Im a little obsessed with this Ace Hardware. You can always (always) get help quickly, and from someone who seems genuinely happy to answer whatever question you might have and help you find whatever you might need. I actually leave smiling – every time. Thats a higher bar than Id typically set for a trip to the hardware store, but this great store and team have set a new standard.

The guy at the door closed it in my face and locked me out before closing time. I dont care how good theyay be in other ways, very rude customer service, and even I knew not to close early when I was a teenager working fast food.

Best service.. and I say that as a professional handyman service, worx4you llc. No wait, always there for you and always helpful... at this store the employees chase you to assist... not like in other stores where you have to hunt for help.

Needed a cooler. They had a decent selection in camping downstairs. Parking was limited to 30-minutes, perhaps due to the trails and hiking nearby. Was in and out in half the time.

Awesome hardware store will have what you need. Was the to get some wire to do a repair on my camper van. Had exactly the multi stranded 16awg wire I need along with the shrink tubing and butt slices. The dude working there showed me where everything was and cut the bulk wire to the length I needed. I was in and out quickly with a new knob for my BBQ grill. It is amazing how the big box stores have a 50 foot isle for BBQ parts but only Aces 4 shelf has what I need. Thanks Sedona Ace.

Good old ACE....when all else fails ACE will be able to help. The employees have years and years of accumulated experience in plumbing, building, painting, and even gardening. I have watched them help a suffering homeowner more than once, including myself, make the right purchase to save the day. Bravo ACE.Its quite the experience to walk their narrow and totally well-stocked aisles, gazing at the comprehensive selections, just as it is so cool to walk up a few steps into the plumbing department and have two employees immediately assist your needs. It boggles my mind to think of how intense it must be to keep such an excellent inventory that seems to never have empty spots on the shelves......always in stock items!Ace IS the place.

I go in here often for dog treats or bird seed or an actual hardware item. I love this store because theres always someone there to help me find what I need and show me how to use it, if need be. If Ace Hardware was a computer, I would call it user friendly!

Been buying at Sedona Ace for over a quarter century.The most customer service committed place Ive ever been to! Owner Vivian places more staff on the floor than ANYONE at any store Ive been to. Someone helpful is always there. Vivian knows it pays!Ive needed a few laughs with friends...I head for Ace Place. Its where locals are found.They usually have what I need and are helpful with figuring out how to get things done.I only wish they had a bigger building, but they sure know how to make the most of the space they have.I dont work for them, but have had a commercial account with them many years.

Woah Nelly ! This place was def the place with the helpful hardware folk. But it also doubled as a pet food store with amazing healthy options for your little furry friends. This store packs a punch. I could have browsed for days! I am pretty sure if you need something they have it! And in almost every isle is somebody to help, make you laugh or smile or say hello. Awesome experience.

This place is amazing. The staff is very helpful, the have everything you need and more! I love that I don’t have to drive to Cottonwood to get things. The rewards card is a fun thing to get in the mail randomly. It’s small town shopping at it’s best.

This is the quintessential small business in a small town—they go out of their way to remember your name, greet you when they see you, walk you to the exact product you’re looking for, and are always extremely willing to help. They have great inventory for being in such a small town, and they always seem to have what we need!

I went there twice for a client with unusual needs. The staff were super helpful and didnt seem rushed when figuring out and guiding me to where the parts I needed were. And they have fantastic dog treats that I have not seen anywhere else. my Huskies love the rolled fish skins!

Compared to most resort area ace hardwares, this one suffers. Very small and doesnt have the local design and nic nacs like most do.

This is a great place to buy screws for your project. Realize that you got the wrong size. Drive back to Ace Hardware.Buy the right size screws. Drive back home . And then realize you forgot to get the hinge and drive back and get it

Ive never been in there without someone asking me if I need help finding anything.

This store has almost everything. For years I went to the big stores thinking prices would be cheaper and have a bigger selection. Other than lumber and other big construction materials, Sedona Ace has most of your daily needs. Friendly, open 7 days, small town charm that you wont find on the larger town south on 89. I have been going here 20 years now and usually know the store more than the newer employees. Staff always willing to go that extra mile for customers.

Everyone here is always so helpful and patient with me. They will help you problem solve with projects or parts need and always have really good advice.

A typical small town Ace hardware store. They have a good selection of items you need for your every day needs and some projects. Space however is limited so they dont seem to carry many of the items you might need for larger project or more unique work needs. Youll need to go to the Cottonwood store for that. The Cottonwood is more than twice the size and has the room to carry more items and larger quantities. Of you cant find your needs in Sedona my next choice would be Cottonwood. My last resort is what I call the orange store, Home Depot. I rate them 4 star for selection. Ace has many item HD doesnt carry and in the exact quantities I need for the job at hand. Plus you dont have to search the caverns for your needs or any help when you need assistance. In most Ace stores theres always someone right there to help. The helpful hardware person.

