Great place I’ve been coming back for years because of the customer service Diana and Julio are great and always there to help. Don’t listen to all those other reviews about them calling and bothering u about late payments ummmm LOL pay your bills and they won’t be calling you if u can’t afford it don’t buy simple as that coming on here to embarrass your self. But yes amazing service thank you very much rent a center!

I been a customer for several years. Diane and her RAC staff, through out the years have been awesome towards me. Theyre always helpful, very easy going people, very professional. The customer service has been awesome during my years there. I would not go to any other RAC Stores because of the experiences I had with other stores (customer Service, attitude, lack of help). the Selma location the best Store to go to. This is the better location to go to in the valley.

Customer service is not good nor professional. management gave a quote on used furniture and after i tried to pay management says they changed there mind and was purchasing themselves. i didnt know management behave this way plus i am the customer willing to pay not changing my mind. and complaining to the district manager and calling the complaint center is totally useless. customer service by the management is a fail with a huge suck.

They have some bad costomer service my mom said she was going to be late.. And when my mom went to pay them the lady try to charge her the whole month. She lower the price and still charge her 20 dollars in late fees. This is call loan sharking people go somewhere else

Not the best when it comes to customer service. Employees belittle and speak to you in a condescending tone if you dont give an exact time of when youll pay(even when you say youll come in today but you are busy at the moment).
