This store has gone way down the tubes. When Jamie was here they were courteous and knowledgeable. Now...whatever the problem go home and do it online. Right now Im trying to activate a phone and the only guy here hasnt acknowledged me yet. Sadly I will be looking for anotger store.e.
I had to upgrade to an iPhone 11 since my 8 was extremely slow. JP assisted me and within 40 minutes I was walking out with my new phone, all set up and with a great case! He was super professional, friendly and even went out of his way to make sure my account was set up accordingly. Itβs not very often this happens to me so I made a Google account just so I could write this review! This man needs a raise! I will def be coming back to update my work phone as it needs it.

A former employee lied and messed up my whole bill. He lied to get us to get the plan and then when the first bill came he said he never said any of that and hung up on us. BUT then they got a new manager NAZ who was wonderful and fixed my whole problem. He really knows what he is doing, and is very friendly and helpful! Thank you Naz!
I went to AT&T in Selden to upgrade my phone in December 2020. Instead of upgrading my phone, they added a line to my plan without telling me. Ive went to the store multiple times, called the store multiple times and called corporate. I worked directly with the Store Manager, Jeremy and he told me several times that his District Manager would be issuing me refunds that I have never received. I still have an extra phone line on my plan 8 months later. The AT&T store in Selden, their District Manager and their corporate office are all unwilling to help. Ive been a customer for over 10 years and would expect that when a mistake is made, it will be fixed. Instead, I have gotten nowhere and feel very frustrated. I would never return to this store and Im considering switching carriers altogether because of the way this was handled.

Awful, traded in a phone for a $700 credit which I never received, store refuses to give documentation, been getting the runaround or blown off for 9 months now.

The people who worked at this location who helped me and my grandmother, brian & cole, were totally amazing.my grandmas phone broke and we were in a real pinch. they talked about a lot of discounts we didnβt even know we could have, and got us a new phone and made our plan cheaper. very happy, helped us get stuff back on to the new phone too. ty!!!!
Went in and tried at a different AT&T location to fix a problem with my moms account after a guy who used to work at this location messed up some stuff. They basically said they couldnβt help, so we went back to this one. This time, surprisingly enough, a different guy named Brian actually resolved the issue after a bit and a few phone calls. Took 3 months of a run around to get plan straightened out in about an hour. 2 weeks later, after Brian explained coming to my moms plan would overall be cheaper than paying my Verizon line, i got a new phone and switched. Basically was seamless, was very happy with him and the service from them in general. Will be returning.
Miguel was the agent that helped us for a phone upgrade on our account. He was friendly, polite, and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped set up our new phone. Highly recommend him, he is an asset to your company!
They are very reluctant to give you firm pricing on anything. if you dont want to buy a new phone with unlimited data then dont go there.
Worst experience ever
I went over to get 2 additional lines added to my existing account and Jamie made sure everything was set. He was professional, polite and his customer services was excellent. Even under pressure he kept on pushing with an upbeat attitude that definitely made the experience one worth while.
So a year and half after switching to AT&T from Verizon, taking part in their BOGO phone deal I have come to 2 conclusions:1. I am never actually going to get one of the phones for free and...2. AT&T is probably the worst signal/service I have ever had.I have literally been trying for over a year to get them to fix our bill to reflect that one of the phones should be free. I got a few bucks back one month but otherwise, without fail, I am making a monthly payment on both phones every month. The people I dealt with aside from one have always been super nice. Unfortunately, they just cannot fix this issue. Needless to say I will be switching back to Verizon shortly.

Would like to take this opportunity to give thanks and shout out to the 2 staff (Austin C. And Jamie W) of Independence plaza, Selden NY who helped me to make sure that I will get the best deal. They are so accommodating that 9 customers where served while I was there and all came out satisfied. This guys are so knowledgeable and working so hard / calmly. I give them 5 stars.
On a holiday where many people are off work and they are running a big buy one get one sale they have one person in the store. I will no longer use this location since Jamie is gone I go in the sore at least once a month and Im in and out in 10 minutes not standing there for over an hour for the second time since hea been gone. I recommend using another store. Will switch carriers at the end of contract if still unhappy been using that location since it was cingular also.
Danny was incredible with getting me the best options and price to fit my life and budget. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable on all the ins and outs of the phone and Direct TV service. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. I will only deal with them. It was just that good.

Picked up a Galaxy S20 plus, very honest there, Samsung had a better deal than AT&T, after I got my they hooked me up with the service and was ready to go.

Something that should have been simple has turned into a huge issue and Jamie, the manager, has shown a complete lack of follow up and customer service. The mistake they made is effecting not only me, but another, whos line I was previously on and switched off of. At least 10 times, once per day, I call and am told that Jamie is with a customer and will call me right back (which he never does.) If I do get him on the line, he says call back in 10 minutes if you do not hear from me and when I do, he stepped out. Everyone else in the store seems to be lost, with the exception of Ahmed who was able to resolve some of the issue, and they tell me they cannot assist and I will have to wait for Jamie (I am here at the store now and Jamie left after not calling me back from earlier). Coming from someone who is really easy to please, never writes reviews and avoids confrontation, I feel strongly enough to urge others to visit a different store in hopes of a better experience. It is one thing to be busy, it is another to have no regard for others time or miscommunicate what you are capable of when it comes to following up.

Went in for an upgrade didnt have phone in stock so we ordered picked it up and come to find they added a tablet to my account with out telling me. tried to return it they demanded a $50 restocking fee and then proceeded to charge me a $36 activation fee for something I didnt agree too. They couldnt even produce a signed contract. anyway I returned paid the fee ATT refunded me ill never go again to this place.
