I would like to thank John and commend the Car Palace Team for my entire experience purchasing a 2010 Honda Accord!All the concerns I had expressed about the car were addressed and love how the car was cleaned and presented at delivery! No more ABS/VSA(!)/BRAKE dash lights and dealer changed out the front brake pads and rotors I was concerned about. The Car Palace is trustworthy and delivers quality cars and an exceptional car buying experience - they had the Accord looking beautiful - the car drove beautifully and cleaned up nicer than I thought it could look to be honest.The on-line reviews are really great and love hearing how they support the cars post-sale! As high as my expectations were after reading the reviews, they still exceeded them!Not to bash the competition, but I think its relevant to mention how some of the Used Car dealers just dont get the importance of providing a good experience to their buyers. In March, I purchased another Accord from a Top End dealer in Attleboro MA and it was a stark contrast in how John and The Car Palace does business. The car was delivered filthy inside and out and literally nothing appeared to be done to prepare the car for delivery! When the ABS/VSA(!) lights came on the dash within the 30 day Warranty period, the owner told me he could look at it but he had a 5 week backlog, so it would be awhile!If youre in the market for a used car, I highly recommend The Car Palace!

A few weeks back, my previous vehicle broke down, and I needed to get a new one in a timey manner so I could get myself to and from work. My parents told me to check out the car palace, because they had both bought cars from them and were satisfied with their purchases. I ended up Purchasing a Chevy Malibu from them. It was in good condition, and well maintained by it previous owner, and any issues I pointed out with the car (such as the turn signal switch being cracked and needing to be replaced) where fixed in a timely manner prior to me purchasing the car. The people at The Car Palace where very receptive to any issues or concerns I brought up with the vehicle. I was able to get the car quickly for a fair price, and have had no issues with it since buying it. Overall I had a very positive experience with The Car Palace.

Awesome experience at The Car Palace! Purchased a 99 Buick Century Custom and it was in excellent condition with very low mileage. My window motor shorted a few days after but they replaced it the same day no problem at no charge! The staff provide excellent customer service and I highly recommend coming here to find that hidden gem youre looking for!

Came back in 20 minutes later and another employee put a plate on it for me. Went for test drive alone. Came back in negotiated final price, wrote a check for the vehicle and left with all the paperwork to go to my insurance company and registry ( they will be happy to go for you ). Bought a 2005 Silverado one owner in excellent condition. The vehicle had all the original books in the glove box including the window sticker,that is unheard of. I brought it to my mechanic after a couple weeks and said check it over thoroughly while I am under warranty still. I got back a glowing report that said I dont know where you found it but this truck will need nothing other than the routine maintenance as outlined in the owners manual. I would not hesitate to buy from again. John is a straight shooter and there arent too many left. Thanks John.

I just purchased a 2006 GMC Canyon at The Car Palace. John was phenomenal. There was no pressure, he was very polite, informative and all around a nice guy. The location is very clean and well maintained. I originally called to inquire about the vehicle but he informed me that it was sold, I asked John to call me if the deal fell through, which it did and he called me right of way. I drove down and test drove the vehicle and bought it. I highly recommend this place and I will make sure I tell everyone about it and most of all about John and how well he treats his customers.

We were looking for an older car for my teenage son which brought us to Car Palace. Found something in our price range - easy to work with and John the owner has been very responsive. Just around a month after purchasing the car (and RIGHT outside the 30-day warranty), a service engine light came on. I reached out to John and he said to bring it in - took care of it - an EVAP leak - fixed quickly and while my son waited. No charge.

They took a trade-in, put all new tires on the car and then transfered my plates for me. 1998 Subaru OutbackJohn and his crew were very accommodating with helping me every step of the way through the buying process. From financing, registration, inspection and even repair. When I first brought the car home, I noticed a gas smell after filling the tank and later found a leak in the fill neck. I called John and he ordered the correct part and arranged for me to bring the car back and swap in the new fill neck. No hassle, just got the job done and made sure I was happy every step of the way.

