Havent been to this starbucks in ages but they are still just as good as ever.

The staff was great. I had not been to that location in a while and still the staff is as friendly as they were in the past. Everything I ordered was delicious and beverages they made for me was excellent.

The impossible wrap was nice. Good to have vegan options.

Its a very nice store. The wait staff was AWESOME!! Til next time.

Always very quick with orders and always get it right. Drive through has the shortest Starbucks wait that I have experienced

Drive thru was great! They made a cold brew instead of hot by accident & they gave me both! No charge for their mistake. And I loved it😋❤

I preordered and used the drive through, it was a fast and painless process, and the barista was very nice. The best part was that the order was correct. Nothing like ordering an iced matcha latte and realizing that someone forgot the matcha (at another location).

I would definitely give them a higher rating except to meet at taking a vantage of the COVID-19 pandemic is still in April 2021 not allowing any patrons in the store to say. Well every restaurant is at 33% Starbucks is still at 0% or they’ll always drive through and pick up. Don’t understand that

For a company that charges 6$ for a cup of coffee you would think they would have things in stock. They have been out of oat milk for about three weeks now and the excuse is an oat milk shortage. If that’s true how can I go to the grocery store and by 5 gallons for my household? This is pure laziness, plus they can’t even get an order correct. Management can go and get supplies anywhere but they choose not to

Spent 10 dollars on my favorite drink with a cake pop got up to the window for the lady to tell me careful there is syrup all over the side of your cup my drink taste horrible and the lid popped off and it went all over me. So annoying

My favorite Starbucks in all of Long Island! Its also the largest. The staff are so friendly and its very clean. Ive been going to this Starbucks since 2005 and would study there for hours at a time. Thankful for having such a wonderful place so close to where I live.

Was there several days ago. The staff was friendly the store was clean the coffee was fantastic and the barista who helped me Wich I think her name was jessica was super fast, very friendly and made one of the best cup of coffee I ever had!!!! I found my favorite Starbucks!!!

Drive thru gets the attention. Customers on line left waiting. 10 min for reg coffee and I was first on line. They gave video cameras everywhere so Not difficult to boost staffing based to accommodate. Also only have pike on tap. Pour overs are cold too quickly especially with the 66-68 deg temp.

It was lovely, 10am, subdued crowd filled half the seats and booths. We had the egg, spinach and feta wraps. She had coffee which I dont drink (cover your eyes Starbucks) but I had the new dragon fruit pink lemonade I think it was called, delicious it was in fact. The company I sat with made it very special so if you go there alone, enjoy yourself but if you can set a meeting time with someone important to you, order any items there and take a seat. Bless you all.

Bitter coffee service is irregular and lines are crazy long for a drive thru and indoor service.

Unfortunately, I did not get the managers name who also came to our rescue. She was amazing too! Pretty woman with blonde hair. I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS!

This Starbucks is always busy because they have a drive thru and its so convenient. The line can get long but the wait time isnt too bad. They work as quickly as possible. Friendly service, good coffee.

This is the largest Starbucks Ive ever been to, and Ive been to a lot. Ive always found it to be clean, and the restrooms are kept clean too. Even when theres a long line, it moves quick. I never have to wait long to get my coffee. I highly recommend this place.

Same as the rest of the Starbucks. 5 stars for being consistent. If you like heavily roasted coffee and high prices then its the place for you.

Gets an extra star because sometimes you need a BIG cofeehouse. Probably the best coffee shop on L.I. for small meetings and study groups (likely due to its proximity to Stony Brook University). Has a number of large meeting tables comfortable for 6-8 stressed out students. Pretty much lived there in grad school. Beverages and food are...well, Starbucks. Nothing new there.

Probably my favorite fast food coffee place, the coffee always taste great, has a wide selection of interesting drinks, staff is always really friendly, and even make drinks from the secret menu with a smile on their face. Probably the best Starbucks location Ive been too

We used the drive through. They will NOT make anything off the secret menu. So if you have a youngster that wants special mermaid fraps or Dragon fraps (which are made with basic ingredients, used all year round) you will not find it here. Even after pulling up and showing the recipe to the teller, we were denied. All employees are 17-22 yrs old...they are not about that EXTRA work. The girl was very polite about telling us no. Once they had our order it was done pretty quickly.

