When I got there I was greeted by a professional sales associate who had a wealth of knowledge on every car in the lot. I had both a hit and a miss experience with Ally Motor Group. I visited their lot and worked with a service rep that was incredibly friendly and helpful. I found a car I loved and they made the purchasing process painless, got me a great deal, and offered a fair price for my trade in. The only concern I had was that upon looking over the car I identified that the power steering fluid was incredibly low and was concerned about a leak. The service rep assured me they would have their mechanic take a look at it and fix any potential leaks.Within the first few weeks of driving off the lot, immediately issues came up with the rotors and emergency brake. All of these should have been identified by their mechanic but they had cleared it for the registration safety inspection. That being said, I notified Ally and they took the car back and had both of those issues corrected in 24 hours.Its now been about 3 months and time for my first oil change since purchasing the car and without fail, the power steering fluid has come up as an issue. As I suspected, there is a pretty substantial leak that is going to cost to repair.What I can say for Ally Motor Group is that they have always been kind, helpful, and fair to deal with. That being said, I would trust their mechanic further than I can throw him.

After going to multiple dealerships in RI and MA I came to Ally, the Finance manager Al took care of everything making the process easy. Very fair trade in value and took care of the X3 I bought when it needed the tail light repaired without hesitation. Al was great to deal with, and honest. I’d highly recommend you ask for him with you go in. Good guy and nice cars available on the lot.

After dealing with a bad dealership (Grieco Honda of Johnston)we walked onto ally motors lot looking at a 11 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland. The price was right Al and Christian were amazing to work with. Gave us the car we wanted for the price we wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Thank you once again. She loves her Jeep. Went there with a friend as he is shopping for a used car. Sadly the car that my friend wanted to test and we drove there for was not available as the sales manager had taken it as a loaner. Although the other manager there was nice and tried to call him he was not available to come with the car. So it was basically a wasted trip. Small lot with a selection of about 20 cars but the prices seemed decent.

Lou & Kim were absolutely fantastic; they made what would normally be a very stressful process completely painless and even enjoyable. They are down-to-Earth, awesome people who were extremely welcoming and put no pressure on us what-so-ever when it came to purchasing our car. They were patient and flexible with us for any hurdle along the way, and provided a much more personal and comforting experience than any large dealership possibly could - all of which we are so appreciative of!

Awful people avoid this place. Sold us a truck way over priced and its been nothing but problems. We just bought the truck in Aug, since then it needed a new starter, blown tire, window and door handle just completely comes off, passenger window button broke, and now to top it off it needs a new computer. They dressed it up to make it look good artificially but after minor use you see things come a part. Beware of buying anything here !

We just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ally Motor Group in Seekonk. Lou and Kim were easy to work with, they made buying a nice used car easy. They registered and inspected it for us and even fixed a couple of small items on the Jeep without even asking. I had a easy fast and efficient time finding the car on car guru. Bob and Christian were a big help!!! little miscommunication here and there but they did their best to keep me happy and get me in the car and be legit on the road. When I did get the car the brake light was out on the right passenger side and interior lights not working. Aside from that the car drives great!!!Thank you ally motors

Great local dealership. I bought a mini cooper here. I did not feel pressured in any way. Louis and Kim were very accommodating. They looked for additional accessories and gave me what they found. They also sent it to the body shop to fix a scratch I wasnt comfortable walking away with and included an additional key to be made. They took my car as a trade. Id definitely go back in the future!

Good selection of cars. No onsite service available. Slow to get back to you. Almost have to beg them to sell a car to you. Financing is almost non existent. They prefer cash buyers.

Bought a vehicle from this used car dealer in November of 2019 along with an extended vehicle warranty. I traded the car in to another dealer in April of 2020. Needed to cancel my extended warranty and get a refund since the loan is now payed off. After three months (due to COVID 19 shutdown) I finally get a check for my refund (this is my second trip to the dealer now, and hour drive each way) the check was for much less than I originally had calculated. Turns out after getting in contact with the warranty company that ally motor group charged me $500 more than the warranty cost and told me my warranty was a higher tier than the one the warranty company had on record. I will be filing a dispute with the state attorney generals office.Long story short I would not buy a vehicle here look elsewhere. Again I would not buy a car here go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service do not waste your time tons of other dealerships. Christian can not sell without his puppet in back room keeps coming out. I’m disgusted with this dealer

The absolute worst vehicle buying experience Ive had out of the 10 cars Ive purchased. They were in no rush to get the truck through inspection/emissions so I had to keep dual coverage on 2 vehicles for 2 weeks costing me hundreds of dollars. They pulled the classic well throw in a warranty for you but after doing the math saw that I was paying a large amount over what the truck payments would have been without the warranty. I later read the reviews on the warranty company they sold me and everyone says they cover nothing and are scam artists. So I call Ally to find out the cancellation policy to see if they do prorated refunds as some do and the girl just tells me i dont know call them myself. So basically you sell a product and you dont even know about it are you kidding me? You dont offer to call and find out seeing as I bought the vehicle from you and gave you my business. Stay away from this place at all cost. Totally a typical scummy small dealership that is unappreciative of your business and will stick it to you every way they can.
