Today I went with my sister to this location in Seguin, in front of HEB. One out of the three men working there was not very professional. I took my sisters old phone and new phone in so they could help us transfer all the info/storage to the newer one. I explained what we wanted done, and he blankly stared at me, like he wasnt even listening.When the man who was helping us was doing the transfer, he said it would take 30 minutes and so we waited maybe 5 minutes and it changed to 1 hour, so in those 3-5 minutes of him waiting with us/pushing buttons on the phones, he started talking to his friends/other employees next to him...talking about what they wanted to eat, I believe he was ordering food while working (on his phone), and he also spoke about an ex employee. I am sorry but that is very unprofessional in my book. At least wait until you are in the back, or there are no customers around to order food or talk about other employees.Just wanted to share that with whoever reads the reviews for this location.

Dorian was amazing. He helped us switch over and upgrade our phones while helping 3 other customers and a coworker at the same time. Best customer service I’ve ever had

I was not the easiest customer to deal with for 4.5 hours nevertheless Kristian Yarbrough was GREAT!! On Point and VERY pleasant NOT to mention VERY knowledgeable... He is defiantly READY to run HIS own Store!! GREAT TEAM at the 1415 E. Walnut Ste 400 in Seguin Texas

Very unprofessional especially the company GP mobile that owns the store. Customer service is bad The guys that work there talk about customers butts as soon as the customer leaves. Kristian steals. Dorian curses in front of customers a 6 yr old little girl actually had to tell him dont say that in front of her. Seguin stores are trash if you need help call 611 or go out of town for best services

My phone dropped a call yesterday, and hasnt worked at all since. Ive not had service all day. Kristian at the T-Mobile store, who had a mobile expert tag told me the phone had just quit working and I would have to buy a new one. We also found out our bill had gone up without explanation. He couldnt provide a receipt for any payments and suggested that we went to the other store in town because theyre well known for scamming people. Basically the rep who sold us our new phones scammed us out of $282. Kristian was zero help and actually kept my SIM card. Zero stars. We will be switching providers.

This store manager and assistant managers are liars they say they are doing one thing to your face and do not take care of their customers when they say they’re going to do that instead they overcharge your credit card and never give you the difference back do not recommend this place to anybody that wants good customer service

My fam and i went to make changes on to our account and my 2 yr old son needed to go potty and they did not let us use the restroom we went next door to the nail salon and said that tmobile had their own restrooms please keep in mind that sometimes we need to be in a local store for atleast 1 hr this was a disapointment we left because my 2 yr old son was not allowed in the restroom.
