Fun, dog-friendly store to be in, especially if you are a Nike fan. The store itself is huge - multi-levels of Nike goodness and spaced out that you can feel very comfortable shopping in whether there was a pandemic going on or not. Prices are usually at retail (this is a company store, not like a Target) but the trade-off is a great, personalized experience that you wouldnt get at other big box stores.A great location in the downtown Seattle shopping district.
The House of Nike, I had to come in to return a backpack today. I ordered one that was supposed to be large and with side pockets for water bottles. What I got was something for a kid and no side pockets. Only the second time I had to return something, considering I buy a lot of my shoes online thats a pretty good track record. I wandered about and found something that would suit my needs no not the one I had originally wanted. This one came with a pocket that is just right for my head phones. I love the view from the stairs to the outside world.
Manager is so attentive, kind and busy. ButAbout 3 Security guards at entrance just playing around and not kind and discriminated about language. So stupid service at first meet in nice, huge Nike store.Never want to talk 3 security guys who are just seat or talking each other or not kind to clie t.
OMG !!What a beautiful and terrific location! This Nike store for me is like a Candy Store to children...Seriously, I could spend my entire paycheck and then some just hanging out for the afternoon.Theyve got styles and color combinations for mens sneakers I never imagined existed... Im talking about shoes that you never see in catalogs or online, very impactful to visually experience such a variety all in one department under one roof. The store sparkles, its kept so incredibly clean and organized. I think Ill need to budget the amount of time I allow myself in here otherwise Id have the largest collection of mens Nike shoes on earth 🌎!Nike - Thank you for the treat and also for the second to none quality workmanship that obviously went into the creation of these three pairs of shoes I bought today.
1. The security guy working at this store are totally rude. I said I would be in line but I need to use the restroom for a little quick. They said their restroom is only for their customer!???2. People just left because of the line was always toooooooo long!3.The store location and shopping experience are OK
One thing I always appreciate about this store is that the staff are always on point, ready to help, and no matter how slammed they might be with customers, they will always handle things with a smile on their faces. I imagine the moral amongst employees must be high, because the team here seems to work cooperatively. You just dont see that as often as youd hope to these days. ;)
Service was efficient. Environment was relaxing. No waiting for anything. And they kept you spaced and safe.
Amazing variety of products. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy purchasing and return policies. Will shop at Nike store again.
It’s nice to have a flagship store locally to get items on the go quicker than shipping. The selection and two floor layout is pretty decent. Only downside I see is the odd entrance room full of security guards. Might consider relocating if that’s necessary at this current spot downtown, as it really dampers the shopping experience and impression of Nike significantly for the only non-discount location in Washington.
Great variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy checkout/pickup/return/exchange process.
What a joke. Huge store that they let about 5 people in at a time. I guess it looks cool to have people standing in line outside your store. Right around the corner is Adidas thankfully!
Staff seem like they couldn’t care less about customers, wouldn’t let me show bus pass or ski pass as id to pickup online order, when I finally got the shoes that I bought, I found out they were both left shoes and different sizes, went back and security guard said I had to wait in a 20+ person line to return shoes. Thankfully the man at the front of the line was amazing and let me pass him.
Thank you Will for the amazing customer service. I truly felt welcomed and got some of the best customer experience in this Nike store!
Staff was very friendly and the store was incredibly clean and organized-- however, it seemed like they didnt have much selection of clothing. A lot of what I saw was the same style in multiple colors. A ton of shoe options though. For how big the store was, I expected more product.
I understand limiting capacity, but the sheer little amount you’re allowing is an absolute joke. Sat in line for an HOUR without it moving. Could barely see any customers in there to begin with. Absolute joke.
Nice retail not the all weather shoes yet in on november
Nike should give a training to the security guy’s working at this store. They are totally rude. I left the shop because od the fat security guy at entrance. He was totally crazy guy. Luckily other branches have better customer care training
Great store with the latest and greatest Nike gear usually available besides hyped up releases. Theres always a line to get in Im guessing for covid purposes.
Not allowing customers in while store still open for business hours and entrance doors locked. Security said they were over capacity and already breaking rules. Three people left while I was waiting/asking to see if more people would leave in time so I could simply complete a return.
