Been trying to find a ballast for a couple weeks and seemed to be getting nowhere until I called Grainger. They have excellent product knowledge, a great customer service philosophy, and were able to take care of me in about 20-minutes - Eric on the tech-side was very helpful, so thank you and now I can finally check this to-do off my list!

They go out of their way to make it hard to do business with them. Their management theory seems right out of the 1950s as if they are the only source in town for the things they sell. Almost like you can smell the Brill Cream.They will not sell me specially formulated (brand specific) Butane for a soldering iron unless I open a business account with them. They wont let me open a business account unless I surrender all kinds of information and agree to buy a minimum amount of stuff per year.Grainger is a perfect example of why Amazon is really beating these stogey old companies. They make it too hard to due business with them, turning every transaction into a dominance game and over charging for the items.

Anything you can get here you can get from Amazon. Cheaper but above all, ON TIME! Grainger absolutely can not get your order on time ever! Worst place ever.

Absolutely the best prices and customer service. I ordered my product online and was available for pickup the next day. I very much appreciate the curbside pick-up and employees overly cautious wearing masks and gloves. Employees were very prompt and friendly.

Helpful staff and prompt shipping. I ordered a large item for pick-up. Despite it being awkward and heavy the staff took the time to get it positioned and loaded correctly. Good prices on what I purchased. Will definately continue to use them.
