Shay was very helpful, patient and kind. She explained everything. I left the store with a full understanding of my transaction for the first time in AT&T . Ive been a customer for years . She also took her time to tell me how much my bills where going to be including the fees .

If you have a billing problem just call 611 they wont help in store. Husband was deployed and i wanted to put his phone on hold or interrupt the service. I had searched and obviously they have some type of benefits for military member in which the store personnel didnt know about so I have to call 611. Its a waste of time going to the store. That was my experience maybe they help others better with more easy problem.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Hannah twice in the past few months. I rushed in on Christmas Eve after my sons phone would not reboot or turn off. Hannah was so quick to help and . The phone battery had to die so it could be reset so that meant it had to be drained by pressing the single popup on the screen repeatedly. Rather than turning us away or referring us to the Apple Store becasue of the software issue she offered to work on his phone while I went and prepped for Christmas Eve. A short while later she called saying it was fixed and I could pick it up before closing or they would hold it until I could there after the holiday.I returned today with my mother to add 2 lines and pickup new phones for my parents. I had already placed an order a week before online that needed to be canceled because the order failed to ship almost a week later.Hannah was eager to help and understood exactly what we needed right away. She wrote everything down for my parents to make it easy for them to know what phone numbers they had, what phones each one had and explained how to transfer pictures and contacts. During the porting process for one of the numbers we ran into an issue that required calling their tech line. Although the store was getting busier with other customers she was very patient and never made us feel rushed. She made sure both phones were working before we left so my parents could focus on getting used to the new phones. It was really nice to work with someone not just once but twice who understands how to work with the public and provide excellent service.Thanks again Hannah!

Had I written this review back in August it would have been 5 stars. Bobby the manager was most helpful. I had been researching phone for months and he was most informative and helpful. Got a kick out of my 3in sq flip phone Lotus Elite. Helped me immensely with all the billing discrepancies on my first bill, etc. We transferred 4 phone lines and a tablet b/c of his helpful demeanor. Sadly, I stopped in today to discuss more billing discrepancies since hes been with me since day one and in most familiar with all the issues we had getting the tablet up and running (no help from AT&T technical support). After waiting for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence someone came form around back, I asked for Bobby by name. Was told Seekonk is no longer a corporate store, but a franchise and everybody left. May or may not have gone to Providence Place Mall. Did not offer any further assistance or even why i was asking for him. Customer service rule #1, immediately acknowledge a person as soon as they set foot in your door and let them know how soon someone will be able to help them. A lesson the previous staff knew well. Very disappointing. If anyone reading this knows which store Bobby was transferred to, please let me know. Hes the only person I want helping me.
HORRIBLE. I suggest whoever owns this store to hire new employees. Was told there was no new deals, couldn’t get money for my fairly new phone, barely made any effort to look into my employee discount, and had no knowledge of my “super old” plan I got maybe 2 years ago if that? I had more of an idea of the features than she did. It was like pulling teeth and I had to carry the conversation. I was also told I would have to call customer service to get answers to many of my questions. What is the point of you working at the store then? Went to the one in swansea and got two brand new phones and am now paying less than I was before by adding a line. The woman even stayed late to help us and did so gladly. She was awesome and did her best to genuinely help us. Had an answer to every one of my questions and walked us through everything. Do not go here.

I walked into at&t at 6pm right before close looking for a new phone and I was greeted by Jose who took the time to show me the different phones and plans he had available. I was so excited to be switching over to iPhone and he was such a huge help transitioning me over and getting me adjusted to my new phone. He even stayed past closing time just to make sure I got everything I needed!! Thank you Jose!!!
Shop elsewhere.... I had a very nice girl wait on me who was totally unfamiliar with the phones and could not answer my questions about them. So I Googled up the answers to my questions. Bought the phone. She would not help with setup and transfer and neglected to tell me that the box contained the cord only and no plug. I would have bought the adapter there is I knew just for the convenience. Frustrating experience.

