Entered the store with my husband and walked around looking at a few things. He found a hat that interested him and began looking at it. The store employee (I assume owner) came over and offered up some info about the hat was nice enough and asked if she could find his size. He said that we were just looking as he already had the right size in his hands. The second he said we were just looking she walked away immediately. It was so weird my husband looked at me and made a face, like what was that about. She then said they were closing in a few minutes and kinda hinted that we needed to leave. He kindly asked her if everything around there closed at 6 and she said yes. He asked if it was because of COVID and she said that it was because “nobody buys anything after 6. It would be pointless to be open.” She was snarky and passive aggressive after that, not what you want in customer service. Put a bad taste in our mouth about the whole area. Really hope the whole experience was a misnomer.

I like to thank Jaqueline for helping my husband with selecting the perfect sweater poncho for me for my Christmas present when he visited Bennali located in Tlaquepaque Village, Sedona, AZ.The poncho is black and white, it looks fantastic, layered over a long sleeve shirt and black jeans. The material is a soft knit, not too heavy; it is an One Size fit all and is the perfect fit for me.It is lightweight and yet perfectly warm for traveling to the office to the office on a crisping morning. I like the selection of clothing at Bennali, the clothing line is flattering, not dull, and it is very hip and sleek.

Picked up a few unusual items at this high end art boutique. Beautiful items!

Love everything about the center.. Dined at the Oak Creek Brewery. Loved our meal. Great quesadillas.. great service.

Forgot our hats at home. They had exactly what we wanted.

The store has a lot of different apparel for surfing beach or tire. The prices are a little steep, and the store is pretty crowded. Some of the merchandise is overpriced. The shopping experience it’s a little fun, but the staff was not as outgoing as you would expect, and the congested nature of the store took away from the experience. If you need surfing or beach apparel, they’ll have it and it’ll look good. You’ll also pay for it.
