Weve been using Sip and Ship, where we have a mailbox, for over five years, both for personal and business needs. Several things have always stood out for me with them. First, the service is top notch. The people that work at S&S are always very nice, very capable, and very responsive. Its clear that Diana, the owner, makes a point of carefully screening and training employees. Probably my only regret in this area is that one day you suddenly realize that someone youve gotten to know a little over the months has moved on, and that you werent able to thank them for all their wonderful help. The second thing that stands out for me with Sip and Ship is that Diana is very good at running a business and, in particular, focusing on customer needs or interests. Its on display everywhere in her stores, including the quality of her employees and the wonderful taste in the products she sells (Sip and Ship is more than just a shipping and mailbox center). So, in a word, a big thanks to everyone at Sip and Ship, past and present.

Weve used Sip and Ship for our business mailbox for many years. We also take advantage of their mail forwarding, so Ive never had to actually go into the shop. Until I happened to be in the area last week, so I swung by. Diana was so helpful and her team has been a no fuss, no stress, no problems part of our business mail solution. Theyve been on cruise control for years and mail has always gotten where it needs to go. Appreciate all they do!

I visit here often and before today would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately I had a less than pleasant experience today. I needed a receipt for my prepaid returns (the online site instructed so) and asked for one; have been given paper receipts here before. The person at the front desk was very condescending when I said I’d prefer a paper one over an email one (the only reason being I try to avoid spam mails). I understand and appreciate that they are going paperless but there can be nicer ways to say that without being condescending and rude, specially with other people in line (I wasn’t comfortable giving my email id standing in line with other people who could hear everything). I’m hoping this was a one off instance and that this doesn’t happen again. In general though, this is a convenient and good shipping location in our neighborhood with a lovely coffee shop inside and the staff here are efficient, quick and nice in their interactions.

I am currently homeless and everyday I come by this shop, the customer base is extremely uneasy. Before COVID-19 the air in the room was un-welcoming. Now its like no one wants to breathe the same air because of this fact. Your employees on the other hand are wonderfully welcoming, extremely engaging & seemingly care about my plight, progression & prosperity. I love coming to get a sip here, before I was homeless I used to ship here. So thank you girls for allowing me to have a taste of normalcy and nostalgia. And the motivation to have the nostalgia become reality again.

Yes, you can ship things here. Yes, the staff is friendly, considerate, helpful... Yes, the coffee is good with baristas that know what they are about... Listen people, the real news here is their Salted Chocolate Chip cookies. I cant even go past this place without thinking about them. Even in COVID times, when you eat your cookie like a smoker on break (standing outside, huddled for warmth, peering in the windows) it is absolutely worthwhile to get a cookie.

The young lady I dealt with at the desk with neon coloured hair was plain rude!! I was patiently waiting for 30-40 minutes then I was told to go without the mail piece, no apology or explanation. She didnt seem to have a clue what she was looking for on her computer. The other employee just stood by. I was cross questioned about when I was last in the store & she kept asking if I hadnt picked it up... if I was sure it was even sent despite the fact that I had a scan image of it from you guys. She then suggested I had somehow taken it before & I was lying! This missing mailpiece is a CASH CARD. I dont even want to imagine how its the only one that went missing out of the 4 scanned letters. To date its unresolved, almost a week & a half later...

My favorite place to ship things and buy gifts! brought in some loose items i needed to box up and ship off to my little nephew for his birthday. unfortunately didn’t have time to wrap any of it so imagine my surprise and delight, while FaceTiming to watch him open the package, I found the items had been wrapped with tissue paper and a bow was tied around the stuffed animal. making long distance aunts look good...thank you!

Such a genius idea behind this business. Need to find and send a gift to someone? This is your one stop shop. Choose a cool gift in their boutique, wrap it up, and ship it off, all while relaxing in a lovely environment with a cup of coffee. Typically I stop in a few times a month just to drop off a package, and the folks working are always so kind and gracious, even if Im not spending any money. This place is such a gem!

This place is awesome. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I recently dropped off a bunch of prepaid boxes. They called to let me know that two of had the same tracking number. The solution was to combine into one box and use the same label. Rather than having me come back in to fix myself, they were more than willing to do it for me. So great. I highly recommend.

Greenwood Sip and Ship provides a very good service to me and my business. They make a very good place to meet for business meetings and are convenient to get coffee or mail invoices or cheques while you receive your mail at your mailbox. It is very reasonably priced, as long as they dont move their address again. I am still trying to get the federal and state governments to change my mailing address from last year.

Went there for notary services and for sending a letter. Notary services were overpriced for what they provide ($20 for a printed notary template + $10 per stamp), and makes it unlikely that I will come back. They mentioned that I could find the template online and print it to avoid the $20 charge. USPS charges are also marked up - unclear how much. Service was otherwise friendly and reasonably fast.

Nope! Do not trust them to get your packages to the recipients on time!I went in last week with not one but two packages - one to Oregon to arrive by my sons birthday on Friday, the other to a friend in Arizona to arrive in time for a tailgate event on Sunday. They assured me that those packages would arrive on Friday and Saturday respectively. Today is TUESDAY and they have still not been delivered! After several phone calls, all blaming FedEx and taking essentially zero responsibility I did get one refund for one package, but nothing on the other. Then they called me back, to see if I had any questions, why didnt they arrive on time, and what are you going to do about it?. I essentially got a response that would be typical of a sulky teenager .... I dunno, and nothing.Nope!

It is a multi shop where I stopped to drink coffee because I liked the chair which was placed outside. There are not many kinds of things to sell, but there are lots of pretty cards. I just drank it with drip, but the coffee taste is okay. Its just right acidity. Well done. The system for packing and shipping services is not that I am not American, but I do not understand why I would go to FedEx or UFIS directly, but it would only come to drink coffee. If you have three outside chairs, think again. There are two or three chairs and tables in the room, and the interior atmosphere is a little cluttered.
