Great workers. I didnt really need any help, but I overheard the 2 people that they were helping looked like a very positive exchange in attitude and information.

Staff member “Tom” was extremely rude and condescending. When I politely declined a membership he repeatedly insisted I sign up, claiming each time “You really just don’t understand. The math is so simple.” I continue to politely decline. “Your family just doesn’t get it. You clearly can’t understand.” His tone was rude, and he was pushy and irritable. Won’t be coming back!

Their clearance section sucks. The only thing that was in clearance was less than 10 shirts and stupid little toys. When I paid for my item the guy didn’t have any bags in the store. How do you not have any bags at your store especially When your store is that a mall. The guy working there wasn’t very excited to talk to me mind you there’s nobody else in the store.

Clean environment with excellent employees in my experience. Last time I went, one of them actually went out of their way to tell me they didnt have items of a particular category in stock while I was browsing. Very helpful.

Great items, still cant find ps5 but still awesome no matter what. Any video game you want is there and the employees are nice and very helpful. One of the best places to go to and very convenient.

The guy working there on Augest 3 2021 at 1:30pm today was very unprofessional. He was on his phone the whole time and when I would ask him a question he wouldn’t be interested in responding to my question. He wasnt wearing a mask the whole time I was there so it would be nice for the employees working there to show proof that they got vaccinated. That white guy with the medium size brown haircut need to go.

First off i will never shop at gamestop again. The woman was rude and distracted, i came in to sell a Nintendo switch game i bought for my daughter that she already had so i never opened it. I bought this game on my pro account and they offered me 20.18 for a game they sold me for 5999. They lady tells me because its not open yet they wont buy it because its probably stolen? Are you for real ? Said i could open it and wait 48 hours again acting like i stole it. Thats it im done f you gamestop

Came here to preorder Forza Horizon 4, just the game. But after doing some research I ended up preordering the 100$ Horizon package. It’s much much better and you definitely save money in the long run. They answered all my question about external hard dives. They had a pretty good selection of Hard drives but I wanted a brand new one. So I went to Best Buy next door for that. Plus I had a gift card. I ended up grabbing the new Phantom black controller. Don’t be tricked by the outside packaging of the box ahah. It looks like there’s designs on the controller case but it’s actually smoked clear. So you can see the components inside the controller. Highly recommend it. As well as this GameStop!

Some staff are nice and their product is great but the store leader named Tom made my experience completely unpleasant and unwelcoming. I did not feel treated like a customer or a person. Would not return to this location ever again

I don’t know who it is but the overweight white guy who seems to be great at math and seems to be a manager at this store is absolutely fantastic at his job I have been in there numerous times he has saved me money personally every time with his recommendations numerous things that I personally would enjoy and has done a fantastic job promoting items in the store that I personally would love it he might be one of the best store managers I have ever encountered GameStop needs to recognize this man’s talent because thank you very much sir I promise you next time I’m in there I will make sure to give this man credit upon his name as it is well deserved

GameStop is a dying chain for a reason, but the staff here are nice and there is a decent selection of games.

Its a 20 minute drive away from my home. But the customer service is worth the trip!!!

Clean enough location with a nice and pleasant layout. Ive only usually seen one or two people in at a time so if its busy, then youll be waiting a while to get helped/checked out. The guy that usually helps me doesnt push the corporate taking points that are required by all staff. I wont say who it is. So for me it ya cool spot to grab up some older games like Wii and Gameboy games if Im in the area. But still a horrible company IMHO.

My local Gamestop always goes out of the way for me!!! above and beyond to help me out!!! I always make a lot of pre-orders there and they always make sure they update me and let me know what’s going on with all my pre-orders they let me know what’s coming out they know what I like so they make sure they let me know exactly what’s coming out what suits me best some of the employees know me by name I know them by name!! it’s my number one go to place for anything gaming PC or console!!! Definitely the nicest people in the nicest place you can’t go wrong going here asking for help they definitely know their stuff and will go out of their way to help you!!!!

Came to pick up pre order of spider man. They were friendly and efficient. Good location but they are in a busy stretch of shopping.

Staff is helpful and respectful, they always try to upsell insurance or get you to preorder but stay on track and youll be fine. Good advice when buying games, but remember to never sell games back to them (use Marketplace instead).

It is hard to fairly say anything really. I have been going here for well over a decade and have fostered my life around it. I am a gamer so it is fair to say I am a fan of the place.However, put aside the mediore practices of game stop on occasion. I enjoy this store cause I like the people.I admittedly have been going longer than most maintain the job. But each new person is always very chill. I tend to favor the types whom know a regular and talk to them like a person.So it is 4 out of 5 simply due to the fact it is expensive to bug hard copy games and they may need to work on better sales as a company. But this specific place? Like a home away from home.
