Went to this store to trade in a Galaxy S 9 which we were initially told was going to have a $678 trade in value by an associate and buy a new S 21 which was listed at $800. The did not have any phones in stock that day so we ordered the phone. Today, the phone was in store and when we went to make the exchange another associate told us that we are only getting $560 for the phone. We are aware that all the numbers are automated but we are confused as to where the initial number even came from for the first associate. We were very unhappy to have to pay double what we were expecting to. There are some knowledgeable associates here who are helpful. Just beware some of those who seem to “pretend to know” what they are doing.

As we went into the Selden store with problems with our galaxy s8+s, Asfand helped us to understand step by step all the things that were going to transpire if we wanted to upgrade to the new 21S+, and so that being said...we walked out with 2 new galaxy 21S+. Thank you Asfand! Now I just need to get my Zedge Ringtones to work as it keeps saying try again later I need my Customized Ringtones like I had on my previous phone lol.

Huzaifa(Huz) was polite, courteous, and extremely efficient at his job. He was thorough in his explanation of all the charges and contract details. We got there just before closing time, yet he patiently answered all our questions past closing time. I would highly recommend Huz at the Selden location to my friends and family. Thanks Huz!

Do not shop here. If you have upgraded a phone here check your bill! Please check your bill. If it went up they are probably incorrectly charging you. I bought out my phone on 3/31 I paid $1000 for it on my credit card. I noticed my bill was being charged $33.95 a month for 48 months to pay off the phone. I called the store 3/16 to bring this issue to their attention they assured me this was an issue on their end and I should not have been charged because I bought out the phone. 5/1 I get my bill and am still being charged for the phone I own and bought out! It is sneaky and they are charging customers for thing they already paid for! I called back regarding this matter and the associate that helped me Seed texted the wrong number regarding my account information! (Luckily it was my sister but she isn’t even on my phone plan!!). Mind you the issue still has not been resolved and my bill was incorrect by $100. I am appalled. I have been a Verizon customer since the 2008 and am seriously reconsidering.

Complete laziness. I went to purchase a phone for my dad with a $500 gift card we got him for Christmas. I wanted to pay the difference of the phone in store that day but was told to come back after I use the gift card online. I could not use the gift card online because the price of the phone was more then the gift card. I come back today and ask to pay the difference of the phone so my dad didnt have a payment. I was told they cant do that here and to go to the corporate verizon store. At the store they told me I couldnt buyout the phone because it has been longer then 14 days since I purchased the phone. If the man who had helped me the day I went and got the phone would just let me pay the $25 difference of the phone I wouldnt have this problem. Now I have to wait for 2 billing cycles to be able to use this gift card. Completely ridiculous, will probably never come back to this location.

The customer service representative at the Selden store could not have been more helpful, personable and informative. I am not sure of the spelling of his name, but I think it is Mudj.... He made the transition to a new phone seamless and it was a pleasure to do business with him.

I was definitely not satisfied with the service that I got here! A couple months ago, I switched over to Verizon from AT&T. I was having an issue with my port, and I told the lady that all calls were going to my voicemail and not to me directly. She asked me if I entered the account number from my old AT&T bill, and I told her that I did. She then said, “then there’s nothing I can do for you!” It was a simple mistake on my end, by entering the wrong account number, because I had the wrong bill. She seemed like she was rushing me out of there, just so she can assist other people, because the place was crowded. So I then decided to the Verizon in Lake Grove. The worker there went the extra mile and found out what was wrong, gave me Verizon’s hotline number and everything was resolved in 20 minutes! No thanks to this place...I’d go there myself to tell the manager, but I’ll never be stepping foot into this place again! Not worth my time or trouble!

I got the phone this past Saturday, November 9.I went back today November 11, with lots of questions. This guy Mike Flood was fantastic. He was patient with me and I got every questioned resolved.He is the kind of person that customers really need in your store.

We had a great day getting upgraded to new phones for me, my husband and my son! Oscar helped us and he was amazing! He was patient, educated us on the best phones and taught us how to use them. He also took additional time to ensure all pictures and videos were transferred to our new phones. So amazing, great location and personalized service. Thanks for helping us!

My experience with this store was amazing! From the minute we walked in the sales girl Brittany had a smile on her face and was very welcoming. Her knowledge of the phones she sells is very impressive. Not only did Brittany get our issues resolved, she answered her personal cell phone the next day when we called with another question. This girl is by far the best example of customer service. I would suggest everyone use this store, you will get the results you are looking for.

