Appointment was at 7, did not hear any signs of life from the work area until 8. The only worker with any work ethic at all to show up on time, was moving around in slow motion. The manager was polite and apologized that another worker had not shown up yet. Not his fault but I will never come here again.

Called at 5:30 and they close at 6. Desmond answers the phone and tells me to come on and is servicing my vehicle even at the last minute and has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank y’all for your service.

The customer service was so so, but the man who changed my tire was very nice.

Brought my car in on April 23rd around 2:45pm to address a brake fluid leak. This tall slim guy straight up made excuses not to look at it and told me to take it somewhere which I did and turn out it was a damage brake line cause by another mechanic who installed my brake pads. Anyways it was replaced and fixed in 30 mins. Firestone in Selma, Al are lazy, weak, hood ghetto and should be shut down.

Definitely my first and last time coming here dude gives me attitude and all I asked was for an oil change and yells because I barely could hear him and it took everything in me to not lose my mind

This is the sorriest excuse for a Firestone that ever existed. Years ago they were pretty decent. They have The Big Head now. About a year ago, I had the pleasure of putting my own air in my tire while they stood. They didnt even have the decency to show me how to use it. They have the monopoly in Selma and they do as they please.

This is the worst firestone in the existence of car service I dropped my car off at 7:45 this morning and I was 3rd in line, it’s 3:30 in the evening and I’m still waiting on my car. This is the sorriest car service place in the world. I will NEVER come to this firestone EVER again !!!!

This is the worst Firestone I have ever been to. Been here since 7:30 was told the technician wouldnt be here till 8 and was supposed to be here at 7:30. All we need done is a patch on our flat tire and we are also from out of town. I would not recomend this place to my dog. Sorry service.

I live in Atlanta and never been to this location of Firestone. I was dismayed to learn that the current manager, Chuck Johnson, relocated to Selma earlier this year. I have trusted Chuck with vehicles while he was in Atlanta for 10 years. Hes honest and knowledgeable - the main two MUST HAVES in a mechanic.I highly recommend any shop that has Chuck Johnson in a leadership role. He is top notch.

I have been coming to this firestone at least 10 yrs, and it have went from good to bad back to good. I believe because off new ownership, right now they have great service and friendly service representative. Keep up the good work, l will return!.

Showed up for a scheduled 11am appointment on 5.8.2020 after driving 30 minutes to get there. Was asked to reschedule after arriving. There was no call ahead of time asking me to reschedule. Very unprofessional on there part. Have used Firestone in Pelham Al. many times with no issues but the one in Selma Al has a long way to go before it will ever earn my business again.

Poor customer service

I had an appointment for an oil change and yet my wait was over an hour with 3 people ahead of me. A curtious call before my appointment to let me know or see if I wanted to reschedule would have been appreciated. They seriously need more communication skills.

The wait was rather long. They were short on workers. Did enjoy chatting with other.

Even though, I booked online for a change of oil at 1pm yesterday, I left the car till 6pm and they didn’t get in to. And not even sorry

Time consuming

Worst ever experience in getting new tires. Spent over 16 hours at Firestone. They ordered wrong tires, they couldnt get tires balance. Had to pay another company to balance the tires. I wish you could give no stars. Manager was nice enough, but still experience was TERRIBLE

Talk with sales representative on Friday, stated that particular tire was in stock. Drove 30 miles on Saturday to get the tire, stood in line 1hr only to be told the tire was not in stock and wont be available until the following Tuesday. Now Im without a tire and without a ride. Employees were cursing at one another and being very disrespectful to each other show poor customer service. I do not recommend this Firestone to anyone!!!

I have been here since 10:45 and it is 1:01 p.m. not even halfway finish what a shame.

Had to sit from 9am to 2 pm to long they dont have enough good help they said then the head corporate office needs to help them out i plan do other stuff they never said it might be late before we get to it been there 2 in my life time an niw i no why office lady never put a happy face on at all took her time doing everything i like to give review when i ask if my truck was ready got to put on windshield wipers which took for every when i ask how long it would be oh about 5 minutes i ask what ya dont have any no we have some butt i keep hearing the man keep calling someone an asking where there where at he needed them now again after hearing this he said no we have some about 5 minutes all this time i been watching my truck an no one came out till i said well if you dont have them i can leave them off an go somewhere else oh we have some just got to have some one put them on he was lying like hell because i seen the girl came in with them in her hand an handed right to him

2 people works at the same job, but each one give you different timing, I call and ask how long would it take to do something, he said hour to hour and a half, I said that good for me, but are you sure itll be hour and a half max he said yea with a (sigh) I said sorry but I have to make sure bcuz I gotta leave the town after 2 hoursSo I close my shop, called somebody to leave his job, and when I got there(only took me 5 minutes to get there after the call)The lady tells me 2 hours I said thats ok even thou he said some else but are you sure in 2 hours..naaah 2 hours the least.!!!!!!!!Really!! Ya just wasted my time and the other guy and then when u talk to herShe say u didnt talk to me you talked to him!!! What a childish business is that?
