George the manager of auto department, a 15 year employee, was unable to run his department well enough to have customers know that it was a 3 hour wait for a tire to be changed. We were stuck in the store for 3 hours without notice. When asked about the wait the only thing he offered was to cancel our order, we had no other options and had to leave with tires... Boonie was the cashier that never warned us.It was a long and pointless Saturday. No upset about the delay, Im disappointed in Bonnies and Georges not caring.

A very convenient place to shop. Went in for kids Halloween costumes. And they had what we were looking for. Though check the costumes before you leave. The one I got for my daughter was sewn incorrectly. And we have to take it back and exchange it.

Electronic department for phones and phone service was great, but spent 3 hrs there and still dont have a working phone. The lady who helped me never put the money on my phone card was invalid for funds.

I used the vision center. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. I also got a haircut. I am very pleased and the woman who worked with me was also pleasant. Then I picked up a few groceries. It was nice to feel like I accomplished multiple tasks all in one place in a short amount of time.

I went in to return a defective Moto G Play Phone and purchase another phone. Tomorrow will be day 14 so its the last day I can return the phone per Walmart Return Policy. I wanted to purchase a phone they had setting in the display and when I went to purchase it Taylor said that they actually dont sell the A11 Straight Talk Phones anymore but they still had it displayed for customers to purchase! She recommended that I go to another Walmart or come back when they got another shipment in.

The Walmart in Sedalia overcharged us for our 55 inch TV and did not give us the Black Friday sale..... yes were going back😠 to get our money difference which was $100😳 thats a lot of money...so were not happy with THEM

Local Walmart hours could use to be extended but pricing is better then many other Ive been too there cosmetics and electronics selections and prices compared to whole sale retailers is exceptional for the convenience it affords. above average for selection on food and drink in the area lots of fresh options and quality produce very few blemished or damaged produce anywhere to be seen would very much recommend.

Fast service for hpw packed it was at noon on a Friday! In and out in 10 minutes! Cashier super friendly and fast.

Convenient one stop shop for most household and grocery items but the service is poor, shelves are barley stocked and bathrooms are gross.

Their return policy on adult electronic products is ridiculous.If the item is defective and never charges or turns on why should you not be able to exchange it.And the manager has still never gotten back with me on the complaint i filed when they said he absolutely would call.Not what Id call good customer relations.

Have items most of the time on shelves. It can get bare here and there as this place does get busy. Recommend off peak hours for shopping.

Wonderful place to shop. They have it all, the store associates are always kind and most importantly the store always has what I need when I need it. No other Walmart compares to Sedalia you would be crazy to shop anywhere else.

Hate standing in long line just so someone who is paid to check out my items does so with an attitude because they are the only cashier and there is a long leading from the other end of the store. I feel bad for those that have to deal with it everyday. I pay to have my groceries checked out and bagged for me not for me to do a job Im not being paid for

Walmart is experience is a 4 of 5 stars (Electronic section) just because I’ve been waiting to buy an iPhone 12 there with a certain SIM card that I need, have been waiting for a good 2 months and every time I walk in and ask they say they don’t have it, and don’t know when they’ll get more or the day that it arrives.. I’d like it if at least someone knew and tell me the exact date or at least something close

There’s some shoppers and employee’s,who don’t watch where they going.One employee is going to rush past me and bump me.Then say “excuse me sir”,First,he should of said excuse me before he walkedpast me.2nd intentionally bumping into a person and not saying excuse me. Is Being intentionally rude and ignorant.Maybe if it was an accident but it wasn’t.A lady walking pass me intentionally bumped into my cart and a shelf.Again,intentional stupidity,She could clearly see her cart didn’t have enough room.Then of course Karen and Ken had to tell their family to just ignore me.So pretty much,what they saying is,don’t hold a person accountable for the things theydo.Maybe if they was paying attention they would of known what happened.Instead of responding with “just ignore him”.

I cant go to a Walmart without finding something to humor me for the rest of the day. The other day, I was at self checkout and there was a guy at the checkout in front of me and he thought he was being slick but he was so obviously putting items in the bag without scanning them and the camera was really slowing it down and catching him in slow motion. Its all good though, cause the lady who was working just kept resetting the machine and didnt say a word. See, we need more people who are willing to just keep their mouth shut and not care about what the next man did. If hes not harming you personally, let it be; hes the one who has to live with his conscience. Hey, gotta love Walmart, life lessons every time.

Its great to use for groceries normally, however there were quite a few things that were out of stock. Im not going to lower my rating because I always have good service and the store itself is kept clean and tidy.

I have found this store to be dirty periodically and in general this store like Walmart as a whole seems to have evolved from the customer is always right to the customer is always a suspect. That said, this Walmart appears to have more product selection then most Walmarts. But that must be balanced with the fact its shelves get emptied quickly. Again, to be fair they appear to have the most and best produce in town and their selection of meat is better then other grocery stores. Walmart has its pluses, and this store has those .....hours of operation and curbside delivery are excellent. The Sporting Goods section is also excellent and home goods, although frequently picked over, has a good variety of products and seems larger then other Walmarts. This store can overcome any of these deficits, but my personal opinion is it would require a competitor like Target to get it to up its game.

Long walk through the isles .. they put the beer clear in back so you can walk buy all there other products.. be nice to just pop in and grab a cold one..pop or what ever.. thats why I hit connvience stores instead.

Big Walmart. Lots of amenities like tons of self check out, pickup, delivery.It is the only Walmart in town and is pretty saturated most days at all hours which means they are out of stock on a lot of things all the time.

