Thank you so much to Ken, who has always provided my family with amazing customer service at this AT&T location. My husband says he’s the best employee that store has ever seen. If you need to get new service, he’s definitely worth waiting the extra bit for him to help you. Give him a raise.

Be careful doing business at this location. They’re not above lying to you. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. If I could give less than one star, I would.Update to store owner response that said they were sorry to hear that my visit was less than satisfactory:The associate who waited on me outright lied about what information he gave to me. This is not a training issue, it’s an integrity issue. Integrity issues are much harder to correct than having associates who are friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently took a power of attorney letter into the shop to try to change bank account information for my 85 year old mother who has dementia. The management would not honor my POA and told me it was because of their security protocols. So much for getting help.

Amazing customer service. When I went to switch to a new phone the staff there was very informed and helpful. Had no trouble during the process, they kept me informed on any deals that I could get and looked out for my best interest. It did not take long for the process to be completed, it was quick and smooth. Will definitely be going back to this location when I switch again.

I was referred to Sabrina for setting up my services for my new home. We ran into some issues with my address not coming up in their system, however, Sabrina was knowledgeable with that the issue likely was and submitted a ticket. Compared to calling the 1-800 customer service number, Sabrina was definitely the way to go! Only having to wait about one week vs. some other neighbors, I think I got the better end of the deal :) I hope to continue business with her/this store in the coming future. Thanks again!

Went in for a regular upgrade but was told to add a line to get the best deal, even though I didnt need one. Come to find out by customer service I didnt need to add a line for the promotion. Also was told I needed a next plan and insurance for 30 days but was told otherwise. Do yourself a favor and order online. Theres such a used car salesman vibe here. 0 stars if I can give it.

Very pleased with the contactless service we received when my husband’s phone needed to be replaced. Sabrina was extremely helpful and even found us discounts we were not expecting. The young man who waited on me kept asking me my cellphone number and email address instead of writing them down on paper so he wouldnt have to keep asking me. Sometimes when he would say it back to me it wouldnt even be correct. I think this young man was more interested in another customers service dog. It seemed to me he was in training. I was hoping the young lady who first waited on me would have finished with me but she had this young man wait on me. The reason I wanted the female to wait on me was because I felt like she knew what she was doing.

Please be careful when going to this location. They consistently slam your account with insurance and Next up plan. Brought it up to the manager and she condones it. She said it’s a free 2 week service that we can remove. I didn’t want it on there in the first place because I knew I would forget to remove it. She stated over and over that it’s a company policy to add the Next up which doesn’t make sense because how is it a company policy to just add extra charges to your account that the customer doesn’t want? She also states she couldn’t show me the policy because it was internal and private however the prices for the phones, rate plans, restocking fee and everything else that has to do with pricing is clearly posted. All except, you guessed it, the policy on the Next Up charge. I have 10 lines so that’s an extra $50 bucks on my bill. That’s a big difference. Store is shady with slamming so I will not go back until they stop these unethical practices.

When my wife and I entered the store the staff was busy helping other customers. Immediately the gentleman on the crutches asked us if we needed help and then his trainer, joined us all around the iPhone 11 display. They understood I needed a new phone and were even helpful with helping me log into my old iCloud account. I wish I could had gotten their names but this was by far the best display of customer service that I’ve had anywhere, in quite sometime.The entire staff should be commended as well, for willing to help customers continue on with their daily affairs when it comes to phones and what not, all while putting their own safety and health on the line and showing why not only this store, but AT&T as a company, is our top choice for all our personal device needs. Thank you all for your dedication and tireless effort, to place other people’s lives’, before their own...Yes it’s their job, but just like me I had a choice to choose a wireless service and they had a choice to go to work or not, and they chose to display their own selfless act by showing up and being determined.

I dont ever post negative reviews but this store definitely deserves one. Just received my first bill after our visit and its definitely not what we discussed. Was given bogus pricing with new lines added to my plan and $30 of insurance i didnt want and $10 of a next up plan that I never asked for. Seems like some crooked stuff going on here. Id rather have lousy service with Tmobile than to be lied to. Probably not going to make a difference but have some integrity. It can go a long way.

Oh & dont mind the pink fingernails thats just a special feature complements of his Precious baby girl, you know the Daddy go NOWHERE W/O me in mind kind right. Other store employees in Seguin are also worth mention I just cant say I remember them by name as of yet. Thats A Great deal more than I can say for the Gonzales store babysitter dont know the name but do hope he can find his calling

Beware!!!! Of what you ask for and what you receive. I walked in to cancel a line and upgrade my device. Well guess what I walked out with ? Everything I didn’t need and an outrageous monthly bill and ad ons I didn’t need. Found that they don’t really care what it cost you and I was told oh it’s not that much more money. Until I stated well do you want to pay the difference for me? The manager is definitely the circus leader and head clown. Speaks a mile a minute. I walked back in to cancel my entire deal with a customer loyalty rep fro att on my speaker. She kept muting him and kept talking into the phon as if he could hear her. Stay away use a corporate att store. Never to return to this store and strongly advise you don’t either. You’ve been warned!!!!!!!!!

