Ive been using this pharmacy location for years (long before it was even a Rite Aid!). This is my preferred pharmacy & I may keep it that way as long as I live in the area. Staff are friendly & polite. Pharmacy staff are knowledgeable & patient. The store is always well-stocked & has a great variety.

I come in usually around 630am to get stuff for myself and my baby. Always nice people and the store is always clean. I see a lot of bad reviews about the pharmacy side which i cant speak on but the regular staff and store is awesome. I love going early cause its so quiet....great store!

Horrible staff in the pharmacy. Always a problem with something. Always the patients fault when things aren’t ready. I’m told to call and confirm when I’ll be picking up my medicine, I’ve been doing that, and still things aren’t ready or included and I have to come back.

It seems like this place always either has lines or no ones attends the front, its often understaffed I noticed, they all seem stressed and overworked but they manage to just pull it off. The quality of its customer service is considerably lower then other Rite Aids, I havent used the Pharmacy but the pharmacy only knows about pharmacy business, its almost like they are two completely different business.It being a large store doesnt help that the fact that you find yourself searching for an employee, especially as its usually understaffed. Even the times I see that its staffed normally it just seems like they are always playing catch up. I honestly would only recommend it for very simple items and if you know what you want, its convenient location is its main appeal

This place always somehow messes up on rx. It’s usually late, it was never done. Other then that it’s fine. Please be careful.

Customer Service in the pharmacy is terrible. I came to my 4:45 covid test appointment around 5-10 min early, had to wait in a line of cars, only then be refused a covid test because it was after 5? I’m not sure what you expected me to do? I called and asked, did you want me to come inside knowing i could potentially be sick or cut the cars in line? Worst attitude when i was upset about being denied for “missing my appointment.” The best part was to be told it’s not their problem and be hung up on. Rite Aid do better 💀

Waited 10 minutes to get my prescriptions finally I had enough.The funny part is the pharmacist even waved to me. Do they have anybody besides sloths working at this Rite Aid?? Horrible customer customer service. The funny part is theyre werent even busy! For a second I had to pinch myself to see if I was down south thats how slow the pharmacist is.

Great management and customer service. Overall store is very clean and shelves are organized! I recommended everyone to shop there!

Pharmacy is good. The store not so much. Walked up to the counter with a handful of items. Not offered a bag. When I asked for one was told we dont have any up here. Walked out of the store dropping things all the way out to my car.

Clean pharmacy, friendly and helpful service at pharmacy and front register. Only complaint is they always only have one vitamin bottle left when they have a buy one get one free sale.

Very helpful. And always stocked well. The store manager really cares for her customers which is nice to see these days

I work in the personal service business so we are all recommended to take the covid -19 test before we can return to work next week( even I have no symptoms) . I went in to the Pharmacy front desk for my appointment ( I did not receive and email say that I have to go through the drive through service) one of the pharmacy staff was very rude, she told me that I have to go to the driver through to take the test, I should not be allowed in the store . I think that was very rude for her to act like that, not everyone who took the test has Covid virus .

The worst part about this store is the pharmacy, came here straight from the doctors office, was told at 4:52 there was no script for me there, so I went back to the office and asked if they could please send it right away, they said it was sent over at 4:05. I’m now standing with reception at 5:12, The office called the pharmacy and were told they didn’t give me the script because they didn’t have my insurance info, yet they I offered to give them my info and had a copy of the card on my phone. When I went back to the pharmacy the original woman who told me there was nothing there for me basically hid in the back while the young gentleman helped me. He had common sense and finally did everything the right way, but Jesus what a haste to get 7 pills for a minor rash. An example of pure laziness.

Absolute WORST. Went to pick up prescriptions that they called me on to say they were ready and went there and they were NOT ready. Then the lady behind the counter is RUDE to me for asking her to please double check because they just called 10 minutes ago. She throws her hands up. Then i get another call to pick up and i go back... pick it all up... come home and see they forgot one prescription. I call and they say oh yeh guess it wasnt ready yet. Now this will be three times going back. Needless to say I am switching pharmacies. This place is a joke and the people that work the pharmacy INCLUDING the woman pharmacist herself are not very helpful at all and everyone of them have bad attitudes. Horrible. Not even an apology. Just more anger and nastiness.

Sooo terrible customer service!! I called to verify if they still had AC in stock, The manager answered saying hold on the line let me check that for you. 6 minutes later a woman answered said I will transfer you to the manager again. Mr. Manager Never answered. People, if you dont like your job then quit! And let someone with experience do the job! 😠

I originally gave this one star but they were in the middle of moving to a different location, so I really had to expect that they wouldnt have much,now I was at ty he new location and im giving it 4 stars,and I must say they must have a different company to do their greeting cards,cause they have a great selection, I will always get my cards there,and their pharmacist Ron, should be recognized for his great, patient communication and care,my elderly neighbor goes there and he never makes them wait

The biggest c*** works here. She is so rude and mean. Never will I go to this cvs because of her. She is some old woman with dark brown hair so disgusting. She also leaves the store open when she counts the money at the end of the night. I walked in and she was closing the register and yelled at me. The doors were open and she is irresponsible. So dumb

Really poor experience. I wouldnt recommend them. Asked for a prescription to be filled. 2 weeks later still unfilled with no answers. Tomorrow we need to call doctor again and have prescription filled in a new pharmacy.