This is my first time ever writing a bad review on a store but I felt so The worst experience I ever had honestly, I was disgusted with the customer service. Came to return & item, I waited in line for 30 minutes and when I finally got in’ they told me to send it in through the mail because it was a PayPal order. I never heard that a day in my life. The Employees were extremely rude & looked like they didn’t even want to be there honestly. The security at the front were great welcoming and did there job well, but I strongly believe that This nike store location in downtown Seattle needs a new rehire of new employees because it was out of hand. I wouldn’t recommend this Nike location to anyone.
Nice space, well organized to help people maintain safe distances between employees and guests, also a lot of really helpful, friendly staff on hand throughout both levels of the store. Was just there today for SNKRS PASS for my UNC 1s pickup, but the visit pleasant and easy in spite of COVID restrictions and a majorly hyped drop happening today. Also got to see this, very cool.
I wish they had my shoe size within the store. But oh well. I was able to get shoes though.
They have what your looking for! Also, the staff are always on point and know what your looking for. If no, you can just browse.
If I could rate this store minus 10 stars I would. We waited in line, we got in and I asked the first sales rep if anything was on sale she laughed and said no. We were stuck because our son is starting school Monday and ordering online would not have come in time. I spent an hour doing the healthcare worker form before we went in and the manager said it’s only good online. He wouldn’t even check. My phone said it was good in store but he was too busy. So we paid 90 dollars for a pair of shoes for a nine year old because they had none of his size in the 60 dollar shoes. Nobody cared they want you out as fast as possible. We will never go back. What an absolute joke. Then at the register where the manager was ignoring our request they asked if we’d like to make a donation. They have enough to do it themselves
Cool Nike store just wish there was a little more variety for the size of the place.
Im giving 4 stars because I feel my lack of interest in shoes biases me. I would have given 3 but Im trying to be objective. The people who work here are alright nothing to write home about on the service side and long as youre cool with supporting child/slave labor the shoes are pretty alright. Though if you have really high arches and I mean high like previous binding or issues with plantar fasciitis then your options are super limited to just the running shoes. Which make up roughly a third of this stores options so keep that in mind. This time I went was probably the one time I didnt receive excellent service it was still good however I found that if you are having trouble receiving help because the sales people disperse as you approach them you can just take the shoes you want to try on off of the displays and sit with them it kind of forces them into approaching you to collect the shoes and you can receive your help this way it seems to be the most effective route. All in all its a shoe store I got what I wanted the products are not ethical but they make up for the mental pain of keeping children in sweat shops by getting rid of the physical pain you have to deal with first hand.
I WISH THEY SELL SONICS GEAR STUFF AT NIKE STORE IN SEATTLE THEY SELL PORTLAND BLAZERS NBA TEAM STUFF THERE I DONT MIND THEY SELL BLAZERS STUFF THERE
Very friendly and kind staff, always helpful and attending! The store itself is amazing too - has all the new stuff as they come out!
The store closes at 8 but the GM closed it at 7:30 when the store was empty and had a line to get in. Explained I just needed to make a return and she said she didn’t care she’s the GM and she makes the rules on when to close. Guess Google should be update on closing time….
Cannot be bothered to answer the phone... so were not making the trip!
Security was ridiculously rude....But the staff was accommodating and the shopping was fun!
There is a line but moves fast
Its NIKE, just wish they had a better in store selection.
RC and Conner were very nice. Ian helped check my items while he was finding orders. A very well knit crew.
Kinda bummed at the lack of selection of kicks. Rather just buy from the app where you can also customize shoes if you want. Definitely more tailored towards the active training shoes than the kicks.
Surprisingly disappointing, long lines, covid craziness still going on here, weak merchandise stock- prices are high
Really nice modern nike store 2 floors, but not much selection for shoes nothing out of the ordinary, you could get most of these shoes on the nike website
Nice store with a good selection of nice clothes.
Amazing employees they were super nice the store was very clean and organized😄👍
I feel like they didnt have many options in shoes it was all odd ball stuff
Meh experience, went in, but it didnt look like any employees were there other than the security guards in front. Not sure how to buy shoes if nobody is around
Love the offerings hate the wait they made us do outside of the store while there are less than 10 people inside the store including the associates.
