Awesome staff and great mechanics. All around and honest place. They do good work.

They were able to fit me in without an appointment and quickly fixed a screw puncture of my tire. The man at the front desk was very personable, understanding, and knowledgeable. Had a great conversation with him and enjoyed my time. The mechanic was knowledgeable and (as far as I can tell) did a great repair. I plan to go back and would recommend to family/friends.

I would definitely give them five stars, but no one takes those reviews seriously. The shop is awesome. My friend had a great experience here after having a terrible experience at chain tire shops and even the dealership. They were my last resort to getting a smooth ride. They came through. They got the job done right and the car has never been so perfect. I will definitely recommend them and will be back for all of my balance and alignment needs.

Excellent people to do business with. They diagnosed, fixed and changed my oil in less than an hour. Pep Boys had my car for 5 hours and insisted it was fine despite me repeatedly telling them I had to put air in my tire three straight mornings. Ill take New England Tire any day over the big box stores.

Horrible! Was towed here from AAA on Saturday night. Monday morning I get a call telling me my tires were no good and needed to be all replaced. Was quoted 1500 bucks ! Then when I was told ill go elsewhere I was charged 30 BUCKS for a LIFT FEE! What the hell really. Bjs looked at it for free and replaced all four tires for 1200! Thank you BJs

They have installed two sets of tires for me now. A set on my truck and a set on my wife’s car. Out of all the places I got quotes from, NE tire was by far the most pleasant to work with. Both times Jason put me in a great tire at a competitive price. I will absolutely be back when I need another set!

I have all my car needs done here. Very professional, but also very personal. I like that they know my name as soon as I walk in. They are very truthful also. If you dont need something done, they dont do it. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Been going here for 10+ years.

I really dont think you can have a better experience buying and getting tires installed than here. I have brought my vehicles here for awhile, and I now recommend them to friends and family as well. They even give you a follow up call, no one does that. Cant recommend these guys higher. Pretty fast too, not the fastest but they do it right thats why. Very straight forward, it genuinely seems they have your best interest at heart.

Yesterday my work day ended in my driveway with a flat tire. Needless to say, I wasnt in the best mood when I called to explain my situation. With it being the end of the business day, I figured I would receive okay service but that was not the case. Instead, Mark was a great help, energetic and explained my options after I told him I had an early morning meeting the following day.First thing this morning I received a call from Tim T. Besides being called and not having to call them, another thing I thought was great was the fact that I didnt have to repeat my situation to him. Reason being, he had been updated by Mark (great teamwork). Tim explained that he will be able to go pick up the exact tire needed and would have my car repaired before Noon. This was crucial for me as I use my car for business.Since moving to the area, my wife and I have dealt with the NE Tire Car Care Center (Seekonk) team two times prior to today and each time the team exceeded expectations with both customer service and job performance.Thanks and keep up the great team work!

They seem nice, but took 5 hours to put tires on and then got a very high price of $1250 for brakes, rotors, belt, tie rod end and an alignment. Once I got home I looked up the parts I needed and parts only cost $390 and thats the 1 under the most expensive parts. $860 for labor and an alignment is crazy to me.

I just had a lot of work done on my car (whole exhaust system changed). When it was finished I asked for my catalytic converter back and they were hesitant in giving a reason and they eventually said its because in the area theres a rule about holding parts for 30 days. After hearing that I asked my regular mechanic about not returning a catalytic converter and he said he has never heard of such a thing. Eventually I asked the guy if I could come in 30 days for it and if i needed a receipt or paperwork to pick it up, and he said nope and that i could just come get it. He seemed hesitant and all his answers was very sketchy. I believe he was just trying to take advantage of me and my friend cause we seem inexperienced wih cars.

My suv died. It was brought in today. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it same day ! Thanks Guys

This place is a joke that’s why people go somewhere else to get their vehicle serviced. The guy at the counter refused to do an oil change on my car because I’ve always used regular oil and he tried to tell me that he will not do an oil change unless I do a Synthetic oil change and trying to charge me more money and refused my service. I’ll be filing a complaint with corporate office.
