Inconsiderate and poor service/training from this service department. I scheduled my car for service twice and both were scheduled far enough in advance to receive notice of issues on your behalf. Neither of my visits were resolved.The first time I scheduled work 2 weeks in advance on a Saturday. All I needed was to run codes on my car. When scheduling the appointment online I clearly described the issue in great detail. Less than a day before my scheduled appointment I received a phone call from a young girl explaining their service department only performs the work I requested on weekdays. I explained I work during the week and this isn’t announced anywhere online and I’m just now getting notice after planning around this. There’s a reason I scheduled forward into the month due to distance and work complications. I’m a considerable distance from the dealer. She had no solution for me other than to take off work and come. It’s not that easy and would take more time.So another month goes by and I have now arranged to be free of work for the service I need. I again schedule my car for the same service initially requested, but on a WEEKDAY this time.I additionally made the appointment two weeks in advance, again clearly explained the issue and also mentioned I previously was not able to receive service because of the prior above explained issue.Here were are today I receive a phone call from a young girl 45 minutes before my visit to confirm if I am coming. I explained I am on the way. After arriving, the man at the counter shared he’ll need my car for the entire day. I explained that would not work for me I live alone and drove a distance to get here and this is my second time trying to get service here. I even explained when scheduling that I noted I will wait in lobby for my car and I do not have a ride. I shared I could sit and wait an hour, maybe longer if I could get an actual confirmation of time and explanation of the labor. Anything thereafter I would be looking for my keys to leave. I further reexplained my expectations and why I am there. The man at the counter alleged the day was needed to pinpoint the codes. I wasn’t satisfied with his response and reiterated my expectations as my car is there just to have codes pulled.Regardless, I felt the need to have my car the entire day could have been explained to me at any time before I arrived considering prior to coming I shared I wasn’t being picked up and leaving my car. I also felt it’s highly unlikely my car is needed for that long to pull codes and provide them to me considering my experiences with other Ford service locations. The car is new and under warranty. I am emphasizing the fact the service team had proper and timely opportunity to review my needs, instead waited til I drove there to put me in a bad spot. I’m thinking there’s no preplanning or review of the scheduled work coming in til hours before based on my two experiences.I made the arrangements to be at your shop and scheduled in advance with clear detail why I am coming. At any time someone could have informed me my car is needed the whole day just to run codes.I explained it’s unacceptable I cannot sit and wait an entire day and that I’m not from here and temporarily living in this state and I’m a long drive back to where I’m staying. I’ve made this attempt twice at this point and need the work completed. The guy at the counter was dumbfounded with no solution. A customer even stepped in and offered me a ride after witnessing the issue. The service guy could not give me any other options other than to reschedule AGAIN. How about maybe a courtesy car???This error was again on your behalf. I won’t return or use this Ford service. You wasted my time TWICE and both times I made arrangements based on your schedule. You have failed to provide proper notice to the customer or even consider their needs. Thanks for nothing. 👎🏼

*Seeing as they removed my review TWICE, I thought Id be nice enough to repost it.Once you take that car off of the lot, NOBODY at Fahrney Ford will honor their word or help you out. Jose (an apparent former salesman for the used car lot across the street) promised to fill our tank and wash our new car but it never got done. After having to bring in a new car to fix the front facing camera, Kong refuses to honor these promises because Its too expensive. RIDICULOUS. We waited for over a month for this camera to come in and they never contacted us at any time. WE had to keep calling and calling to find out what was going on. THIS IS A CAR WITH 3000 MILES ON IT WHEN WE BOUGHT IT AND WE HAD IT FOR 3 WEEKS BEFORE NEEDING TO TAKE IT IN! We shouldnt even be needing service. Start by keeping your word and getting rid of rude employees who DO NOT value their customers and hang up on them. Way to treat first time customers, Fahrney.

I had my wife come here a year ago to get herself a truck and we included the oil changes in the deal. On her most recent oil change she called me to let me know they could see some exposed wires on one tire so we ordered tires to be installed 2 days later and the service technician allowed her to leave. I made the mistake of assuming that it was a minor thing since a trained professional allowed her to leave their business but I mean the pictures speak for themselves. At no time did they offer to put the available spare on so she could safely operate her vehicle on her 50 mile round trip to work on the freeway. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere for the tires and now I seriously question even the quality of the oil changes and inspections being provided. To say Im disappointed is a massive understatement, outrage doesnt really cover it either. It makes me sick to my stomach to think something could have happened to my wife and children when I work so hard to ensure their safety.

Battery died the next day, car also makes noise and their service department had it twice to look at it and didnt find anything... told them it had to be driven and they drove it 3 miles including from when I dropped it off, to where it was parked/serviced, and driven back to me. In Bureau of Automotive repair has been contacted regarding their lack of service in the service department. Steve is awful and rude to women, it wasnt until my husband showed up that he was nice to me and actually listened to my concerns. WILL NOT SHOP THERE, DO NOT RECOMMEND.,We had the best experience we ever had buying a car today, thanks to Raymond. Raymond seriously went above and beyond from the minute we got there. He approached us professionally, but made us feel so comfortable!! I recommend this dealership and will be a returning customer. Make sure to ask for Raymond, you won’t be disappointed.

