Amazing selection of cool fitteds!

Love this place!!!! So much to choose from. They also do embroidery at the store while you wait. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Their prices are right on with other sports shops. They have a couple clearance racks also. The staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. I was super happy with all our purchases. There is also a Lids inside the store. They have everything from mens, womens, kids, baby, and animal apparel.

Bought a jersey here on sale. Staff seemed helpful.

There is not another store in the world I trust to get my hats. They usually carry every team of every major sport. Sometimes you may run into a strictly hat store or they also have expanded stores that include apparel and memorabilia of all your favorite teams. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. They usually always have some kind of sale going on so go check out your local lids todayAnd no I do not work for this company 😂

Drove 30 minutes to buy a birthday present. I arrived an hour before closing and the person working inside wouldnt let me in to buy a jersey on their wall. If they dont want business when theyre supposed to be open, then theyre not worth your time.

Rude employees

Horrible customer service at the Seattle Team Shop - 1029 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA (Near CenturyLink Field. I felt unwelcome the minute I walked into the store. When asking one of the employees a question, he replied with a rude remark and continued watching the game on television. I am unsure why they are even open -- if selling sport gear to customers is an inconvenience to them.

If I could rate a zero I would. Customer Service was bad. They had signs randomly placed for 30% off on the walls. We get a jersey and it doesnt ring 30% off. I ask and he says I dont believe it is included. I ask how do I find out for sure. He said there wasnt a 30% off in front if it and only those jerseys are. Which mades no sence bc the jersey next to is the exact same that does have 30% off.

When I am attending an event in the area I sometimes wander in to see what kind of deals these sporting merchandise shops have. Its a very well-stocked store and has all of the Seattle sports teams. This is no foot down of this store but it is surprising to me how expensive sporting merchandise has become. 35 to $40 for a hat and usually at least a hundred bucks or a hoodie or Jersey.Staff is incredibly helpful and well-informed, my only criticism would be to fix your uneven lopsided floor before someone falls through.Last but not least I didnt buy anything. Too expensive

Im not a Seattle sports fan but came here to buy some stuff for my son who is a big Seahawks fan. The staff were very helpful and informative. This place has a huge selection and is very close to Safeco and CenturyLink. If youre in need of Seattle Sports gear, come here.

It has so much of your favorite Seattle Team gear of course all of its official so the selections not as deep and some other places. And the price tags are always full retail. So not the place you want to go if you want to bargain.
