I have not had them install anything for me, but I just got off the phone with someone at the company who was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions in an efficient and kind manner. Great customer service over the phone, which is hard to come by these days and I appreciated it.

We used them for a custom barn door forOur bedroom. It turned out BEAUTIFUL! We thought they would do the same for our pantry door. Not so much. It looks horrible. The glass is awful, and difficult to keep clean. I could have gotten a better quality door at Home Depot, for a quarter of the price. We also asked for it to be painted. Almost 3 months later, and no one has been out. We had a lot of projects for this company. We definitely will not be using them again!!

Everlast Window and Door recently installed 20 new vinyl windows on an apartment house in Seattle for me. Louis was great to work with; he was prompt, thorough, and gave me a clear picture of how the removal of the old aluminum windows and installation of new windows would proceed. The installers were on time, personable, professional, and worked around a tenants unexpected health issues. Additionally, they went above and beyond to leave the inside and outside of the units and parking lot clean, and worked in extremely smoky conditions without complaint. Louis was responsive to followup emails and texts, and the price was great compared to other companies that I received bids from. The new windows look wonderful, and I am so happy knowing they are more energy efficient, wont have condensation issues, and have increased the value of my property! I will recommend Everlast to family and friends in the future.

We had a great experience with Louis and Everlast Window & Door. They installed 3 new Milgard Windows & a new front door. Louis was helpful and professional when he came out to our home. His sent his estimate the next day as promised, and the number came in lower than the other quotes we received, although we probably would have worked with him regardless, since he was the most competent person we met with, and we liked that he lives and works in our neighborhood. There was a slight issue with the installation, since the door was not ready at the time the windows were, but we worked through that and the door was installed a few weeks later. The installation was clean, tidy & our living room is significantly warmer and attractive thanks to Louis & his team!

Louis and his team did an amazing job! We had all the windows in our home replaced and couldnt be more pleased. Louis helped us pick out windows that match the style of our brick tudor home. The crew was very efficient and we were impressed at how quickly they were able to finish the job. We could immediately feel the difference in how warm our house felt. We didnt want to change the look of our 1950s home. Louis walked us through the options and delivered a solution that was exactly what we asked for. We purchased aluminum frames for one entire floor - or nine windows. The windows have significantly improved our heat gain/loss. The install team kept the house clean from debris and were very respectful that we both work from home and kept interruptions to a minimum. We requested two last minute changes to our sills and outside frames which Louis and team immediately action-ed. We will definitely use Everlast again.

So disappointing! I did my research and chose Everlast to replace our windows based on the great reviews and the competitive price. Boy do I regret my choice! Their finish work was so crude- sloppy caulking that looks like a child did it, smeared all over the finished wood, split window stops, and corners that dont match up and have big gaps. We asked them to come back and fix the issues and they replaced a few of the split stops but left two, they cleaned up some of the shoddy caulking but much of it is still bumpy, messy and stringy, and they made the finished product look worse by creating new stops that dont even line up correctly at the corners. When I complained to the owner about the corners and the large gaps, he said Id have to do some of the finish work myself. It is so frustrating to save and save, to be so excited, and then to be given such a crappy product. The owner of this company is friendly and competent, but the folks he hires to install windows are careless, inattentive, and sloppy! Please be wary.

I manage multi-family properties and over the past 3 years I have used Everlast for major projects and many small ones. Louis has done three complete siding jobs using Hardi-siding, one project of all new doors and 4 complete installations of windows by Milgard. Everlast is on time, on budget and the jobs are clean, which is essential when dealing with safety issues of apartment buildings.
