They never answer the phone. Ever. My doctor even recommended I switch pharmacies because she’s known for years how poorly they run it, said they never answer the phone or check messages. Go figure. Don’t waste your time.

I called the pharmacy on 9/24/21 at 9:30am to ask for a simple question and I couldnt believe how the lady answered me. I asked if she could transfer me to the optical department that is located inside the pharmacy and she just told me that she didnt have their number, so she couldnt transfer me. How can you not know the number of the place where you work, or even try to help a customer?

Once upon a time this was a good pharmacy with staff rhat actually paid attention and answered question ( especially regarding insurance coverage questions ).Those days are gone with rhe wind.

I came to this store this evening to purchase something for my elderly sister. Her medical card was not working. So I said ok. As the cashier rang my personal purchases I hear the supervisor tell him “ your register was gonna be short, that’s called stealing”. The poor kid was frozen, and I was mortified. Not sure if it was because of the color of my skin that this guy thought I was trying to scam the store or if it was something else. CVS needs to train its supervisors better

I picked up a prescription here and when I asked the pharmacist how I should take it, she said oh, its all here. And pointed to some papers stapled to the bag. When I got home, I saw that it was only 4 of 6 total sheets. ... I hope the information on those last two pages wasnt inportant!!

I entered store at 7:45, cashier explained to me that pharmacy opened at 8:am. I asked if I needed appointment for a flu shot, she answered No and that I just had to go to pharmacy at 8:00 am. I went to pharmacy at 8:00 am where I was ignored by 2 pharmacy employees for 5 minutes. Finally, I asked if I could get a flu shot. One employee yelled out to the other if flu shots were available, she did not even look up and replied, I could get a flu shot if I was on the list. What list is that??? 10 signs in the store for flu shots, nothing about a list. Do not go to this store!!!!!

Most pathetic pharmacy, if you want to speak to pharmacist good luck with endless calls on hold. Most of the time your call will be on hold forever. Why can’t they staff their pharmacy properly if they have volume.

Terrible service, my doctor send prescription to this pharmacy, they claim never got it, I had to call both doctor office and pharmacy over 3 weeks still didnt get my medication, until I decided to quit on cvs and happily transferred my prescription to a walgreens. No wonder cvs consistently lags in service behind walgreens every year! Take your prescription local and avoid this chain who doesnt care about you.

Great pharmacy. Provides you with almost everything you need. I have been coming here for many years. It has great workers and they greet you when you walk in. Its nice to have a smiling face when you enter a place to shop. You are most likely going to have a great experience.

The Pharmacy staff is always friendly! Lines can get a bit crazy at certain times, but usually move fairly quickly.A typical CVS overall, but I enjoy the ability to self check out items at the front of the store, helping you can in and out in a jiffy.

Every time I try to get photos here there is a problem. I dont go very often for that reason.Today I placed an order online for some prints and enlargements. The confirmation email said theyd be ready by 3:43 pm. I dont get out of work til 4, so by the time I got there it was probably 4:15.Naturally there was no one in the photo department.I asked a girl to help me, but she couldnt find my pictures. Instead of telling me that however, she simply disappeared.When I saw her again I asked her if there was a problem, thats when she told me she couldnt find them, and was looking for someone else to help me.Along came a young man, who looked at the computer and told me that my order had been completed. But he couldnt find my pictures, either. Then he said that my order had NOT been completed, that it was at the bottom of the queue. I asked him to print them right away, he told me he couldnt change the order in which they had been received. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I needed those pictures tonight. CVS photo in Secaucus is horrible, go anywhere else but there.

All lazy staffs...nobody’s is doing their job. One day I asked one guy to help me to find my pregnancy over the counter tablet that guy just did the announcement and he was standing there doing nothing instead of helping. I was standing there for 5 more minutes waiting someone will come and will help, but no one came and this guy also not moving. They don’t care whether you are pregnant, holding baby in your hand or senior citizen, they just don’t do what they supposed to do. Second time I was waiting in front of the consultation window after ordering my refill because they said it will be ready in 10 min and they gonna send me the text message once it’s ready. I waited more than 30 minutes waiting for the message or I thought they gonna call me because I was standing right there. I double checked with one of the lady ( she was wearing blue uniform)Whether it’s ready, she rudely responded like “you have to wait until we call you”without even checking. Again I waited 5 more minutes and asked one of the white apron lady she said yeah it’s been ready even 15 minutes before, I simply wasted my 35 minutes waiting for those dumb staff to respond with my prescription. At least I would have understood if it’s crowded day but in 35 minutes hardly 4 people came there but these staffs are just passing their time chatting one an another. CVS sucks because they don’t have management standards.