Went in March 2020 to get an iPad for my kiddo. I waited between 10 and 15 minutes to get help, which I don’t think was bad considering all associates were working with other customers and there were quite a few people in the store. I was assisted by Sabrina and she was great! Super down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and efficient. We engaged in casual conversation while waiting for AT&T on the phone and I never felt pushed into anything, even after asking questions about some of the other products AT&T offers.

Came into the store around seven knowing they closed at 8. The store was packed and only one person was working and he let us know he’d be with us when he had the chance. Long story short Mike ended up staying and helping us till 10pm and helped us out so much getting everything situated and solved. Such an amazing representative for AT&T. super patient, answered every question and overall just an awesome person! THANKS MIKE

Once again the AT&T store of Seguin has failed us. Went to AT&T to transfer a number from an existing plan to a new FirstNet plan. Mike Stoner created the plan and stated it was indeed a FirstNet plan. Even mentioned the benefits and difference not between FirstNet compared to a traditional wireless plan. Sounds great right? No.I leave the store and notice later that the plan is NOT a FirstNet plan. Even before exiting the store i verified with Mike that it was indeed a FirstNet plan. Jokes on me. Went back to the joker store and Mike was not there. Convenient. The same manager was there from the previous day and told me they didn’t put me on a FirstNet plan because i didn’t qualify. I only qualified for the first responder discount. I’m sorry, What?! She then continued to argue with me about qualifications that were clearly stated on the FirstNet qualifications page. I even got accepted after filling out the application. So i left and went to the Corporate Store in New Braunfels and they transferred everything without hesitation or issue. AT&T Seguin should just lock the doors permanently. If you’re an AT&T customer and live in Seguin, GO TO NEW BRAUNFELS @ Creekside!

Great store! The store manager helped me and he was great. Awesome to see someone with a great attitude in AT&T stores. He was super helpful getting my numbers over from a different phone company and transferred all my information. Last time I changed phones I lost all my pictures and information. Jared really took the time to make sure everything was on the new phone and showed me how to use it. Jared was awesome!

If you need to go to an AT&T store no matter where you live this is the store to go! The manager here is amazing, kind, patient, courteous, and she knows what shes talking about. Just traded in my 2 phones for Christmas and my experiece was amazing when usually its such a long hassle. I am blessed to have them in my town.

Jenna was incredibly adept at her job. She was able to port us over from T-Mobile which did not live up to their sales pitch. She was able to scan the discounts and get us the best deal. There was a slight glitch since we did not know our T-Mobile passwords and she was able to direct tech support to solve our problem in a very short amount of time. Not only that, she laughed at all our jokes without one groan. A real keeper.

I always do the insanity thing and try to go through their phone customer service and when I’m done with that craziness I go to the store and Sabrina the store manger always fixes the unfixable. After speaking to two agents on the phone and chatting with 3 they couldnt tell me why it wouldnt activate so I came to this store and Alex took a look at the computer, reset the sim and within 10 seconds phone worked and Im the worlds best dad again. I wont go any lower than 3 because I never actually got to talk to anybody at the store. Im sure theyre all a bunch of really nice people, but they completely ignored me because I was not there to set up a new phone. All I wanted to do is buy a cable, but there was nobody to help.

My wifes Samsung Galaxy S5 quit taking a charge so I bought her a J7 Prime at an electronics store in San Antonio. Now, I needed to switch the SIM card from the old phone to the new. But, the old SIM card would not fit in the new phone. Ken at the AT&T store in Seguin, Texas was very helpful in making the transition of the SIM card between phones by trimming the card. I appreciated his friendliness and experience. The next time I buy a phone my first stop will be at the AT&T store in Seguin

Sure is funny to me that ATT would sell me a phone cord that quit working within 6 weeks and not refund it. They replaced it once, but that one also quit working within six weeks. I bought it at that store ($27) because I wanted one that was truly compatible with my IPhone 6 and Macbook, one that worked. They sent me to the company that handles the warranty, who offered to replace it yet again. I told her that I really just wanted my money back. She said that would be up to the store where I purchased it.Lesson Learned and now I will be sure to broadcast it where ever and whenever I get the opportunity.

Worst ATT experience! Not even a real ATT store. Just an authorized dealer. Sales staff took complete advantage of my elderly grandmother. She went in for help with IOS upgrade on her wifi iPad. They told her couldnt be helped and ended up selling her a new iPhone and new iPad, with cell service on both, locking her into a two year agreement. When she showed me her broken iPad I was able to complete the iOS upgrade in 4 minutes. Nothing wrong with it! I called them to see if the manager could help us with the unnecessary equipment. Since we were 10 days outside of return time, they refused to help. With cockiness and arrogance. Unbelievable! Fortunately, I called the REAL AT&T, and they took care of everything! Shame on Chase and Joey for not doing the right thing!

Mislead by sales person regarding veterans discount, no savings at all after 2 hours with sales rep. Got ATT bill and the discount I was to receive does not apply to my plans at all YET I was assured and told it would, so I switched plans and bought another phone.