I truly couldnt have had a Better experience in your new store if I wanted to. Everything I needed, Sam accommodated me and more.My wife and I were due for upgrades and Sam talked me through my options thoroughly and I never felt like I was being steered into buying any one phone over another. So in essence, he let me drive.He knew all the answers to any questions I had. He was personable and I truly believe he helped me make the best choice for my wife and I in meeting our needs. He even made a follow up call to see how my wife liked the phone as well, which I thought was very nice. I will definitely recommend this store to my family and friends for sure. We went to the Verizon store on 112 in Medford. Our sales person was Alex. He was phenomenal. Not pushy, but a wealth of information. He had no problems seeing up all our devices and made sure we got ed everything we came in for. Sarah, the manager i believe, was also very helpful and a sweetheart. We highly recommend them

Was having issues with phone told it was an update issue. And nothing they could do about it. Didnt bother to try. I said I would go to Verizon Lake Grove and see if they could help and was told they wont be able to help you either. Well I went and they were more then happy to help and was able to fix the issue apparently this store is a retail store and there job is to sell. Not to help fix issues. Wont be going back to this location. I rather drive a few miles and get better service.

Stopped in with a question. Was told I could be helped there in store. Did not have to do it on the phone. It was not a easy switch. But that being said they were able to do it quickly and correctly. I left with my new phone. My son was able to pick up a phone in Medford which was a mile away from where he worked because of the color he wanted. My wife’s phone will be in two days because of the color she wanted. But the most difficult Concern of mine was my daughter was able to pick hers up in Connecticut where should go to the school. And she had her phone before I was done with all the other transactions. And the best part they save me money on my actual bill. I asked them how they were able to do that when I’ve asked Verizion the day before and they did not come up with this plan. I was told because there were franchise and the franchise stores care more. So this store is adequate staffed with no waiting!!! Knowledgeable about the phones and plans.You would be crazy to go elsewhere. This is the only Verizon store I will ever go to any more.

I switched from AT&T to Verizon. I traded in my phone and was told I couldn’t get credit right there, I would receive a $265 credit towards my bill once they received the phone. Paid the taxes for 3 new iPhones up front in cash. I had another family member pay for hers on credit card. (We were switching to a family plan) After calling Verizon multiple times asking about the tracking number they gave me and calling the store, and talking to one of the employees, I discovered they gave me a printout of what I now realize was a doctored bill that gave the credit for the phone with a fake tracking number up front. So they took the $97.50 tax payment for three phones in cash and applied the trade in phone credit. At the end of the day I now lost that credit towards my bill and $265 of the cash I paid out up front. Plus I have to pay AT&T for the phone. My fault for not taking the printout and going over it line by line, but I trusted the guy. He even came back to work after leaving for the day to take care of the deal for us. Just really upset. Don’t pay cash but if you do, go over the printout they give you to make sure it’s right.

My go to place since they first openedRecently did an upgrade and with Jeremys help got the best deal and a new tablet which was a perfect fit for my needs. At the time I was dealing with a family crisis and Jeremy helped me on his own time and really went that extra mile.Once again the Selden store provided me with the best service and took care of my needsSara was very professional and courteous

Melvin was a great rep. He explained all details of the plans and phones and he really made me feel very comfortable. Ive been to this store a few times. The sales associate I dealt with was mediocre at best. That was until last night. Kevin was amazing to deal with. He was patient & spoke to me instead of at me. I recently upgraded to the galaxy s7, i only had it for two days when i noticed the Auxiliary port wasnt working, so i brought it in to selden being it was closer to me than the one in lake grove. Next thing I know 30 seconds after i walked in the doors, one of the sales assistants is blaming the issue on water damage and that they cant replace it since. first off the phone hasnt even been as near any water yet, and second they didnt even open up the phone to check the water indicators. After getting told this cockamamie excuse on when on how its my fault and how they wont cover it the assistant proceeds to try and end my contract early and downgrade to the galaxy s6 thats right the s6. At that point I left and went to lake grove Verizon, even though i ended up waiting a good hour of service there they helped me with no excuses.WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO SELDEN ANYTIME SOON.

Im a wait until your phone is obsolete or dead before I upgrade type person. Something I hate spending money on with its ever-changing technology. The time came, an upgrade was inevitable. I decided to check out the local store and so glad I did!Steven is great. Initially I was going for yet another iPhone, maybe a 7 or 8 plus. The iPhone is not my favorite but its what Ive had for years so stick with what you know, right? Steven talked me out of it and Im thrilled he did. Not that it was that difficult, my relationship with apple products has been waning over the years due to their lack of innovation and increasing prices.The camera is the most important thing to me on a phone. (That sounds so odd) Steven showed me the MotoZ2 Force with the Moto mod backs. He had me at camera back. I remember reading an article about this and there is a Hassleblad camera mod for this phone. I was sold. I did have an iPhone panic moment there for a second but Steven talked me down.Ill never go back to apple phone wise. I get it now. This phone is awesome! Thanks Steven! He was super helpful, set everything up for me, showed me how easy it is to transfer everything from the Mac platform to the Droid, got me all of my much needed accessories and squared it all away for me. Great store, great people, and great location. No more mall store for us! Excited to use my new phone, cant wait to get my Hassleblad mod!

I am reluctant to post what a great store this is for fear of it becoming like the store at Smithaven Mall, which you need the better part of a day to kill because it is always mobbed. This store met and exceeded all my needs. Kevin was awesome and dealt with a situation I had with the utmost professionalism.
