Michael, was great. Filled out my request online, received a call in 24 hrs & had my two tweed woolen caps in about a week. Would have given 5 stars, but nothing man-made is perfect. Glad to see you are still embellishing heads with your wonderful caps

Ive been a repeat customer of the Hatterdashery for over a decade and have loved their work and care for their customers. I have tried to place a recent order to no success. I got one email response, to which I responded, and after two months of checking in with them over email, as well as over the phone, have not received even some fabric swatches, which is the first step to making a hat, as Michael, the owner, will tell you.DO NOT USE THEM. I wish they still cared about their customers, but they no longer do. Its very unfortunate as I used to love their business and work.

I have purchased 4 hats from Hatterdashery over the past 25 years and when we move back to the NW I will be needing to visit them again as they are the absolute BEST EVER in my opinion!

Im an old Irisher who wears a cap. Ive been buying caps from these guys for over 10 years and Im about to put my order in for another. For the serious hat wearer, this guys are a necessity. Well-made quality products and always reasonably priced.If you buy from someone else, dont come crying to me. Remember, you saw it here first.

This cap is the best cap Ive ever owned. And it cost me bout half what Id expect, especially with a presence at the garlic festival. I would buy one every time =)

Great experience with Michael. He fixed a 30 year old hat of mine perfectly and sent it back without question. I hadnt even paid for it when I received the restored hat back in the mail. When I saw their booth at West Seattle Summerfest, I learned they have a fantastic collection and vast variety. They way he/they do business is honest and amazing and I will be a fan for life.
