I drove four hours total just to be here for half an hour and it was worth it. The employees were very helpful, the selection was great, and the prices were manageable. Got what I came for and left happy- will come here again.

Been dealing with this place for a few years now. Ive spent $977.49 in window washing supplies.On June 4th. I bought a 22 inch strip washer T-bar from them. I used it on a few commercial jobs with no issues. I put it in a tote in my truck, and the next time I took it out to use it, it was literally WARPED!I called into Casey, the customer service manager, who informed me that there was zero they would do to correct the problem. No credit, no replacement. So I told him that Id make sure others knew what type of customer service they could expect if they ever had an issue. Very disappointed. Ill be sharing this with all my window cleaning buddies and consumers - DONT DO BUSINESS WITH WINDOWS 101 - their customer service sucks.

Ive been ordering from Windows 101 for over 10 years. This order was no exception. I received my order rather quickly. One day short for a scheduled job but thats my fault. I can use my Sorbo Eliminator next week when the job is due again. Anyway, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience doing business with Windows 101. Also, please ship me some more items to test and review. Ive been washing windows for 30 years and have tested and experimented on tools 9 ways to Sunday, so to speak. I can offer some unique insight. Thanks.

I had too small of a hose for my RO DI system and was unaware until they told me! My bad!!! Theyre cheaper than some leading websites by almost $20 especially on the new moerman flex BOAB! Highly recommend them 👌👍

PLEASE READ!I am disappointed beyond belief with this company. My husband is a college student who clean windows on the side to help support us. We decided to get a water fed pole system from Windows101 to help the jobs go faster. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth the investment for us. The DI tank couldn’t keep the water pure enough. After a week we decided to return the system WITHIN THE 30 DAYS that the return policy requires. My husband spoke with an employee, sent all the information, and the return was on the way. About a week and a half later we still hadn’t received word of our refund. We called to asked if they had received our packages. Our call was forwarded to a MANAGER who told us that he “would refund us $200 and if we didn’t like it then we could take it up with somebody else.” I don’t know who the hell trains these guys but any company that lets their employees talk to their customers like that is a complete mess. The MANAGER told us that we didn’t return it within the 30 days, which is completely false. Then he said we didn’t follow the return policy. So we pulled up the return policy, read it to him and asked what part we didn’t follow. When he couldn’t tell us what we did wrong, he hung up on us. This system cost us $900!! I cannot believe how terrible our experience has been with them. I hope someone from this company sees this review and does something about it.

We visit the store every time were in Seattle and when we purchase online, we often find their prices to be much lower than other stores. We do spread our shopping around depending on our needs but review is long overdue. I need some supplies to arrive in Florida by Friday and theyre making it happen ASAP by at least $30 cheaper than other stores. Thank you!

Great people and they keep good stock. Our industry has some of the best suppliers in the world. Just had some stuff on backorder but I needed it for a job on the next Monday. In a mild panic, I email Windows 101 about the status on Thursday morning. I get a call from Manny and he still doesnt have any stock but he has some demo stuff that he is going to repackage and ship to me so Ill have what I need in time. Less than 36 hours later, its waiting for me at the front door!

I am unhappy with Windows101. I purchased a tool from them that does NOT perform as promised, the SamurAI BOAB. They offered to replace it with 2 cheaper tools that actually work, but they refuse to pay for the return shipping. I asked that they send me a call tag for return shipping and the response from Manny was an accusation that I would NOT actually return the inferior product, as I had promised. This low level of customer service, combined with a distrust of their clientele is appalling to me.I have complained to the BBB, and am awaiting a resolution.I dont think I should have to pay for shipping to return an unsatisfactory item.

Been going to this place for years. I do not order online I drive from Tacoma to the store. I am going to order my supplies online elsewhere, I am not impressed with the shop. It is hard to find things, their inventory seems to be pretty limited (they just moved locations so hopefully they get more organized. I could not find the squeegee rubbers I prefer since they no longer carry them . Prices seemed steep $6 for 18 sorbo squeegee rubber? Ended up ordering wagtail rubber online. I do not feel the merchants know all that much about window cleaning as well. The main thing I like about this store is they have GREAT medical blue trim towels which I have not found anything that compares to this quality at other window cleaning stores. If not for that it would be 1 star.