Seattle plus best athletic brand equals success. Just got to get manufacturing out of third world countries or make their working conditions humane. Anyway, this location filled with good people and decent selection.
Not many shoe choices or choices for anything really. I picked out 3 shoes and none where in my size.
My first Nike store experience was in February 2020 and I returned in October 2020. Both times I received help upon asking, not when I browsing. I like that. I was buying running shoes which require extra try on time and multiple sizes. I was given space and time to try on every size and type of shoe I asked for (everything was in stock). Great buying experience as a new customer and an even better experience as an educated customer with more specifics in mind.
Waiting in line outside for 20 mins just to make a return is absolutely RIDICULOUS!
I enjoyed the experience, staff was friendly.
Great customer service!!! Love the look of the store
Don’t understand why the line outside. It’s outrageous more than 30min to enter to a store. Don’t lose your time, shop online
Super nice store, I thought there would be a bigger selection of shoes, but over all nice place
Staff on the woman’s floor are not friendly at all.
Meh. Not a big fan anyway.
They were very friendly and very helpful. I just wish they had better selection of Air Max and Jordans other then that it was perfect
The best need to get more selection and should allow custome shoes order there
Jesse (Jessie) was so helpful and amazing. He definitely eased an amateur runner like me to get comfortable in my decision to get into it. Answered every question and was very personable. He deserves a raise!
The customer service is quick and responsive, along with being friendly!
Hi everyone,I want to share with all of you my personal experience with Nike Seattle. I love brand Nike and usually buy through online. But unfortunately, what happened and not the first time to me, when ever i am in the Nike Seattle store in the downtown, i am noticing weird things. Some of Workers look at me like i am there to steal something or they answer to me with an irony. I don’t know what they have in their minds. But i don’t like it and I don’t feel comfortable. I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable for being in the store or buying something! They can do their security stuff, I don’t care, but i, as a customer i shouldn’t feel it. I guess they need some trainings, hopefully it is just because of the COVID!Thanks,
Really unimpressed with my experience here.
Cheerful and helpful staff was ready to answer my questions.
Great staff. They helped even after working hours
Who doesnt like Nike? The store was organized and its location is nice and accessible.
Good store but terrible customer service and annoyed employees
All kinds of sports shoes and walking shoes there is something for you
Connor and Aaron were both amazing today! Great customer service from both guys from the moment we entered the store until we completed our shopping. Thanks guys!
It was ok not to much of a selection more clothing then shoes.
Always a line outside, just to get into the store line around the block. Ridiculous
Long lines, underwhelming inventory.
Nice as all get out helped a lot and made boyfriend feel welcome when buying shoes
Great customer service!
Awesome! Helped me find the exact shoes I wanted quickly
Unnecessary lines outside store. Whole store is empty but like to keep customers waiting outside to show they they busy. Bad management and Custer service
Customer service was above and beyond.
Im an avid Nike fan but was very disappointed in this stores selection, the shoes were over priced and it didn’t have a huge selection, I’ve been to many Nike stores over the years and this one was very disappointing.
The team did an amazing job making me feel safe due to COVID – opening doors, keeping distance, masks, etc. And they didnt have my size, but shipped them free 2nd day air!
Wide selection of clothes and sneakers. Awesome store
Thought it would have more than 2 floors....NOT! Plus not enough options. Very limited. You have more options at a store in the mall.
Dogs are always welcome here and I think thats pretty great!
Not everyone is rich, why is nike only selling shoes $100 or more, Id love to walk in your store n find clearances, sales and older new shoes from at least $50 and up,,, clothes to. I dread having to order online for cheaper shoes that I can get in person.
Great experience with Davies customer service! Although my spouse and I didnt make a purchase, he has given us a bunch of useful information for our future Nike purchase. Thank you so much and we really appreciate it!
Clean and the staff ... very helpfull
Knowledgeable ♨️
Great shoes, great service! The associate was so patient and knowledgeable. My husband has hard to fit feet and need good walking shoes for our cruise. They didnt have his size so we would up going to another Nike store North of town and again received excellent service.
Their inventory sucks and staff are stuck up.
