Very poor service, if you know what you want and where to find it then maybe its a store for you if you dont - dont expect to get help. I needed to buy a part for my home plumbing but needed a little help to pick the right one. After waiting for 20 minutes near section in the right Isle and multiple calls for the associate to come there I just left the store. It was 11am and maybe 20 around the whole store. So definitely not busy.

Rodrigo is a real one, Myrna too. Great people make a great store. Very helpful, kind and empathetic. This after I had two horrible experiences ordering flooring through Home Depot online, how horrible you ask? I had a house without a floor due to them being unable to deliver when they said they would (TWICE!) and had to get a hotel room to sleep in.

In the advent of self check out, I bought some storage bins for a project. While I was doing some associates job checking myself out, and nesting the bins so that it was easy to get them into my car. However, a store associate came over and wanted to check my purchase to make sure I wasnt putting anything extra in these totes. She took all of my neatly nested totes apart, checked and made sure that I didnt have anything extra, and then left. Not just left, but left me with the mess of everything taken out and apart.This was a complete waste of my time, and when brought to management, no apology from anyone responsible was made.

Place is huge if your knowledge is with items then fine but no luck if you need help bad customer service but patient and you will find what your looking for

Found everything I needed. I just felt like the cashier had an attitude. I also felt she tried to speed through each transaction so she could get to the next transaction as quickly as possible.

As Home Depot they have huge collection with huge parking lots but service is too bad. I have waited more than 25 min for curb side pickup after checking. Finally called to customer service then they took again all details .. but still they are taking more than 15 min so total 45 time I spent for pickup one items .

We are remodeling and Home depot is our first choice for almost everything. Everyone is great and if someone doesnt know something, they call someone who does. Great job Home depot!

I needed some plumbing adapters and I had no idea what I was looking for. A store associate named Tony happened to be working in that department and I asked him if he could help me. He knew exactly what I needed and in less than three minutes he found me the two pieces I was to buy. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I left the store very satisfied.

This Home Depot is the best Home Depot. The staff are great, the location is convenient, and somehow this is a Home Depot that is always CLEAN! :) This location certainly deserves 5 stars!

Rented a dehumidifier online and went to the store to pick it up. I was told that they were cancelling my reservation because they didnt have any in stock. One was sitting on the shelf in the rental section and I was told that it was broken.An hour later, I go back to see if they got any returns back and the broken one was gone. A different employee told me that it was given to a different customer who walked in and that my order was cancelled.Not sure if they are incompetent or if they are getting kickbacks to hold tools for contractors and cancel reservations to make it happen but avoid the tool rental.

The paint store is great but I will say the lady in charge is really tuned in I witnessed other people there completely in the Bahamas all day . I would urge you to go to the middle aged lady part Scottish as she told me . you will not be dissapointed

Very good selection of items. I usually order online and pickup. Very friendly staff and always willing to help.Sometimes the app will show items as available but they are not. They are willing to substitute items if its online order (substitute automatically sometimes. Price of other item is sometimes less than what you ordered but usually its more and you get a discount).If you want to get wood pieces that you are buying cut or cut the shelf you purchase from there then you might have to wait a bit. If there is no crowd, you will spend time waiting for help to arrive or if its crowded, you wait for your turn. Wait is not that bad though.

There is a very good employee we saw (Bernedetto?) who knew her products and gave excellent insight on products so this review is not about her. The next night after we worked with her, we returned for items and she was not working.About 7 PM on April 9, 2021, 4 people standing around the registers waiting to help you...check out using the scanners? Anything you asked them they didnt know where to find except for one thing (which they all had in common) where they sent you to look was as far away from them as possible! None of the employees had any idea where to find anything and (obviously) did not know the layout of the store.There are better Home Depots a short distance away - go there!

This Home Depot is a gold mine you would think they would take some time to clean their parking lot or have a service come and do it late at night. It is disgusting pre and post Covid.Another example is the bathrooms. They can’t find find plumbing supplies to fix.

Worst store I have ever dealt with for in-store pick up. Yesterday I placed an order around 3:30PM for four items. I received a call around 5:30PM telling me that they did not have two of the items, but they did have the other two. I found that odd since their on-line ordering system showed over 20 in stock for one of the items they claimed not to have and I honestly cant imagine that they would sell that many of one kind of flashlight in 2 hours (at 7:00PM, their system showed the same number still in stock). The woman asked me when I wanted to pick up my order - a strange questions since it is irrelevant when I want to get them since I cannot until they send me a confirmation that they are ready. To make the person happy I said In an hour or so. I waited, and waited and waited for the email confirming the items were ready, but it did not come. Finally, at 8:25PM I received notification that it was ready -- a half an hour before the store closed - WTH! If the woman knew what items they did, and did not, have when she called at 5:30, why did it take 3 hours to flag the order as ready for pick up? In order for her to know, she must have had the items in her hand.This is not the first time I have had a similar experience at this store. On another occasion I placed an order around 2:00PM for 2 or 3 items. That time I received and email after the store closed (around 10:00PM) telling me my order was ready for pick up. Huh??!!!Orders placed in the morning seem to be addressed in a much more timely manner (within 1-2 hours at most). The problem happens (at least for me) with the evening crew. It seems that the team working until closing wants to do as little as possible. Not being able to find the item that their system shows 20+ in stock and the late ready for pick up alerts is pretty clear. They just are not that enthusiastic about doing their jobs.