Good Starbucks. Neat and clean. Large seating area. Watch out for the incoming traffic on crazy middle island road.

Friendly and proficient service. You know exactly what youre getting when you come to this Starbucks. Excellent quality. Large sitting area with free wifi. Nobody hassles you here and they have a drive through window that moves fairly quickly during peak hours.

A very clean store including the restrooms. Good parking and great counter service. I am probably wasting my time commenting on the coffee which is great no matter which Starbucks you go to

Very friendly staff, open late, lots of space and outlets. Watering hole for Suffolk and Stony Brook students. Friendly atmosphere, fairly easy to start conversation with a neighboring table.

Walked in a hour before close. Display case was already empty and waited 5 mins before someone could take me order. The young lady who took my order was super nice and helpful

Great place just to get out and be with a cup of coffee, a good book and a smile. The atmosphere is so zen. Coffee and zen may not go together but they pulled it off.

Won’t let but 2 orders per car for separate which is turning away Money! I have my own card as do my kids all in my phone and so now they get drinks but I get nothing thanks for nothing. After we got to pay window they said they were sorry for their mistake & I could order my drink but I said no because then others have to wait because of their mistake. I just got a ice water as I figured that should be ready by the time my kids drinks were ready.

I thought this Starbucks location was spacious, well-designed, and calm. There was an adequate amount of staff to service every customer, and maintain the tidiness of the cafe. I really enjoyed the music, and the conveniently placed chargining stations, throughout the cafe.

Drive-thru makes it easy when the kids are in the car. When the line is too long I go inside and get in and out pretty fast or do mobile ordering and pick up in a few minutes. Drive-thru peeps are pretty friendly.

Absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Went once and waited 10 min for my second drink bc mobile orders were more important. Went again and coffee was wrong. I call and they say come back to remake it. It’s still wrong. Absolute worst!

Im a Starbucks person I use their points system go there daily. I clearly would give it 5 stars but that my be a matter of preference over other coffee shops.

I enjoy the Starbucks in Selden.Im a plain coffee drinker but my daughters and Bride have an affection for the holiday inspired drinks.I also enjoy this Starbucks as the associates dont force me into conversation. This works for me since Im not big on making friends with random strangers and I dont visit the location very often. Regardless, they treat me and each customer politely.I also enjoy seeing the space used for more than just sipping coffee and coffee-ish beverages. Its a pleasure to see people using the space to work, create, visit and relax.

What can I say I love Starbucks I love their special day drinks never really had their coffee but I love their specialty drinks and they are very good to their employees so always support companies that are good to employees

I usually only do the drive through, but the helper at the window is such a friendly lady with cute coffee earrings. Your typical Starbucks quality.

Drive thru line moves fast and they always seem to get my order right. This location has been here for a very long time and is managed well in my opinion. WIFI and lounge inside and clean from what I can tell the few times I have been inside.

Horrible drive thru experience on Monday January 10th about 630 pm, placed an order and there were only three cars ahead of me, didn’t move in the drive thru line for nearly 15 minutes,,, this is so unacceptable

The workers here are fast and friendly but the management hates its customers. The blonde manager actually one said they started closing at 11pm instead of their once normal 12am because she didnt want to baby sit college students who got too many refills. Not OK to say but especially not in front of customers.

It can be hit or miss for drive through wait time, but whatever I order is always good. Most times youre better off going inside.

I dont like to be like this but if youre gonna charge me 6 dollars for a coffee and lecture me about how I pronounced cocoa wrong, I better get the cold brew, not a frappacino. I was prepared for caffine and 70 calories not a milkshake. Learn your menu.

I like going here. I mostly use the drive thru. Because I have no patience for going on line lol I like how they added almond milk and coconut milk to their coffee selections. Thats good for me because Im lactose intolerant. I just wish there was a safer way to exit the parking lot.

5/11/19 8:45 Sarina in the drive thru has a super nasty personality. I tried being nice and kind and all I got in return was horrible attitude not to mention she even laughed in my face. This was my second time seeing her at the Selden store. 1st time she seemed unhappy with my order. It was busy then so I just figured busy stressful day (we all have them). But after today Im convinced she is cleary rude. I can see if I was a picky customer with a huge order with a whole bunch of special add in, but I literally ordered three frapps and a macchiato. To her I was the problem. Unreal.