Honestly thats what i call customer service! even her brakes went out a few months later she went there and they took the time cleared there schedule helped her out i speak so highly of this place!! if they had a bigger spot they would smoke all the other used car dealerships in East Providence. even with the competition around they still maintain consistent and being humble; honestly makes me look at car dealerships differently i kinda wish i worked with them.

Came several hours away from NH so relied a lot on info I got over the phone to be accurate and truthful and that was just what I got.They even held the car for me 3 hours away with no deposit. The car was immaculately cleaned,serviced and detailed and everything worked and performed as promised. There was ZERO pressure and I was allowed to test drive and have the car checked as long as I needed. They were also willing to be flexible on price and couldnt have been more helpful. I discovered The Car Palace Inc thru an online search for a work vehicle. Historically, my preference for used vehicle purchases has been the thru the private markets of Craigs List or FB Marketplace. Another obstacle for me was the distance between my town and the dealership location in Seekonk, MA. The vehicle offered (04 Ford E150 van) was too interesting to pass up so I sucked it up and made the drive. John, the owner, was immediately likable and well experienced in his business. He was very earnest and matter of fact in telling me about his purchasing criteria and philosophy. We agreed that lower mileage wins over age when shopping vehicles. When I first arrived to see the van, it was on a lift in the service garage with rear wheels removed. This was good for viewing the undercarriage, but not so good for test driving. John noted my interest and acknowledged the distance I traveled so he instructed his guys to make the van road safe and bring it off the lift. I had my test drive! The Ford performed like a champ so I made an offer. John didnt haggle, he just gave me the bottom line and we agreed and shook hands. Once we closed the deal and I owned the vehicle, I anticipated that I may receive less attention to my call reporting a small issue with the van. This was not the case! John took the call directly, listened, made a suggestion for troubleshooting and assured me he had my back if repair was needed. Later he followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied with my buying experience at The Car Palace. I requested a needed vehicle part and asked John to ship it. When it arrived, I found that John not only sent the part I requested, but also the entire supporting parts package! All to say, my entire experience with The Car Palace, including John and all of his service crew was excellent, two thumbs up. I recommend that anyone, even one driving some distance, in the market for a great condition, used vehicle, begin their search at The Car Palace in Seekonk, MA. I decided after reading several reviews regarding Car Palace my daughter & I went to look @ a few cars which I did want the maxima which had 86 000 miles which it was sold so my daughter seen a Volve we called The Owner which he said he was on his way upon arrival we discussed the truck therefore took it for a ride & it was running well for a 2007 so I was pleased & purchased it in full which Im sure John was happy with the sale I would highly recommend his place of dealership

Was car shopping for over 2 weeks looking for the right car. Was looking through Craigslist & found it at Car Palace a 2003 Cavalier. John was amazing to work with as were the whole staff. They even came up with a last min muffler strap & let me store my old car there over night till I could come & get it for FREE. Cant say enough good stuff about this place & the experience I had there & I absolutely loath car shopping

Horrible. dont buy from these people. did not treat me with respect and seemed annoyed with ME for coming back MANY times to get my car fixed (had a lot of issues) while it was still under warranty. the car that I bought from them was an absolute lemon. an issue they SAID they fixed, I ended up paying to get ACTUALLY fixed after wasting so much time back at the shop. 10/10 do not recommend buying from them.

I recently purchased a nice SUV from John, they go above and beyond to select good vehicles and then make sure they are in the condition they would want them. To the point and direct to deal with no guessing games or BS. They even replaced a couple of things that were bothering me before i picked it up. The vehicle was spotless and interior like brand new also changing the entire full power drivers seat because it was ripped at the seem (which most of these vehicles are) and John said I wouldnt sell it looking that way, I was suprised and very pleased. Anyone else wouldnt have cared. Top notch, Very stand up group of people, I will go there again when the time comes. Excellent experience......Much appreciation and thanks to all of them!