DO NOT use this store! As of just a few months ago this store is no longer an AT&T corporate store and rather an Authorized Retailer third party on behalf of AT&T, this store is now owned by Prime Communications of Sugar Land, Texas, and just have a look at their record with the Better Business Bureau, it is atrocious. Clearly the predatory sales tactics which the store employees employ are not only fostered by this vulturistic corporate culture, it is encouraged and taught from the very top of the ladder down every single rung until it reaches you/we the customer (and soon to be victim) on the sales floor.You will be swindled, cheated, and feed a massive spoon full of flat out lies all wrapped up in a beautiful package of free promotions and wireless plan changes, which you will later discover (maybe or maybe not) is not a real promotion at all and you will be paying full retail for items which the sales person (in my case Anna S) told you stone cold to your face were a free promotion.....just pay the sales tax. Ok great....but wait wait wait! She had buried the full retail cost ($500) of those accessories as a 12 month installment plan on to a phone number on our family plan which was completely unrelated to the two numbers on our plan that were relevant to the business that I was in the store on May, 4 2021 to upgrade the devices for. I think that the majority of humanity would agree that this is fraudulent.My decision to upgrade a couple of phones on our account was partially influenced and incentivized on that day (May 4, 2021) by the promise of the free promotional accessories as it was presented to me by Anna S. That was a flat out lie, and if there is any shred of a conscience in there, she knows it too.Jose, the store manger, did NOT satisfactorily handle or resolve this issue. I was allowed to return the accessories and NOT pay a $55 dollar re-stocking fee. Oh how gracious of them, wouldnt you say?If you are an AT&T customer or thinking about becoming one, do a little digging first and make sure that you ALWAYS go to an AT&T corporate store. The closest corporate store relative to this store is at the Providence Place Mall.*Follow up on Prime Communications response to my review, as I suspected its just an automated lip-service reply to appear as if they care and will help resolve the issue. I emailed them as requested and it has fallen on deaf ears. Absolutely no reply.*

Omg had the most amazing customer service today from Zavier at the Seekonk store. He helped me with my phone issue( upside down Zag that I put on) put a SIM card in a flip phone and programmed the contacts. He went above and beyond. What a nice young man.

First rep I had was Anna. She was nice and got the new phone set up, or so I thought. She helped with upgrading my phone but didnt ensure new phone was all set, so when I later was setting up phone at home I had no service and there was a SIM card error. I then had to call AT&T customer service who transferred me to all different departments and eventually hung up on me.Then, we called back the Seekonk store and explained the situation to rep Chris, who was helpful over the phone and asked us to come back to fix. Chris graciously provided a new SIM card for my phone due to Annas mistake (she typed in the wrong numbers).Also, when we walked in, Anna didnt say anything and was in the middle of taking a selfie on an iPad with no mask on. She was very unprofessional for that. You think she would be concerned seeing the same customers from earlier in the day walking back in. Instead, she choose to take a selfie and keep her head down.
My experience at the Seekonk store was excellent. Elkin and Hannah were so cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a true pleasure. Elkin spent so much time explaining and patiently answering my many questions. I would, however, suggest that your company make it easier for your techs to get through to various help departments during the course of their day, and not have to wait on hold so long.

Pretty terrible experience to be honest. And this was AFTER calling at&t customer service, to be prepared for the store visit. I walked in willing to sign up as a new customer, I just needed a data-only plan and nano sim card. The staff doesnt know how/hasnt been trained, and the manager is required for such a transaction. The representative, Diamond needs classes on how to be professional to customers and act like an adult. A couple hours later from home, I signed up for T-mobile from their website, simple data-only, nano sim option- couldnt have been easier. I had the sim in the mail 2 days later, free express shipping.

