Absolute wonderful experience. Went in for binders and told them what I needed. CSR came back with 2 different binders and 1 worked perfectly. I was able to get what I needed and get back rolling to pick up our next load 5 miles away.

Very slow service, time is money and I lost a lot waiting there for almost 35 minutes not to mention how high the prices are and no prices on any items. I felt robbed leaving there but seeing that I had invested all that time there I took it in the chin. I could have gotten things for half the price elsewhere but wouldve had even more down time

Way, WAY overpriced!!! I asked 2 others who own trucks and they also agree.Ok if youre in a pinch with a truck down.Ive tried this place 4-5 times and each time I can only laugh at the price. I havent been there in 2+ years but today I purchased an oil filter for a truck I recently purchased. My old truck had the same engine. I know parts store need to make a profit but paying just under 40 bucks for an oil filter when they are readily available online (with free shipping) for 22.00 - this has finalized my business with this place (forever)Its also a TOTAL - Pain in the A** to have to go to a separate area of the building to pay for the item, then go back to the counter with the paid slip in order to receive your parts.Is there a problem with parts guys managing money or something??Takes twice as long to walk out with your parts.How they survive Ill never know. I just know theyll never get another dime out of me.But, if you like paying double, go there-