Nice employees .. Terrible return policy .. My return was over 30 days and they wouldnt accept it!! I went to Home Depot and they accepted it. Thats where Ill go from now on

This is my favorite place in town to get just about anything under the sun. Plumbing parts, screws, screen doors, paint, potting soil, if it’s something that you need for a diy project they have it! The staff is amazing and everyone always makes my doggie feel so loved with treats!!

We stopped in during a downpour to ask about a business that was supposed to be nextdoor (in a now empty space) so the super friendly woman at the front counter made a call for us to find a similar store in town! Very helpful, a great face for the City of Sedona (plus a well stocked store with just the right tape we needed). Above and beyond customer service!

This store has the best plumbing inventory in Verde Valley and theres always staff working that have known where every item is, down to s single 5 cent nut. And the best pet supplies from little cat cans to bales of alfalfa

We have used this store for 4 years since we purchased our home in Uptown in 2015. On 9/9/2019, we bought an electric chainsaw 10 with an extension where the chain flies off everytime in use. However, Dan the Tech Manager made it right and took the item back; and, we were really appreciative.

One of those great little crowded narrow-aisle hardware stores that have anything and everything you need....staff is friendly and yes, they are expensive but its better than a drive to Cottonwood to a big box store. This one and the Village are about the same-Home Depot is an awful alternative since they are known to only hire staff that can become invisible when they come into contact with a customer...

Youre greeted at the door and since everyone is on headset, youre able to get in and out fast. They will give you directions to the part of the store that has the items you are looking for or they will escort you. FANTASTIC SERVICE!

There are a lot of Ace Hardware stores.. They are all over the place. Cottonwood has a good one, the one in VOC is great too.. But the one in Sedona is outstanding. The staff is competent, on top of things and as helpful as you might ever imagine. If you walk in at 2 min to closing.. same thing--no rush to get you out, etc. Friendly, neighborly, knowledgeable and willing to please.Absolutely five stars for a neighborhood hardware store!

They actually walk around to help you, the customer - what a concept!Renovating a newer Sedona home. Updating electrical and digital systems - they have most of what you need and you dont have to drive 20-25 minutes each way to the Cottonwood Home Depot. That saves you an hour of just turn-around time.Floor to ceiling stuff. Look around or ask the person wearing a red apron.

I shop at Ace Hardware regularly--We use the Ace Rewards Visa card for most purchase at every place we shop and usually get one or two $25 gift cards in the mail per month. Ive had no difficulty returning items when I have the receipt. If you dont have a receipt but are a rewards card member, they can sometimes verify your purchase through their system. The manager and assistant are both eager to please. Ask questions in the correct department to get really good answers!

Lots of selection for what looks like a small building!

This Ace Hardware privately owned and you can tell and I mean that in a good way. Every square inch of the store has something. They have a lot of stuff packed in this small little store and the people that work there are amazing. Super nice super friendly somebodys always there to help you find what you need. They also have a small engine repair out back to the other building which of the great thing to have if youre not good at repairing Small Engines like lawn mowers, weed wackers, chainsaws and what not. They also build custom window screens and door screens for your home if you need. They can be slightly overpriced compared to some of the other big box stores but hey thats kind of what you get when paying for convenience.

Helpful staff that is very willing to listen. Just went there to get a couple things and listened to some lady ripping the staff a whole bunch of new holes, she had a valid complaint but took it way to far abusing the staff. The staff was extremely friendly and listened politely and tried like crazy to offer solutions, I dont know if I could have been that patient. It was only when she started demanding they give her free stuff that they very politely informed her that only corporate could do that, she got even angrier stating she does not have time for that. I think I arrived at the tail end of her tirade and I listened to her for about 20 minutes abusing the staff. I just want to say good work to the staff for being so polite to her.

They are very good at making sure they have everything you need to do the job with minimal cost and effort. Very nice and helpful in such a confined location. I / we visit Sedona each year to family members and have honey-do lists for repairs. Ace Hardware is the place.

This is the most helpful place in Sedona. Went today to get alkaline batteries, and they also replaced battery in my car keyfob. There is ALWAYS someone there to help you. And great prices on dog snacks (better than Amazon) and furnace filters. Maybe on something else, too!

A gentlemen that I know went to buy a few things, one of them being a can or bag of rose food. When he got home he noticed he had been charged for two. He went back to the store and the woman cashier told him that he had bought two and she charged him for two. They went to the area where he got the rose food and there was on can left and she said there were three now only one. This man is probably the most honest man you could meet and she called him a liar. Please check your receipts this person is cheating people.

I used to think Ace was the best Ive been in Sedona over 18 years and always love going there.I just went there and was treated horribly by customer service and by the checkout Clerk, I will never go back.MAYBE,,, this is a result of all the airbnbs and minimal long term rentals in Sedona consequently no one can afford to live here and it ripples out to their not being quality help in town as there used to be.
