Needed to buy a new basic kitchen faucet, but the most basic inexpensive one they had was $60 in stock. They had another display model cheaper for $35 but none on the shelves available!

Horrible customer service. Not knowledgeable about their own price match policy. Contradicting what it states on the website. Told us they had to order it online in order to price match but then we have to pay an appliance fee which makes the price match more than the original price. Nobody offered to just buy the microwave and give a military discount for the best offer. Also didn’t honor military discount when placing an order. Giving us the run around and wasting time. The sale ended that day and it was late so we missed out on the sale or the option to go buy it from Lowes, who also had it on sale. We should’ve just driven further for better service in the first place. Lesson learned. While we were there, they called a woman over to the counter to help her, then walked away and called someone else over from the line and left her there waiting as one person after another was helped.

I gotta say, this just might be my favorite hardware & garden store. 😊

They have a bit of everything you need to build a house, a business or whateverAlso, have knowledgable people. Reason for not 5 stars is cause you run across one or two that couldnt find their hat with 3 hands. But, all in all I have a good time cruising around for project ideas.

I went to Home Depot today to get a key made and the employees are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I used to get keys made somewhere else but half the time they wouldnt always work. Since Ive gone to Home Depot, the keys I get always work the first time and I dont need to go back to get them remade.

I went to this store, I asked for help and the employee was helping me, but then he started acting all weird, kept making phone calls acting like I was trying to steal something. I was looking for security cameras for my house. Then I was at the self checkout and I paid got the receipt and was walking out, this lady employee yelled miss the machine didnt take your card, can you come back in and pay for your items, I turned around and said yes I did I paid with $100 bill so nice try then she said can I see your receipt so I gave her the receipt, and she says can I look in your bag? I looked at her and said no u cant now stop harrsing me..

Horrible custom service. The first staff that I asked just strolled by while answering my question. I wonder if he knew he was working. The second staff kept trying to solve my problem for me. I asked a very specific question and was expecting a specific answer. Im not sure why that was so hard to do.

Terrible. I went to ask for a window kit for a portable AC. Two workers working on a pallet dont know what Im talking about so they call someone else and tell me he will be here in a couple of minutes. Fifteen minutes pass and I ask if hes going to show up and the workers tell me he is probably still busy and keep working on the pallet. This is a you have to find everything yourself store with no customer service. Train your workers Home Depot. I guess Im going to Nelsons Hardware.

They are trying to replace all the cashiers with self checkout lanes. They are trying to move the labor costs onto us. Later on we will be required to unload the trucks ourselves.

Apparently, you can do longer get insecticide spray for spraying lawns and around the outside of the house in concentrate to put into a portable sprayer.

Over all most staff is friendly and helpful. While others dont seem to want to be there. I dont know how many times Ive been sent to another department because an employee doesnt want to help. They just sent me to someone else. There customer service needs improvement.

Home Depot really needs to work on service. I know labor is the highest cost of doing business. But as Home Depot knows this is a people business.And it should be all about service. Upper management needs to work at teaching their employees how important they are. And then treat the employees as important as they are. Better service with very knowledgeable people will make Home Depot even more profitable. But better yet a better place to shop!

Went to get a key made. Girl that made it was friendly and helped me. Just waited there a little more than expected, but it was because the key machine was acting weird. Overall good 👍

Returning a item that I paid cash for and have the receipt within warranty allowed dates and still kept trying to give me store credit instead of my cash back. Had to speak to a supervisor to finally get my cash back.

What can I say? Its like Covid on steroids at Home Depot.Its always self serve, even with the hand held locators, the workers walking around are always not my section or point in general direction where you ultimately ask another then another employee.

Customer service is poor no assistance provided, so many employees and for what they don’t help. I was there inquiring about doors and no one showed up to assist me. I’ll buy them from a company who will provide Good Customer Service. I waited a long time and no one helped.

The Selma Home Depot has a much better selection and much more of the items that I look for in stock when compared to my home town store in Hanford. The Selma Home Depot excels in having a large inventory of tools and more in stock. They also have excellent customer service that will search for a specific item until found. I am very pleased with how this particular store runs.

Ill buy a chainsaw couple years ago Ryobi brand in when I get there to buy replacement parts they didnt have it because they dont sell that it specifically chainsaw Anna Moore

This Home Depot in Selma is the place I go for pretty much all my home/garden/DIY needs. Its close to where I live, its just off the freeway, its clean, and the staff are able to help if I need it. I brought in a shelf from a cabinet that Im painting for my mom. The paint department dude color-matched it and mixed a few quarts of Glidden up in just a few minutes. He was real quick and helpful.

Awful. I went in today wanting to buy a washing machine and the employees just passed by and ignore me and my family. I asked for help more than once and was ignored by more than one employee. Never again! 😩

Im only giving 3 stars why people who are shopping for lumber have an issue by going through the stacks and tossing the lumber they dont want and ruins everything else.. Come on no need to ruin the whole stack

Im there 5 times a week but for some reason I had a bad online pick up order experience today, I was told items were out of stock, I walked in to store to confirm and 171 pcs of item were on shelves just like the app had showed, employees need to be trained more on the items that are sold at store, you would think that working at building materials store you would at least know the basics, such a bad experience with clerks today.

This guy went above & beyond to help us out with a Evaporated Swamp cooler motor all the stores we called had NO clue what we were talking about even the Home Depot On Kings Canyon in Fresno those people were rude & kept hanging up on us!
