My daughter needed to go potty and they were so kind to let her use the facilities. Kind people and knowledgeable to a point.

They were so helpful to even put my transmission fluid in my vehicle for me. Had a great experience at the sedalia location, it was marilyn (I believe) who helped me out the most, as well as nolan. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and just the basic conversation they kept with me, all around 💯% good experience and conversation. Will definitely be returning to the store for any of my automotive projects.

I dont often post reviews although I should, but todays experience with Logan at AutoZone warrants a very positive review. My brother lives in Sedalia, and I am in Houston Texas. My brother has been dealing with stage 4 throat cancer and needed to go to the hospital tonight but found he had a dead battery this afternoon. He is not in a good position to be out and about due to COVID, so I called AutoZone and spoke with Logan about the situation. He offered to take my payment over the phone and then deliver the battery to my brother and install it for him. He called me when he was on his way there and called me again when he was finished installing it. I have always had good experiences with AutoZone, but Logan went above and beyond today and really helped us out of a tough situation. Many thanks and much appreciation for your kindness!

Cheaper parts than other stores but their shipments are way too slow. Im always late to my appointments because I dont have the parts I need that are supposed to arrive at 11, arrive at 1pm

Friendly staff, assistant manager came outside and put on our steering wheel cover. They also refused to sell me a battery that I DID NOT need. I would definitely go there again! Great for female customers that dont know a lot about cars!

Well, here is a story.....headlight was out, stopped in thinking no way would they have this expensive bulb for my Volvo. Yup, they had it. Charles( employee)was afraid to tell me how much it cost. He then says politely would you like me to put it on for you?????!!!! HECK YES I SAID! He was very professional and installed in 5-10 minutes. I then gratefully say, so, what would you like for dinner, Im buying you dinner for helping an old lady out. He stammered and said oh no you dont have to do that.....and I went to Arbys and bought the bestest meal they had!! When I brought it in to him he was stunned and I left him with a smile on my face and his mouth hanging open. THANK YOU Charles for making my day.

Excellent customer service! Another shop was going to charge me $100 to see why my check engine light was on. AutoZone did it for free. It turns out all I needed was coolant and the employee even offered to put it in for me, even though thats not normally what they do. They went above and beyond. He helped me talk through another issue Ive been having to determine the most likely cause. I plan on coming back any time I need something.

Better than OReillys, they took a tire gauge and checked my tire for me. The man at OReillys put a tire gauge on the counter expected me to pay for it just to check my air.

So long as you know what you drove there (make/model/year/cylinder (funny)) they can help you find reasonably priced parts for your needs; love this kind of simplicity!
