During this pandemic I havent shopped much and have made most of my purchases online. However, after eyeing a certain necklace for several weeks I decided to come into the boutique to check it out in person.First off, I felt that the precautions for Covid-19 were done well. A sign on the front requested that I checked into a waitlist and since no one else was in line at the time, I didnt have to wait long. Before entering, my temperature was checked and I was given hand sanitizer to use.Once in, Blake was extremely friendly and helpful in finding what I wanted. He made me feel like I was shopping with a friend, rather than a stranger, and I appreciated this a lot. I would definitely recommend him and this boutique to anyone shopping for Gucci, and I would be excited to come back again.
Worker(blond women) does not work at all. She does not matter for customer’s waiting at all. She only cares one people.
I had the best experience here and recommend this location!First of all, I am aware of our current situation and restrictions. So I have been online shopping until this point. I was eyeing this scarf from their new Fall collection and it hasnt been easy to find. When we approached the Gucci department, we were greeted by Ansel, with a temp check and sanitizer. I showed him my screen shot, He went to the back room to check and the rest is history! I got my gorgeous scarf and cant wait to rock it.I recommend this location. Great customer care and I felt safe and comfortable here, and made a new friend! I will be contacting Ansel for my future purchases.
The staff and the atmosphere was as expensive as the belts in the store! The staff was super friendly and were ready help. Even though the air condition was broken the staff was still there to lend you a hand! The products were displayed beautifully and the store was very clean. Totally recommend shopping here!
While I’m happy with my product, I’m disappointed with my experience at this location. Including myself, the sales associate was helping 3 different clients at the same time at different stages of transaction. Lack of anticipation & my sales associate disappeared on me several times. I felt pressured, rushed, unattended to, & stressed. I wanted to get out of there ASAP. I didn’t feel good about spending my time or money there.

First off I have to say, moving to Seattle just before Covid has been an absolute pain. My Gucci store back home was the best, and I was eager to experience Gucci in the flagship Nordstrom. I was lucky enough to meet Blake the day I walked into the store. He was such a gem to work with. I felt completely cared for and everything Blake showed me was exactly my style. My first time there was just to browse, but then Covid happened and I was unable to get into the store. Blake texted me throughout the closure to check in on me and my partner and to send over some things he thought I would like. It was a huge deal that he took the time to reach out even though I hadnt made a purchase yet. Now that the store is back open I cant wait to get in and get that 1955 horsebit top handle bag Ive been eyeing for months.
The staff members are extremely personable! I had a great experience shopping here. Lovely selection and walked out with an amazing pair of shoes. I wish every experience at a luxury retailer was as enjoyable.
Not really materialistic but love the Gucci store 31 and my first time in a Gucci store. Lots of other things I wanted to purchase had to contain myself. Got some slippers for me and wife nice purchase.
Josephine was absolutely fantastic. Great customer service and she really knows her product knowledge . She followed up with me and made me feel really cared for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I know I will always go through her when doing business with Gucci.
Just drove up there today, from Portland Oregon, and I was very happy with how nice the staffs are. The night before, I called the store where Casey was able to put on hold a bag for me. When I went in to pick it up, she remembered our convo and was able to help me with everything I needed. Casey is very sweet and helpful and Im looking forward to going back there again for my next purchase.

Went to this store to get my girlfriend a present for her birthday. I knew her pant size but not what size belt I needed because I’m a guy and horrible at shopping for clothes. I told the lady working her size. she said I could order it there and they would ship it to me. I was worried the size wouldn’t be right so the lady assured me if something was wrong I could bring it into them to exchange it right there and if they didn’t have the size we needed in the store they’d send it back to get the right one for me. I got 2 day shipping to make sure it showed up in time for her birthday. Sure enough the size was way off so we walked to the store and tried to exchange it for the right size. They had the right size but told us they don’t do exchanges there and gave us two options. Either buy the right size from them and go find a fedex to drop off the wrong size belt at then wait for a refund of the belt and the shipping cost or go to the Gucci store in Bellevue and they would exchange it for us. If I knew it was going to be this big of an inconvenience I would’ve just waited and brought her into the store on her birthday to try one on. If I could give you less than a “one star” I would because you are absolutely worthless. Thanks for nothing Gucci at Nordstrom’s
The staff at this location went above and beyond in helping me find the exact items I was looking for. Something that was not done at the other locations such as Bravern in Bellevue. This location will be a permanent stop of mine now every time I am in Seattle over the other Gucci locations.

I dropped off my bag for repair... the repair shop (In New York) said that it was done and would be ready to be picked up from the Gucci Seattle store in a week.I called the manager after not receiving a call from the store. No call back. Several calls later (and MONTHS LATER) still no answer.Nobody can seem to give me an answer as to what happened to my bag.
