Showed up at 8am to get tires rotated and balanced, no cars in the garage and no customers there, two guys working the shop. Told me I would have to come back at 11amBecause they were only two employees. You got to be kidding me.

Came in needing one tire repaired that had road hazard coverage, 2 hours later I find out its not fixable so I bought one to replace it. Which at first I said no just put the spare on, the girl at the desk explained since I had road hazard I would get a discount on my new tire, in which I didnt. When I was purchasing this tire the girl at the desk and the service manager were quitely talking and laughing which in the situation I found very unprofessional.When they finally got the tire finished and we went to the car we could hear a different tire leaking, I went back to the garage and asked if they had to put air in that tire, I was told yes it was at 18 psi. I stated that I can hear and feel the leak and doubt Ill make the 20 min drive home with this tire can you fix it, I was told he would pull it in and I could go back to the counter. Great..2 and a half hours have already gone by and now Im starting over! Once again Im told its not fixable by the service manager. I said can you tell me how this tire was not flat if it was brought in this way, he said it wouldnt be flat if something was in the hole, I said well if I can feel and hear the air coming out I dont think its blocking it, he said are you insinuating it happened here, I said well I drove 20 min here and have been here for 2.5 hours and when I went to get in my car I could hear and feel the leak. So I asked what was in the hole, he said he cant say because theres nothing in it...but he tried telling me it wouldnt be flat if something was in the hole. He then said the belt was broke and thats why its not fixable. I asked if they had another tire the same as the one I just bought, no they dont, Ill have to buy a different brand. There was no care or concern about that factor that the tire was not this way when I brought it in, I was just asked if I would like to have the old tire out back on or my spare when I told them I was NOT buying another tire. I dont plan to buy another tire from Wal-Mart nor the road hazard in which they always deny, saying is not fixable. Walmart is slow, and always has an excuse to not fix the tire that should be covered with their road hazard. So this visit ended 3 hours later and I left with a new tire and a spare on a tire that was just fine when I took my car in.

We had a flat tire and came here 1 hr and 15 minutes before they closed. They refused to help us because there was only one of them working. This is where we purchased our tires and purchased the road hazards. We are an hour from home.After a call to the store manager and 45 min later, we have a fixed tire.

Bought and had new set of Goodyear tires put on today (4/12/21). Everything was/is great! the price, the tires, and especially the friendly and knowlegeable serviceman Dave, and the pretty young lady at the counter

Love spending almost a grand on tires and then waiting for 5 hours after being told it would take 1-2. Then to find out your truck has been ready, but they just decided not to call you. This place is a joke

I cam in at 8am to get one tire and an oil change. 3 hrs later I am still waiting while I was the second car when I first got here. They also have 8 employees and only one is working. I wouldnt recommend this place to nobody!!!

An oil change that was supposed to take about 25 minutes, took well over an hour. Lots of waiting around with nothing being done, I am highly displeased. I then noticed that my tire pressure was still low and they didnt reset the oil reader, and when I went back inside, I was told that they did put air in my tires and that my truck would take a little bit to read it, which is not correct because I know my truck. We went back out to discover that there was no air put in my tires and when they did put air in them, my truck did read the pressure properly. Then they realized they forgot to put the sticker in my truck too. When he filled my tires back up, he didnt get it back up to 35 as the paper reads either. I asked to talk to somebody about it, and Michael ended up raising his voice and being unkind saying people make mistakes, then continued to try to close my truck door on me, where I just caught it and said that I can close my own door. Lots of attitude, lots of lying, and overall a huge headache.

Mechanic extremely rude and not helpful. He stated unable to change a headlight? Should be a simple process. I will make everyone I know not to take their vehicles there for even the simplest things to be fixed

Could someone please give me a set date on when the tire center will be open. I have two cars that need tire attention an since I bought the warranty through Walmart Id like to be able to use it. Ive been told two different dates an yet still says temporarily closed. Just because we have a so called pandemic doesnt mean people dont need their cars to get to work.