Store is open 24/7, but not the pharmacy. Store gets 3, maybe 3.5 stars...pharmacy should get negative.Pharmacy- had a family member come home on hospice care, and I called around to make sure I could fill prescriptions. The pharmacist here actually told me that they did not carry,.and would not order morphine sulphate tablets. Ive since found that this is a very common drug.I called back to verify that they really didnt carry this...other local pharmacies were happy to order it for next-day, but I wanted to be prepared and I had just moved to town. I assumed the chain would be easier to deal with.Nope. I didnt misunderstand- they repeated this to me again.The next day, I walked in and handed the pharmacist a prescription for MS (morphine sulphate). They were ready to fill it from store stock. I suppose that my physical appearance, as a 40-something well-dressed white guy relaxed their defensiveness. I told the manager what happened, he thought I was joking. I played back the recording to prove I wasnt. He brushed it off, and offered to fill the drug express if I still needed it.Ill deal with small businesses, thanks.Store is good, especially since this town has no food supermarket (unless you consider Wal-Mart on the edge of town). Store is open 24/7, & the discount card offers some good deals. Regular prices on most items are high, but frequent sale prices help normalize things.Lately, store staff has been standing near front door and personally greeting everyone in the door, good bye to everyone out. When things arent that busy, its nice to feel welcome or remembered. However, store is usually very busy. Instead of creepy, near-robotic greeting, maybe they could open a register instead of relying on self-service checkout.

They deserve to get 5 star for their 24x7 pharmacy. Wait time is usually high as this is that only pharmacy in this area. Still they would get this rating because of the round-the-clock service that is rare these days.

I arrived 7 minutes before closing and she asked if I want to come tomorrow because they’re closing in 5 minutes whispered something to her co worker .then she took my order, went on the computer,took my information then told me they do not have the medication I needed.its a common medication,how they won’t have it?

I came here looking for theraflu for my toddler and was told that they only had the brand name and that my insurance didn’t cover it- only the generic brand. After hours of searching for a cvs that had the generic brand i finally went there to be told that my insurance does indeed cover the brand name.They need to hire pharmacists that actually know what they’re doing or train these people properly. This was absolutely inconvenient and a waste of time and energy searching for medicine for my sick toddler when it could have all been avoided had she known what she was talking about.

I had a very horrible experience with one of the pharmacist here named Puja. She was not informative and to top it she was very arrogant and rude when I wanted to know the reason why I was charged more than my usual co-pay. This is my regular pharmacy and I usually pay 5 dollars as co-pay. This time I was charged 30 bucks. When asked for the reason she said it is the deductible that I had to pay.I went there the next day again asking for if I can return it as there was an over the counter option that came cheaper than this. The same person attended me and she said thats what my insurance has charged me and that the prescription drugs cannot be returned. I even showed her my insurance card and she said thats the same thing they used. And she escalated it to another pharmacist. The second pharmacist also said the same story - this is how your insurance works, this might be the deductible the insurance company is charging you and asked me to contact my insurance (atleast she was polite!!!! - I dont remember her name though).I called my insurance today and they clearly explained that the claim was rejected by the insurance company!!! The reason was that the pharmacy ran the drug though an incorrect manufacturer!!!! Both the pharmacists did not even care to tell me my insurance was rejected. I called the pharmacy today after I spoke to the insurance. The pharmacist in-charge today was able to immediately tell me that it was rejected by the insurance and I was charged through some discount card. This was not even mentioned to me during my first two visits. When I went there in person to collect my refund I was clearly pointed out that in the receipt the insurance name carried the discount card and not my insurance. I dont know what the other two pharmacists were doing when I showed the insurance card to them. And they mislead me by saying that it is my deductible. It took 3 visits and 2 calls for me to sort out the issue and get my refund.I dont know how many people were affected due to this kind of irresponsible behavior at this pharmacy; and so Im writing this review so that other customers will be aware of if they face this kind of issue again.

Management at this CVS (pharmacy department) is suspect. I went to pick up my prescription at this location and even tho I was having an anxiety attack, and could not breath, not once did they ask me if I needed assistance. I sat down after taking my medication, and waited untill I was able to breath again, so I may walk out. And even tho I could not speak, because shortness of breath, the technician treated me with contempt.
