I went in to get pictures printed knowing that I probably would need help with it. The Store Manager Alexis helped me. She was so helpful and kind. Pictures were done immediately and I was in and out of store, but not without knowing her name. Her customer service and kind help was above and beyond and should be recognized! Thank you for being you Alexis!!

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and have zero customer service skills. Horrible experience with them!!

Christina is EXTREMELY RUDE!! Why I sat on hold for 30 MINUTES just to be told I did not read my text alert correctly then she started laughing when I asked her why I had to sit on hold for 30 min and they did not have someone answering the calls. Then when I told her it was inconveniencing their customers and I did not appreciate her laughing at me for expressing my frustration she said “ ok don’t know what to tell ya” and then hung up on me!!! What kind of business treats paying customers with such disrespect!!!????

Even while busy, staff was very courteous.

Very argumentative staff not just once in awhile but 95% of the time. They also are often wrong in saying its the doctors office at fault.

Ive been trying to get prescriptions filled for two weeks. They say ready. I sit at window for ten minutes. They cant find them. I call. In hold for thirty minutes. Call clerk and ask to leave a message. She hangs up on me.

While this Walgreens has a great section of shopping items, the pharmacy isnt all that great. They really dont keep supply of certain medicines and will ship your medicine back within three days, meaning you must pick it up. Also for some reason this Walgreens never called me when my prescription was ready.

The pharmacy technician was so sweet, but the pharmacist acted annoyed that I wanted to ask questions. Almost snarky actually. Not cool. The prescription was called in by my doctor in the early am and I went to pick it up at 6. Not ready. Came back at 7. Still not ready. Honestly have not been impressed by any Walgreens pharmacy in Florida, but I def will not be going back to this one.

Worst experience with pharmacy personal, rude and constantly question about my prescriptions meds.specialy a lady with short black hair and glasses she constantly acts like she doesnt have experience in customer service...fire the & Roseland location.

Agreed they are way understaffed and always have a long line, there management needs to hire at least two more people for the pharmacy