Horrible service. They lied and said my tires were balanced when they werent. I have free lifetime balance and they still tried charging me $15.00. Blake and a woman (mgr) were the ones who were feeding me the B.S.

Not sure how I always end up at Walmart service thinking it will be quick. I have never seen a maintenance team run so slow as when I am in a Walmart service center. There has been someone constantly doing something to my car for an hour now. I came in for an oil change....better off just waiting in line at literally any other place.

Went in at 6:30 p.m. they had 1 car in the tire bay. Asked specifically if they had time for another tire change and asked specifically how long it would take. Was told it would be about 1 hour. So i took time and went window shopping so to speak. Wasted a half an hour and went to sit in their windowed waiting room. The same car was still in the bay... only 2 tires were off the vehicle. I continued to watch the mechanic change the tires.... unbelievably unproductive. Another lady had been sitting there waiting on her oil change. So as 8:00 approached.. and my anger grew... tried to figure out just what the problem was...was given false excuses (as i watched the mechanic the whole time.) Asked the asst. manager Michael, why the mechanic was just standing around. He lied to me and said he was doing paperwork. Oh and also... someone else backed a pickup to the tire area where the asst. manager, tire mechanic AND the oil change mechanic proceeded to air up 2 tires in the pickup bed. To make this worse... when I wanted a direct conversation with asst. manager Michael... he completely avoided me...wouldnt look me in the eye. Then went and made a phone call. Once he was off the phone, he turned opposite direction of me and then proceeded to help a woman who wanted to order tires for another day. I cancelled my tire change. I have changed tires myself... and on a BAD day i can complete a tire change...oil change.. and lube the entire underside at one time in 30 minutes tops.

People were polite- if you have a tire to get patched, take is some place else... They have told me 2 different times they couldnt patch it and then i take it to warehouse tire and am able to get it patched just fine.. Told me it was a tiny piece of palstic he found and it was actually a 1 inch long think piece of metal

I called the auto department ahead of time to specifically make sure I knew the hours that I could get a car inspection because there’s normally special times. I asked, “How late will I be able to get my car inspected.” She said that they would be open until 8 and hung up. So I arrived at 6:30, thinking that would give them at least an hour and a half. I get there a very rude man begrudgingly walks to the counter and asks what I want. I told him that I needed a car inspection and he responded, “Not this late, you ain’t.” So not only did I waste my time, I was also greeted with poor service, ignorance, and overall rudeness. I do not recommend using the Walmart auto department unless you want to be treated like garbage.

Called ahead to schedule an inspection, and was told they can absolutely do it. Waited for almost 10 minutes while the cashier struggled to do 1 return, only to be told they dont do inspections on Saturdays. Save your time and go somewhere that trains their staff.Edit: They have let their inspection license lapse and currently are not allowed to give them.

The nail in the center of my tread magically damaged my sidewall and when I asked to see the tire was told it was misplaced, unfortunately with a plane to catch later in the day I didnt have time to call their bullshit.It then took them 45 minutes to replace the tire. It shouldnt take 45 minutes to change a tire on the side of the road. But with this place with a hydraulic lift and impact gun, all these advantages just confuse them. Youre better off going with anyone else and I mean it. Have a neighborhood kid help you out, you will be able to teach them how to change a tire and finish before this walmart.

I took my Chrysler Town and Country in for two new tires and the service dept. associate entered fake serial numbers into the system, so when I went back for warranty issue they told me they couldn’t prove I purchased those exact tires. (I had my receipt) I was informed by a sales associate that the guy who entered the tires wrong had only worked there two weeks and was always high on drugs. The tire shop was ready to let me drive off on a bad a tire, had my husband not checked that it was a new tire I would have hit the highway with three kids in tow and a bad tire. (This was after waiting for it to be done for four hours) We were sent away with a promise by the Wal-Mart assistant manager that we would be getting the issue resolved on Wednesday when there shipment of tires came in. I called on Wednesday and they didn’t have the tire. I called on Thursday they didn’t have it and also claimed to have no way to know when it would be arriving. It must be a really rare tire!!! I mean there are only dozens of that exact van in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Obviously, I gave up and went elsewhere.