Today I went into At&t to browse new phones for me and my daughter. I was going to just see what the prices were and thought I would have to pay alot of money up front. I was helped by Aimee and let me just say she is amazing! She helped me pick out two really nice phones for FREE!! All I paid was the sales tax! She even helped us set them up and made it so easy to understand the plan and bill...And Im paying less then I was with the previous company!! Thank you Aimee ;)

Terrible, terrible experience at the store. Went and upgraded to a new phone when I was eligible. Was sold a promotion that got me additional money off the monthly charge for the new phone. Was told upon asking that my new monthly bill would be roughly $10 more than what I had been paying over the last two years. Received the first bill a month later that was twice the amount of what I was paying monthly (that did include activation fees, etc). Spoke with customer service and was told what the breakdown of my bill moving forward would be monthly and it came out about $50 more a month than I was told at the store. At the instruction of the service rep I went back to the store and explained the issue. They were non-receptive. They took off a few charges that shouldn’t have been on an additional line but said I still had to pay the full amount of current bill. I’ve been with AT&T for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly. I circled back to customer service and they were able to add a 6 month promotion that gave me $15 of credits for 6 months but the bill will still be roughly $35 more a month. I cannot return the phone and redo for another plan because I was past the 14 days of buyers remorse policy. I didn’t get this bill until a few weeks after that period. The promotional plan that was sold to me was misrepresented by the store and important details were left out. I will be filing a complaint directly with the AT&T Complaint department and will be taking the best offer to switch to another company. The customer service reps on the phone were professional and helpful but their hands were tied. Absolutely terrible response and service from the in-store reps. They acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help fix the issue.

This location has always been so great with helping me with my AT&T needs. Other locations I used to go to used to make unnecessary changes on my account which resulted in features I didn’t need = paying more, but I fully trust all the team members at the Seekonk Location! I recently purchased/subscribed to AT&T TV and loving it so far! Robert was able to help guide me to the best package that fit our needs and even stayed on the phone with me if I needed help setting up (even though it was very easy... all you have to do is plug it in). Thank you so much for your continuous help! :)

The sales rep. Cam ripped us off. He wrote down bad math to show us how if we add two lines and trade in our phones we would save more money because the phones would be half price. I just received my bill and did the math. If I would have paid full price for the two phones I would have been 1700.00 richer and I would have been able to keep my two year old S9 Plus phones that I could have sold for at least 500.00 each.

I went in to inquire about the new iPhone. The sals rep name was Aimee and she explained to me how Apple hadn’t unveiled an iPhone yet but showed me the new Apple watches that came out and iPads. I wasn’t very interested in an iPad but an Apple Watch has been on my mind. She showed me the difference in the models currently available. She assured me the Apple Watch would work with my iPhone 8 and will def work with the iPhone 12 I plan on getting. She was very knowledgeable and professional I will definitely go back to her for my iPhone purchase when I’m ready.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the At&t store in Seekonk Mass.I went to the store because I was having a problem with my phone. I arrived at 10:05am. The manager looked at the phone. Stated it was a blown speaker. He looked at my plan and stated he could change the plan and give me a new phone. My monthly bill would not increase. I agree to it. A rep stated she would transfer all my information to the new phone. It wouldnt take long. The transfer began at approximately 10:20a.At 11:15a it was only at 54% she stated it would only take another 3 minutes. At 12p it was at 57%. It was finished at 1:15p. I left the store at 1:30p. I got home and logged on to the phone I was able to get on. I laid the phone for a few minutes and was able to get on. I made a few attempts and still wasnt able to get on. I returned to the store at told the rep the problem I was having. Sge stared I did something to the phone. She wasnt very professional about it. She spoke to the manager and he said the same thing. They both walked away. Tge rep returned and reluctantly stated they would have to give me phone. She would have to transfer all the information again and it would probably be another 3 hours as previous. She asked if I wanted to leave the phone or take it home. I told her I would take it home. She would give me instructions. She started the transfer. 10 minutes later. It was at 90%. I asked her why the other phone took 3 hours she said the 1st time a phone is transfer it takes longer . That didnt sound reasonable to me. I left.Later on that night I looked at my email an noticed my monthly bill will be $342.00 that is a $139.00 a month increase . My question is why when I was told my bill will not change. If that is the case I will return the phone and go to another company. I dont plan on going back to that store.I will also make call to At&t tomorrow.I am a very unsatisfied customerTheresa J Mello