You never can find an associate to help you out. A lot of times they dont know where the things are that youre looking for. And they act like they dont want to take the time to stop what theyre doing and help you. There are never enough cashiers. And every time I go in the store they are out of at least 2 to 5 things that I need to get. I have to take a cab to get there and back which is 20 bucks. On disability and cant afford to keep going back to the store trying to get what I need.

Some food stocks were out or very limited. Noon food items as well. Expanding foam was completely gone. As well as paper played l plates. Thankfully there was to available.

Always a pleasure. I only get out to shop once a month, so its always an adventure for me. Thank You, Walmart for the joyful atmosphere

As many Walmarts are going, many of the things I purchased monthly, are no longer carried. Walmart seems to be pushing their own brands and reducing name brands that you can order thru their online store. I prefer to see what Im buying.

I arrived in my pick up spot and in less than 10 minutes my groceries were in my trunk and I was on my way home. Friendly, speedy service.

This store is always dirty and dingy. And its near impossible to get assistance. However. Im giving 4 stars because today a young lady that was working in jewelry came to help us in toys when we couldnt find anyone near. She went above and beyond to try to get an item for us. When she wasnt able she was prepared to get our number to let us know when it would be out on the floor. Her efforts were truly appreciated.

I was in our towns Supercenter for about 2 hours on Friday morning. It wasnt overly busy and was pretty much easy to get to the areas you wanted.My major complaint was no one manning the fitting rooms. The customer in front of me called the store and asked for assistance. They paged someone to lingerie. When I asked for a tag to be printed, she didnt have the equipment to do so.I have little choice in regards to returning as this is the only place in our city that is a Supercenter.I hope your visit is smoother than mine was yesterday.

Much like any other not so small town super center, Sedalia Walmart is the conveniently cheaper place to shop when you’re on a budget or in a hurry. The parking lot is a hotmess as clearly the traffic flows every which way and more than likely they won’t have that specific thing you like, however the recently added online pick up option is simple, easy & super convenient.

Walmart Supercenter was actually more enjoyable than usual today. The secret shoppers were out and about in full force insuring that Walmart didnt lose one red cent and the employees were very nice and helpful. My props to the guy working in the gun department. He was friendly and helpful to everyone and even knew his way through the automotive department. He sold me a great pair of binoculars and the only thing I really didnt like about the trip was that they were out of bolt cutters.

The line for drive thru NOT EXAGGERATING takes 45 mins - 1.5 hours to get thru. Then they dont put all your food in the bag, and God forbid youd have to go back thru the line to get the rest of your order. They need to figure out whats wrong with the system they use and fix it.

Tonight I was buying alcohol for a late 4th of July party, and when I was at the checkout the guy asked for my ID and when I gave it to him he said “wow you just turned 21!”… “that’s a lot of alcohol!” And then he asked me “are you going down the wrong path?” And I was like no?? And then he said he had to go OK it with his manager, (he took my ID with him) And he came back and rudely okayed it. I just feel very upset about the whole thing and definitely don’t feel like it was his place to talk to me like that.

Been here quite a few times. From California, visiting and working for a few months. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Thank you Walmart for the outstanding service.

This location is often really busy (busy like the locations in Independence and Kansas City and not relaxed like the Oak Grove location). Because of that, the environment feels hectic, the aisles are often crowded, and the employees seem stressed. The number of online grocery orders being fulfilled contributes to the hectic feeling. Ive encountered some employees who must have been having very difficult days. Ive encountered far more employees that have been very patient, kind, and helpful. Overall, its a great store with a good selection and kind help. Most of the other customers have been courteous and kind also. Its not a bad location; its just very busy.

Several things out and not stocked. Was crowded so we got in and out. Only small handful wearing masks.

Went here with my Mother. Hard to find staff. My Mothers first trip out from senior center since the corona. She was not happy and says she will never go back. I dont think its Wal-Mart as much as it is people in a hurry just dont stop to think and consider the challenges others might have.

Due to the new outside pickup this store is having some issues with inventory. What is listed online as being in stock my actually be out of stock on the shelf. Online shopping has caused some issues with keeping up with the in store stock and display of products. This Wal-Mart is still clean and well organized otherwise and the employees are friendly and helpful. Self Check out is easy and fast and always one open.

Shopping at walmart is ok its a clean store sometimes very crowded but it is our main store in town.the only complaint ihave is stocking shelves all day the big carts are in the middle of the aisle you cant get thru or around them it can get pretty frustrating...its a 24 hour store why cant stock shelves during the late night early morning hours?

Inventory was down today. They were out of several common items on my short grocery list. I visited a Walmart and a Target in Lees Summit (65 miles away, in KC metro area) yesterday and the grocery inventory at both was completely normal. So it doesnt appear to be an regional issue or grocery chain issue.

Employees are rather friendly, well kept store. No full aisles of product to block the path. Masks are optional. Shelves were stocked. Not overly crowded for a rainy day visit.

What can you really say about Wal-Mart? Theyre so ubiquitous and standardized to the point theres nothing to say. IF governments ran with the efficiency they do, wed likely be better off. It just feels safer to be shopping at a place that balances best scientific and medical advice with personal liberties to ignore same.

The shelves are under stocked, it is hard to find products because Walmart moves its consumer products around. I believe they think it is advantageous for them because by doing so it keeps the consumer in the store longer in hopes that more goods will be purchased, even though it is not what the consumer came in for.

Clean store and the staff is helpful.
