Jewelry is tough. They make it easy. Who knew there is so much to diamonds?! I was shocked! Luckily, Jennifer and Mark simplified that for me and worked diligently with my budget and wants/needs in purchasing my engagement ring. From custom to one they may already have in their store the commitment to their customer is that which stands out. I’ll buy every piece of jewelry I ever buy in my life cause I know when I go in there this is not some big chain retailer with workers worried about commissions and sale, but that of making sure you’re completely satisfied and just as happy to share in whatever moment you’re purchasing for. Every time I go into Bichsel, I am greeted with friendly faces. They are always willing to help me find an item in my price range. If you are looking for the newest items, they are constantly getting items in and have a huge variety. This is a great place to find something for any occasion.

I came in to buy Pandora charms for a gift. They had a nice selection and a terrific sale. Everyone was very nice and they offered to gift wrap (not sure if this is just during Christmas or all the time). I will probably return for Mother’s Day to get another charm or two.

I love going into Bichsels! There is always someone there that is happy to help me and help me find what I am looking for. They helped my husband create a custom ring for our engagement, and we were absolutely thrilled with the finished piece! They also have an excellent Jeweler, I took my ring in thinking there might be a loose stone - he found it and fixed in a very timely manor! All in all, great people, great service, great jewelry! :)

We worked with Jennie and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a few issues with availability of chains and cost but got that worked out to our satisfaction. We had custom necklaces made and were extremely pleased with the results and delivered on time as promised. We really appreciate Jennies attention and input. I Went in to have a small earring (1) made from stone in wife’s ring.Was told by clerk that the earring set had to be special ordered.???Took a week to make.Kinda hard to believe.Will not use this company agin.I feel they over charge for things that are simple made.

I have been looking everywhere for a perfect “Mom” ring and was getting discouraged. I saw one of Bichsel’s website and went into the store to see it. The ring was not in, but they took my name and number. As soon as the ring was in, they held it back for me and called me to come try it on. I’m getting married soon and wanted a custom wedding band. I went to a certain jeweler in Sedalia and was told that my idea was impossible, that it couldn’t be done and anytime I asked a question, he spoke to my fiancé instead of me. I was so desperate and disheartened when I left there. I decided to try every jeweler I could find to see if it really was impossible. They all told me yes, except for Bichsel’s. In fact, the very first time I asked about it, Mark was instantly ready and willing to make it happen, and he did!! My ring is beautiful, the customer service is astounding and Bichsel Jewelry is the only place I will ever use again.

I took my ring in as stone fell out of a ring I had purchased in Weston recently .. fortunate to find the tsavorite and they replaced the bevel and replaced stone plus buffed rough places on shank snd it looked better than new and the cost was less than quoted .. very reputable long time company.. I showed in Sedalia at Flowers over 50 years ago.. Bicshels was owner and adjoined .. Mark is a fine person and owner .. thank you. Appreciate trust always .