WORST car buying experience ever! After much research we found the exact vehicle we wanted to buy. We were pre-approved and did not need a test drive. All we wanted to do was complete the paperwork and drive the car home. Easy! They listed the vehicle as being available online, then when I called told us it may not actually be on the lot until this week. We said we would drive down (out of town) and purchase and asked if they could give us a loaner since we purchased a car but they couldnt deliver They never said they could not do this, that they would speak with a manager. We showed up to buy and they then tell us they wont have the car another week and half and they cannot give us a loaner! They had zero solutions, zero offers to overcome their dishonesty! Im in sales myself and would never conduct business this way!We walked out and called a dealership 20 miles away and had a completely different experience! Brad Miller at Keller Ford in Hanford was upfront and honest! He started the paperwork over the phone and he and his team stayed late to complete a sell! What a concept!Selling is not hard when you are honest. It actually feels good to help others buy what they want/need. In this case Fahrney Ford lost not only two future customers but our entire family and friends because of their dishonesty.

The girl who called me insisted I come in to look at the car because it was available. And she would have it pulled out. After getting off the phone the post for the car I was interested in was removed from the website.I live in Visalia so it was a bit of a drive. When I arrived I waited close to an hour, just to have the salesman tell me that the car I was inquiring about had been sold months ago but he would gladly show me the new lineup of cars that were essentially double the price of the one I had driven 30 minutes to your location to look at. All after telling over text message that I didnt want to drive down there for nothing. I tried to hammer it out on the phone, but I was forced to come in to find out any details. She said just come in and make sure its a car you want to ownThats textbook bait and switch, and super illegal. I will be submitting a complaint in the proper channels.I ended up buying a car off of a different lot by the end of the day. “”That is a copy paste of a text message reply I sent to them after asking why I didn’t buy a car. They never apologized for wasting my afternoon. Not even a single reply from them. Bait and switch then blocked for a single message.

Beware if they respond to your ad selling your car. They contacted me via Facebook about a car I was selling (for $8750) and said they were interested in buying it from me, without expecting me to buy a car from them. They needed used cars. I asked them to confirm that they were willing to pay me private-party value for the car ($8,500 - $9,500) before I made the trip. The confirmed. When I got there, they low-balled me, offering only 5- or 6-thousand dollars, and after spending some time haggling, eventually said they could only do $7,000. They misled me and wasted my time. I drove up to Car Max in Fresno that evening and got $8,000 for the car. Dont trust them if they say they want to buy your car.

Purchased a used 2021 Chevy Malibu with 3500 miles on it. The salesman Jose (doesn’t work there anymore) and sales manager said they would fill up with gas. When we picked it up that never happened the employee Eduardo who conveniently doesn’t work there anymore as well gave us his number and said call me when you want to bring it in. 3 weeks later the front collision camera decide to quit working so we took it in to get it looked at. They said the camera needs to be replaced but it’s on back ordered with no eta. They never called me to keep me updated I had to call over a dozen times to get answers. When I was able to get somebody on the line in the parts and service department they weren’t very much help. Communication was HORRIBLE. I wouldnt recommend buying from them new or used.

This place is a joke! Save yourself the time and money and go to a lot with nice cars. I posted my car for sale online and A girl named cristal called me to set up an app to bring it in and arrange a buyback. I had it listed for 26k. She said they were prepared to pay me what I was asking. When I got to the app the guy I was supposed to see didnt even come into work that day. So another guy took over. Needless to say they offered me 10k less than the 26k. I showed them the conversations I had with cristal and still they said the girl who sets app offers way more then when you get there they offer you what they can. 10k less!!! I was prepared to go down 1 or 2k but not 10k! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

I went through True Car and I Found a Truck for sale so I texted back and Forth with the Salesman and he set an appointment for My Husband and I to come look at the Truck and Test Drive it! Lets just say it was the old Bait and Switch routine! We ended up buying the Truck even though the original Salesman I had been talking to didnt even Show Up! They also didnt honor what the Salesman had told me! Got the truck home and later found out I was missing a Master key or what is called a MyKey! My husband went in and was told they didnt have it even though we had seen two keys when we were there! We cant change any of the settings without it and are now Stuck trying to get a replacement! Beware of the Bait and Switch! Also check with other dealers! I always try to Shop local but in this case I should have walked out!

Parts Department at Ford has really bad service. They do not call you when your parts are ready and waste your time by ordering the wrong parts. Hopefully they call me when my parts are ready this time.

Was looking for a used truck and William Collado helped my uncle and I look around. Very friendly guy and helped translate to my uncle. We didn’t buy anything, but we will be returning when we’re ready!