Stay away from employee ‘John’ at the window aile. Very unprofessional, lied to the supervisor, sold us a broken window. Manager Kim was very helpful.

Very disappointed in their return policy how can one purchase a 10 year battery smoke / carbon detector and only give it a 90 day return policy when in 1 year the unit malfunctions and should last 10 Years. Yes I am aware that the Manufacturer - Kidde is at fault as well.

For the floor installation Home Depot is not reliable I had an installation scheduled for Thursday, July 22 and Friday, July 23 Thursday did they didn’t show up for installation and Friday they came and this is we cannot install the floor they They said the floor is uneven although when they came for the estimate they check the floor they check the label and they told me that the floor is uneven but they are able to do installation, and today the insulation company authorized by Home Depot they call it ACE Floor installation or something like that this is between you and Home Depot we cannot do the job I don’t recommend Home Depot for any kind of installation job

It feels a bit more disorganized than other places of same. I guess if you know exactly what you want and where it is you r good.

Pretty par with the other ones in the area. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful and personable. Think her name was Shakira.They did have an item or two we needed that wasnt in stock, but thats been trending lately pretty much everywhere.

Rafael was extremely helpful helping us find what we needed, even when I told him I was fine looking for the item myself, cause some associates get really frustrated when you ask for help, but he stayed with me until I found what I needed. This review is specific to my visit on Saturday. I know there are good people that work here and it would not be fair to make this a blanket review of everyone there and the day to day business they operate. We were looking for patio lights that the app said they had in stock. A lady in lighting was helping us. She first starting looking at the overhead storage and asked us to help her find the lights. She kept saying I dont think we have it. She asked 3 employees for a phone to check the inventory. None had one. We asked her if she can find one so she can check and she said oh I am asking and nobody has one. Then, she walked away. We thought she went to find a phone or check about the inventory. Minutes passed and then she walks by us, does not say a word, takes off her apron and leaves. Apparently her shift finished. THE LADY DID NOT HELP! SHE DIDNT PASS US OFF TO SOMEONE ELSE! SHE DIDNT EVEN SAY GOODBYE!!!the one star is for the guy we asked to help us and he was wonderful in finding out if they had the lights. But just unreal. How can someone like this be employed?

Worst customer service ever!!!! Went shopping with my husband. Bought about 250 worth of stuff. When we were checking out one of the items, a chair, didnt have a tag. So the cashier tells me that he cant ring it up with no tag and pulls it to the side. Like to say no tag, no chair for you. So we asked him to look up the price, he flat out said he cant. So we told him he was rude, left everything, and went to lowes. I called to speak with a manager, was on hold for 7 minutes, then got hung up on. I called back, waited another 11 minutes and spoke to the Mgr. She was apologetic. I explained that I understand that were all hot, were all aggravated, were all wearing masks and I get that the employees probably hate working in this conditions, but this guy was on another level of rudeness. RANT over

This Home Depot is a mess. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, but some of them are just plain rude. Ive been shopping here for years for appliances and tools for my apartment buildings, but in the last year or so, this place has gone downhill and when Karen asks to speak to a manager, they basically keep you on hold and a manager never answers. I will take my business to another Home Depot, and if that doesnt work out, Ill start going to Lowes local stores, like Continental Hardware in Newark.

If you know what you need and you know how to find it go to Home Depot you will not get any help but you can do it on your own

Poor Online Store Experience:I have tried ordering multiple things from this store online, for store pick up. They accept the order and then I get an email saying its not available, hence cancelled and the money will be refunded in 3-5 business days.....@HomeDepot, Can you please update your website inventory if you dont have something at your store? It is surely annoying to have this experience multiple times.

They had everything that I was looking for and needed to get my project done. And a vehicle was there so I was able to transport it to the site with ease. This is one of many trips to many different home depots that was a good good experience. We also had help finding blades by a very nice and extremely helpful man with hearing ads he went out his way to make sure we got the blades we needed thank you.

Home Depot is always good place to go! Appreciate the covered parking lot, bad weather you stay dry and summer your vehicle isnt a oven!The store layout with merchandise is easy to remember the location of all the products thats always good for the shoppers!

The store dirty and unkempt. As they all are. A very poor customer service staff, there is never an employee at the department where u r located and u have to go to customer service over and over so that they can page an unskilled, unwilling emoyee who just wants a paycheck and do nothing. I will continue to support family run hardware stores for generations where my money is appreciated and there is good ole customer service, respect, and professionalism.
