Brown and black shoppers stay away. Its unfortunate that I would even in this day have to share an experience like this. I had never been to this store before so this was my first and last time. They were having a great sale so I went to check it out. I walked in and began to browse. I then began to hear about every few minutes, Welcome, Is there something I can help you find? I turned around thinking that I was being asked but no it wasnt addressed to me. It was addressed to everyone but me. It was asked to the women shopping next to me every few minutes by different sales people but never me. I walked through the store a few times and not once was I asked if I needed assistance.I found a couple of items that I wanted to purchase. While waiting in line I heard the cashier ask the customer if they were interested in signing up for a rewards card for a discount offer.When it was my time at the counter, no offer was made to me, just simply, How will you be paying today? My response oh with my store credit card. I have a Gap card that as most well know can be used for this store as well.I entered my phone number into the key pad since I am a customer in the system. And proceeded to insert my card into the card reader. Right before I was about to do this the sales person asked to see my card. I found it odd but thought oh perhaps for security purposes they are doing this. Im guessing she will ask for my ID as well. But, No she never asked for my ID.She only stalled while looking at my card and said that she was getting asked a question shes never seen.I waited again for her to ask me my ID or billing zip. Standard stuff but no she just responded with, oh its gone.My response, Or there never was a question and you were just stalling.Ive dealt with this before being a person of color when I was younger. It was extremely difficult to have this happen to me as a 50 year old. All I can say is this retailer needs to due better. After all that we have been through to still walk into a retailer and feel unseen, and that my financial means questioned is sad.

Very high end automosphere at University Village, place was packed with customers, all eager to buy...staff did a great job of acknowledging and assisting customers.

I love the colorful clothes and design yoga pants. I like their sustainability and women empowering missions and fair trade clothing. They have a focus on making some of their clothes with sustainable materials. They are in competition with Lululemon in that complex. The employees are nice and knowledgeable.

We came in at the end of the day and had fantastic customer service. We both had specific items we were looking for and not only had help finding those in the right sizes but also got recommendations on alternatives. Then also got recommendations on how we could maximize our purchases. Great experience and look forward to returning to this location.

Love shopping here! Its my absolute favorite store! The manager Kelly and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. They are even sweet to my dog Penny and are very pet friendly. I can always find the best clothes for working out and just living life and they are so comfortable! The powervita fabric is amazing! Best leggings ever!!!

Excellent customer service & quality products!

Very helpful sales people who found a supposedly out of stock item for me and ordered it. Also helpful advice on sizing. Dressing rooms were open too which was helpful and being cleaned between customers and monitored.

Online service poor, your are asked for your email, but try to get rid of their spam mail... Automation only works when you join, seems to become manual when you unsubscribe.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful. When it gets busy you may have to wait in the changing room area for a staff member but nonetheless they are always helpful when they are there. Loved that the staff was knowledgeable about the petite sizes even though they didn’t carry them in store.

Love this place - great clothing, well made and has both basics and fun items. Good return policy and super helpful and diverse staff.

This is a rather smaller store with limited selection.

I was told that I stole the items from the store when I never even stepped foot in the store. I was profiled for no reason and was turned away without getting help also was giving the wrong number to complain and when they called the store to confirm the manager if the store lied. So sad that I was just trying to return cloths that my husband purchased for me that did not fit since having our first child. This store is racist and I will make sure my husband never spends another dime in this store. The manager is a racist i know this first hand from the was she treated me and lied to me and about me.

Athleta is not open until Friday June 5th due to local events and guidelines.

Love the brand because everything I have bought so far last me for along time and I can throw in the washer and dryer and still looking great.
