We went to Reed and Sons for a ring to be sized. The place we bought it from couldnt size it due to the stones and intricate design on the inside of the band. We were greeted with kindness and knowledge at Reed and Sons. They explained that it would need to be done in a European style, but it was still possible to resize. They sized it once, I wore it for about a week, but it still didnt fit quite right. They happily made it smaller again. The outcome is great! The service from everyone there was wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable about everything (and we asked lots of questions!). I recommend them for all you jewelry needs-from creating your own with them to bringing in an old (or new) piece for resizing.

We came in with my great grandmothers engagement ring in hopes of restoring it. The ring is from the 1930s and was too frail to be repaired. We chose to have the ring replicated instead. They made a custom ring that was exactly what I wanted. You can definitely see the years of experience at work. You will not be disappointed by going here. It actually took several times for me to have it feel correct. A jeweler, Kevin, was a jewel to work with. Thumbs up to him, he was great to work with.

This is truly an amazing jewelry store and I cant recommend it highly enough! On a Friday evening I majorly bent a prong on my wedding ring by accidentally smacking it on a refrigerator. The next morning I set out to find a jeweler to fix it. I went to three different jewelry stores but none of them had a jeweler in house that could look at it and they seemed very pessimistic that the prong could be saved. Thankfully, I decided to drive to Sedalia to Reed & Sons where a jeweler fixed my ring in a matter of minutes without breaking or cracking the prong and then he proceeded to tell me there was absolutely no charge and that he had fun fixing it since it was such a challenge. I was speechless. I would have gratefully paid him any amount the he requested but he declined. I bought him a Panera gift card and some cookies because I just couldnt let it go. Amazing place with0 talented people!

I have dealt with Reed & Sons for years. I am somewhat confused about my neck chain with the Lifetime Guarantee. I have had it replaced three times previous & received a replacement chain that day. This time it is out for repair. I live in Richmond, MO. Too far to drive to pick up the chain.Otherwise, very good rating.
