Selection is ridiculously small and the store is very, very dirty. Fitting rooms are closed just to store things like ladders and boxes. Theres typically only one cashier, and that may mean a long wait to check out. Nothing is available in any size but the absolute average person, and the prices are kind of high for whats offered. Better stores exist, and id heavily suggest them instead.

No selection on shoes. Not a single pair of nike. Limited on sizes on everything. If they have something you like they wont have your size. Will back to school shop elsewhere

Couldnt find the things my Mother needed. We got some fantastic assistance from a lady working there ordering the things we needed. Also the store was quiet and peaceful.

Went with my wife and apparently they have a very limited dress section. But that was counteracted by their clearance section. Damn that area has a lot of options in it.

Nice just went shopping for an Easter 👗 dress.

Great deals. Traditionally for me, a great place to shop. An employee, Dennis, is simply one of the best customer service employees that I have ever dealt with. He ought to have a Gold Star or something. He is really...outstanding...I ought to know: I have managed businesses all my work career.

I didnt find what I was looking for. A winter jacket that was in my price range of no more than $100. But, the store was organized and the staff were pleasant.

Bright, clean, a wide variety of clothing and accessories, and now toys and more kitchen ware. And the staff is super friendly.

Why are we still here? Just to shop? Every hour, I feel my legs, in pain from walking in square-shaped circles around the store. The time Ive lost, its all like its still there, but it hurts. Were going to take it back boss.. JCPenny cant win.

Returned a gift without a receipt cashier was very helpful. Told me exactly what to do so the exchange would go smoothly. Other than the long wait in line I was very pleased.

Couldnt find what I was looking for OR anyone to help. Finally found item and tried it on and THEN saw an employee on the floor. When she asked if Id found everything ok I informed her yes FINALLY with no floor person to ask for help.

I love JCPenney but they need to bring more clothes for teenagers they used to have a lot of variety

I used to love going to this store. Since theyve changed everything, I dont like it. Isles to small, shoe section was all over. Infant and childrens clothes section is no longer appealing. The people are still nice. The changes have not been eye appealing. I cant wait to leave the store. Will not be shopping there much anymore. Too bad they have ruined what once was a good thing.

Petite department has gone full-bore old lady clothing. Dont bother if you are a petite. Another customer and I were equally horrified. Pennys online petites is only minimally better.

You can use a store provided wheelchair and had good sales!

Poor customer service, lady in the shoe department is untruthful, asked if they have this side in wide, instead of saying we don’t carry that she stated they don’t make them in that size. Very poor customer service at its finest. Went and put the shoes back on the shelf, guess what there were wide size in small shoes same manufacturer. Showed her asked and she had no answer when a few minutes before she was the leading authoritie on the subject.

The associates here are so friendly and went above and beyond today helping my kiddos get back to school ready

Love it my only place that I buy clothes. When size says 10 it is a 10 & so on.

Went to buy a suit for my 5 year old son completely unaware of what size he really needed. The staff was extremely helpful getting other sizes while I tended him and finding the other items I needed.

The store is still hanging in there for now. Its stocked with essentials and they had plenty of customers.

Great prices, selection, and customer service. I only wish they had more cashiers working. A long line formed quickly and while they tried to have people go to Sephora or the jewelry department it is inconvenient to do so and still took a really long time. Other than that its a great place to find inexpensive, yet good quality items.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do something about your customer service. Every time Sue checks me out I go home very upset.1. When I wanted to check my balance she said it cannot be done, but we checked it before a lot, when she did it she took my card away and the pin pad too, (privacy gone) her attitude just stank.2. She is very pushy to get my husband second credit card (WHY?) Every single time. And today she asked like 6 times when we clearly said no first time.3. Every time Im here (I shop there often) I pray that she does not serve me, and every time by fate I get her, that means the rest of my day is ruined.

The sales area was not well organized, but the bargains were really good. Helpful staff, but the checkout line seemed longer than I thought reasonable.

Good sales on nice clothes. Bought several things for myself, my husband and a couple of my older children. The Sephora inside this JCPENNEYS could use some work. Employees are kind of rude in this Sephora and Ive been to many Sephoras.

Terrible checkout lines, only 2 girls checking one with blue hair and blue lips was not very professional. She waded up suit pants and shirt in bag after I asked her to leave on hanger and cover with bag so I could carry out. She than tells me thats the way they do it when I just saw her fix the gentlemans in front of me with bag over clothes and he carried his out by the hanger. The other girl was visiting with a friend about her trip to the state fair. All the while people were standing in line waiting. Blue hair checked out 3 people while she visited. There is no staff to find on the floor for help with anything worse than Walmart.

Its a great place with having sephora I just wish it wasnt so cluttered . you cant even get a small stroller around the clothes sections
