Though it was crazy busy when I got there, I found this place and sales associates very welcoming and helpful. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone..

Staff was great but as a contractor took a long time to check out. Some of the counter staff were waisting time with a clueless homeowners. While Im paying my guys to stand around for materials. Im a good customer so I was glad when few guys on the staff saw me waiting for over 1/2 hour stepped up to get me out asap so I can go to work.

These guys are at the top of their game!You would expect that a big box hardware store (who shall remain nameless) to have a basic plumbing part that every bathroom needs from the most popular manufacturer in the world. A manufacturer whose products they carry!I was disappointed to learn that not one of their stores within a 50 mile radius had a Moen posi-temp valve. Mind you, they had 7 different valve trims from Moen on their site.I was lucky that I knew about Ferguson with a warehouse less than 5 miles down the road. I got there, walked in and was greeted by no less than 6 employees, all in high spirits and actively engaged with customers. My representative (I feel terrible that I forgot his name) took a look at the picture I showed him and immediately said, we have 11 of these in stock.While I was standing there, engaged in a pleasant conversation, the part materialized on his countertop. No, the store doesnt have a transporter. A member of the team brought it from the warehouse. And in just 10 enjoyable minutes I was able to leave with my valve and complete my bathroom remodel.Thank you Ferguson!

They unload quickly but they go by appointment

Very nice, well run distribution center. To unload PVC pipe you have to back up a ramp into the warehouse. It is a little challenging the first time or two.

By appointment but very great bunch of guys to deal with. Parking was not an issue at this warehouse. For delivery drivers, entrance is off of hartz way.

I just bought a water heater here. The sales associates Max and Carter were really helpful, friendly, and had great attitudes; they made the whole process very easy. Also, theres pretty decent free coffee in the back of the store.
