be sure to ask for Chelsea! She is a highly experience kitchen designer and she will work with you on every little detail that no one else will, my clients and I swear by her she makes all our installs easier and saves our clients lots of money!Even the warehouse is beautiful and organized. The warehouse manager Jeff is awesome. Super organized and always helping to get us back on the road and to our jobs.Truly An amazing experience with this location for years, and hopefully many more to come. I almost didnt want to write a review, because I feel like my guy, Trevon, is the best kept secret in tile industry!Trevon is responsive, knowledgeable, not afraid to communicate when there is a thing to be confirmed, and all together a complete pleasure to work with.The first time I came in to CFM, I was lucky enough to ask him to help me, and I am never letting go.I love the customer service I am getting at CFM, and the wide variety of product they carry. Really helpful employees, and it saves a lot of time and driving around to see most of the tile from the various distributors. The Saturday morning and Wednesday evening hours are very consumer friendly too.

Kim at CFM Seattle was such a pleasure to work with! We couldnt have gotten our two bathroom remodels done without her! She is friendly, speedy and always attentive in person and on the phone. This was our first big remodel project and we jumped in without a designer or a clue. She helped guide us through our options for flooring and countertops, provided excellent feedback, and was patient with our questions and the unexpected last-minute changes that came with our orders. Kim and Jeffrey at the Georgetown location have been nothing short of amazing to work with! We have worked with Kim for years and she is always on top of any task we present her with. CFM was outstanding in helping us select and purchase SO many items for the house we built here on Whidbey. Billy Eberhard was especially patient and diligent in answering questions, making recommendations, confirming quantities, and expediting shipping on tile, grout, laminate, hardwood flooring and more. Usually you can get EITHER a great price or great service. At CFM we got both!

Chelsea Jackson, cabinet designer extraordinaire!Chelsea didnt stop thinking about my project after our meetings. Within an hour or day she had new suggestions almost all of which were significant improvements over the initial design. Her sense of materials and colors extended beyond the installation locations and she was happy to share productive advice. When my wife countermanded some detail or another, Chelsea easily accommodated the new information. Cabinets arrived today, right on time.!

I cannot say enough great things about Chelsea Jackson. I had to run a few warranty claims to replace our cabinet doors due to some natural warping of the wood. Chelsea was very friendly and quickly submitted a claim while keeping me informed of the status of the claim. She has provided such excellent service that if I remodel another area of my home, I will request our contractor to reach out to CFM and source materials from them.

As a general contractor I do a lot of business here and its a pleasant experience everytime. Everyone I worked with David, Mary, Paul, Sam and the team have been great, real above and beyond customer service. Couldnt be happier

A big boo to their “no returns no exceptions” approach. I have a vendor telling me it’s fine to return an unopened box of tiles but CFM are saying their policy overrides the vendors policy. What an environmental waste when these could be sold and used elsewhere.

Just completed a small tile project with tile from CFM. Our contractor had recommended CFM as the place to go for flooring. The CFM staff were wonderfully helpful with selecting the tile, even during COVID-19. We had a virtual showroom tour, where Cristina had pre-selected several different tile options based on my description of what we wanted. She brought them into the natural light, then talked through the different tiles as she showed each one. We narrowed it down to two and she mailed samples to my home. Super easy to work with through ordering and responsive to questions!

This is my preferred store. Its always been well managed and the staff is exceptionally friendly.You do need to either be a contractor or have a referral from a contractor to purchase here.But they are a dealer for all the major tile manufacturers and other flooring. Including Daltile, Florida tile, Bedrosians, Statements Tile, Surface Art, and many, many others.Keep in mind, they are busy on Saturday and it can be tough to get the help you may need. I recommend shopping during the week if you can.

We are remodeling our kitchen and went to CFM for cabinets. I can’t say enough good things about Chelsea who helped us through the process. At our first appt., she explained the different woods, stains, door styles and face styles. This can be completely confusing given the amount of choice. We selected, and she emailed images of what we chose. Second meeting, we revised, mainly color and small details.Throughout this process, she was helpful, personable, knowledgeable and efficient.Now she’s given us hints as to counters I definitely recommend CFM and Chelsea.
