I worked in retail for years. The service I received here was excellent. The retail companies today spend millions of dollars on customer opinion and satisfaction. A few weeks ago, I was assisted by Samantha. She greeted me with a great upbeat attitude. I had many questions and she bent over backwards with answers, samples and displayed exemplary customer service skills. I came home with everything I needed. I hope Samantha is rewarded with the appreciation and accolades she deserves.

The store doesnt have the full line only the most favorites. Also the employees arent very bright. The store in the mall is better!

02/19/21: so I went with the intentions to spend over $100 but while in the store I felt I was being watched by workers b/c I was constantly asked if I needed help. If It smells good one should buy! what help would I need so bad!so I spent less than $20...Other customers came in and they didnt ask if they needed help.I wont be returning to this location. It is sad that people are like this

The Selden location has such confusing hours and are completely different than the hours posted online. Went to the location at 5:40pm and a woman standing outside told us that they were currently closed and at max compactly with only two customers inside. She said they closed at 6pm as well? But it was 5:40? They still had 20 minutes left? All I needed to do was exchange a defective body spray for the same smell. It would have taken a whole 2 minutes. I will not be shopping here again.

My kid LOVES this place. She goes scent crazy when we are in there. Staff was super helpful. Place was very clean and well organized. When we got to the register I realized my last e-mailed coupon from them was in January. The girl at the register was so nice she had a coupon for us and reestablished my email so I would get coupons again. All and all a great experience. They also have working sinks so you can try the hand soaps out.

I go to the store at 6:05 (store closes at 7) The very UNPLEASANT security guard with NO MASK on tells me “the line ends with me because by the time these people get in, it’ll be 7pm” His demeanor was the very unsympathetic and uncaring. I will file another complaint with corporate as well. This is unacceptable!(Updated) After I walked to my car to do this review on the spot, I look over to see there are people who came along AFTER me were on line. I got out of my car and got back on line. It turns out a few others complained and they decided to change this process immediately. After standing on line for maybe 10 mins, I was IN the store waayyyy before 7 pm. The rude guard never even apologized. Another woman and I expressed to the store manager. I told them he should not be in charge of “line control”. I was in and back in my car with my items before 7 pm.Shame on them

My wife will never be shopping with bath and body works again, their covid plan is awful, we waited outside with only two people in front of us for about 20 minutes and the line didn’t move regardless of people exiting the store, she needed two things but instead left the line and won’t go back, we can be safe without being stupid, they lost a long time customer. As a parent to little children I don’t have an hour to wait outside a store for a purchase that would take 5 minutes

Love this location everyone is always so friendly and helps me find what I need. They also let you know about coupons and deals that they have going on and coming up which is very helpful.

Great store love the products. One of the sales associates was a bit rude in respect to the 20% off coupons that are sent via email with one of the customers.My advice please Be sure your giving accurate information to customers that spend over $100 a visit and frequent the store on regular basis. I recommend the room sprays.

I love this store. They have great sales. However this time when I went I had to limit what I bought since they had no bags. I would totally understand if they just ran out it being the holiday but the gentleman at the register said theyd been out of bags for days. Thats awfully inconvenient for the customer. Still I love the store. Will be back.

My first and favorite place for lotions, soaps, candles and nice rooms fragrances. Highly recommended!

Pretty nice smells some not as good.the staff is a little too pushy and after about 10 minutes my eye starts to twitch from the chemicals. pretty good other than that

This is an extremely nice place to shop for Christmas, Birthday or any time you want to buy all sorts of bath soaps, scented candle fragrances, mens and womans fragrance. The young ladies are always extra helpful.

Selden NY branch.. It says on the website that this store is open today, went there and was very dissappointed, still closed.

Store is very fancy and all their fragrances smell great. Maybe a little pricey for my pocket but its worth it.

This week I hit them hard. They had so many deals going on I had to stock up. Candles for $10.50, $3.00 body washes and hand cleaner. I wont list all the sales, Im sure you get the jist. My motto: NEVER PAY FULL PRICE FOR ANYTHING!! Christmas shopping in June, love it!!