Consistent wait times of 2 hours or more with 1-2 vehicles ahead of you. Over 2 hours for a tire rotation. I try Walmart TLE about every 5 years. No change in work quality or speed. Store management and HQ are no help. Unfortunate.

Sitting here listening to the lady behind the counter complain to her customers that they showed up right when it was time for break. Shes told 3 separate people now. And, she is being extremely rude to some of them.

Dropped my car this morning at 1100 for oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be an hour and a half at the most. When i returned to get my car at 1250, they had just pulled it in to begin. Definitely felt like they wasted my time and customer service wasnt valued at all. Will not return.

UPDATE: Sedalia Walmart Manager contacted me to apologize. Said he would watch the video and talk with the associate. I have not heard anything else.Unproffesional and inappropriate associate. I was making a automotive purchase. As I stood there and watched an associate help a lady and never acknowledged me. As the asset. manager walked by and noticed me waiting went to the stock room to get the cashier. He told me, she will be right with you. As she came out it was obvious she was annoyed that she had to do her job. Instead of coming to check me out, she offered her assistance to the associate that was with the other customer. 5 minutes later she came over and asked what I needed. It was obvious I was making a purchase, but told her I would like to purchase these items. She scanned the 2 items and tossed them on the counter. Then bagged them and then throwing the bag at me. How unproffesional and inappropriate. I am sure there are other people that would be greatful to have her job. Aftering reading the reviews and having 2.4 stars, its shocking there hasnt been any changes..shame on you Walmart!

Got oil change 2 days ago at a walmart south of here in a 2017 truck they shorted just over a quart of oil. This walmart said I had to take up warranty and claims with the other walmart. They couldnt add any oil but I could go buy some and add. Guy and gal that came out and looked at the dip stick seemed to not know what the where doing as they were contradicting each others statements.

4 hrs for 1 tire to be replaced, with only 1 car ahead of mine. They tried telling me my roadside hazard warranty wouldnt be covered, when the tires only had 1200 miles on them. I will buy my tires elsewhere from now on.

My car was parked there, did not use their automotive center. Did not know that this was a problem, i was only getting/buying windshield wiper fluid. Duh it is closer if you park in the back so you dont have to walk to the back of the store.🤔👌👍😁 That is called thinking outside of the Wal-Mart bag.😂

Went to get 2 tires. They striped out my lug studs and tried to blame it on the last person who put tires on my car 2 years ago. After they took 2 hours. Had to talk to the store manager just to get them to fix their mistake after they lied about it.

I parked within 15 of the fire exit door in the back (not anywhere near blocking it) just adjacent to the service drive, and was waiting in the car with the engine running while my wife run some keys into the desk. The service mgr (this was maybe 4 months ago or so) came running out like some kinda lunatic shouting I could not park there, I said I will only be here for a minute, I am in the car and not leaving it, my wife was just running a key inside etc. This did not matter to him....move the car now! this guy was something else (there were other cars parked closer to the exit door then mine) totally insane! .....I called the store GM and complained to him he apologized and said would handle it......I will never go back to their service dept!

I went to go get my battery changed because it was dead so at first me and my mom went to go get a battery so see if we could put it in but the battery was behind the tire so we took it to Walmart to change we give them the battery to replace and they tell us it’s the wrong battery umm you guys gave me the battery saying it’s the right one so someone is wrong then I’m sitting there told it would take almost an hour nope it became 3 hours of them changing a battery and my cousin came in the same time as me and waited 7 hours just because they didn’t bring in her car until then so Walmart needs to get their priorities straight and better workers if they’re just gonna be lazy and rude
