I got a nail in my tire and expected to buy at least one, if not two new ones. The techs at Les Schwab Selma were able to take out the nail and patch my tire for no charge. I wanted to give them something for the trouble. I appreciate their service.

Ive been a customer for a few years now and all I can say is, I have no regrets. I understand tires arent cheap but if you are gonna spend that type of money it better be worth it. With Les Schwab I know it is, great customer service, amazing professional help and care for your car. I had too many flat tire incidents but thankfully they are cover by guarantee and I can go to any location and have it fix for free. The financing they offer makes it even better, no more waiting until the next paycheck.

I recently bought 2 new tires at les schwabIn Selma CA, I was given a total amount to which I agreed to pay. After the job was completed I drove my car and noticed that the sensor light was on, I immediately called the store and was told to take the vehicle back to the store and they would reset the trouble light because sometimes it wouldnt reset the first time, when I finally had time to take the car back, a young lady told me that I would have to pay an additional $22.50 in order to reset the trouble light. How is that fair ????

Purchased 4 tires. Went in with no appt as had a flat tire. Customer service rep at front desk was very helpful, explained their procedure, provided prices and services available for the purchase. Service tech was quick and friendly.

My tire was low, worried I had picked up a nail or something and took it in to be checked. Made an appointment, but when I came back for the appointment I waited 45 minutes and no one was working on it yet. I decided to have someone pick me up. Later I received a call to say no nail was found, the rotation I requested was complete and that he put 35 pounds of pressure in each tire. When I went down the road, one tire read 51 psi. I pulled over took out my tire Guage to double check and yes it read at 51 psi also. I proceded to let some out. What was really going on????

This location is amazing, their team is kind and helpful! No matter what the job they have a smile on their face and a pep in their step! Oscar has helped me a few times and is always a delight, Claritza has also helped me out, she is great at making customers feel good about coming in!

They try to sell you warrenty without even asking if you want it. And its $200+ for this warrenty depending on the tires. Also they upcharge $150 dolors per wheel if you want other brands they dont carry. They wanted to charge me $350 a tire when i saw the same tire for under $200 at other places. They tried selling me there named brand but when i refused that brand they try to scalp the price on the brand i wanted. A total of $600 they wanted to scam. Dont go here!

This was my third vehicle at this location. Every time I come here I get great service. Aaron was very knowledgeable and courteous. Staff was helpful and friendly!

Was very disappointed in this les schwab. They close @ 6pm and i got there @ 5pm. And got turned away from getting my tires rotated and balanced. Due to a bad vibration in my front end. Was told they dont have time. Personaly if it were me in there working due to it being a safety issue and it is there tires on my vehicle, every effort available would of been met. To ensure the customer drove away from my store.

Not very good, this is the second time this month i have had a problem with les schwab,1 a damage flat r front tire 2 nail in rt fron tire was told there was 2 people with with appointments ahead of me and to come back or make an appointment, #1 was on the side of free way with a bad r front tire was told couldnt get too me for at least 3 hrs,was turned over to Fresno and the operator said they did not know where the service trk was at and would get back to me in time this was 430pm free way 41.

Ive been a regular customer here couple of years now.. idk about you idk many places where they pretty much run to you in the parking lot to greet you and answer your questions right there n then.. They always very professional,courtesy,and always trying to make sure they do the job right the first time.. A place to go get tires when needed, alignment with balance on tires, you need appointment to get you in and out??

Have had some issues with this Les Schwab the last few times. When it was first up & running, it was AMAZING. Now I feel like every time I come in, Im bothering them. The last & final time I went in, they wanted to sell me 4 new tires for over $1k, when I just asked if they could fix or replace the tire with the nail in it. They said/recommended me to buy a whole new set. Of course I dont have this kind of money to spend right now. So I went somewhere else where they replaced the 1 tire with the nail & when I asked if the other tires were bad, they responded with no & that theyre good for at least 2 more years. Would rather go to smaller shops that appreciate their guests & are honest with me.

Was one of the first one here at the selma location just to patch up my tire. I just brought the tire by itself and its already been 45 minutes waiting. Lets see how much longer...

Went in to get an oil change and break pad ls replacement. Ended up with olny an oil change due to the shop wanting to change the calipers because ( this is how you are supposed to change your break pads) additional charge $600. They could not explain why they need to do that only for becase its warranty for them. They are only 6 years old with no damage and no leaks. First time they are ever going to be changed from a 1st time owner with only 85,000 miles on them. Not worth the the service of they are only a part changers

Needed new tires, bad!! Went there because its in town, had tires I liked and had a fair price. The staff is very friendly, quick and efficient. They did recommend a few repairs that I needed but did not pressure me to get them then and there, and just recommended when I had time to do it. All was done very fast and all went well, highly recomend!

My car was completed when promised. They have a cool comfortable waiting room with plenty of space to social distance. They were through but they didnt do anything else to jack up the cost. I would not have known if the rear was out of alignment, so they could have very easily said it was out too; but they were honest and only did the work that was needed. I would definitely recommend them for alignment that is all I had done

The service is terrible, I bought 4 wheels and waited 40 minutes for someone to come and pick up the car, I saw an empty seat, but no one worked, guys work faster in other services, its terrible. ..such a great country, and we have problems with the service, its a shame

Went in for a brake inspection, liked the quote so set the appointment with the technician for front brake replacement (quote A05578803). The Thursday before our Saturday appointment I called Les Schwab to confirm my appointment and add an oil change to the brake replacement. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. I asked to confirm my appointment and she told me that I had to check online and would have received a confirmation number when I set the appointment. I explained that I made the appointment in person and just wanted to confirm my appointment time. She proceeded to talk over me and told me to go on line several times. Due to a lack of curtious customer service, I asked to speak to someone else. I sat on hold for 12 minutes, hung up and called back. Now frustrated, I explained myself again to the new person on the line and still couldnt get the help I needed..which was just to confirm my Saturday appointment time. I canceled my appointment.

Im so glad that the two other auto shops I took my car to refused to work with my warranty insurance, they did me a huge favor because It led me to Les Schwab! As soon as I called I was assured they would work with me and my warranty insurance and to bring my car in. It was the best experience from start to finish! Antonios customer service is top notch! He kept me in the loop every step of the way and handled everything with my warranty insurance so that i didnt have to. I literally wont take me car anywhere else from now on! I was blown away that customer service like that still existed! Thanks Antonio for turning a stressful situation into a smooth one!

250 miles from nowhere and my trailer tire needed air. I went to Les Schwab and asked for some air. They took the tire off of my trailer, found the nail, patched it and sent me on my way... in 20 minutes for no charge. And, they were already busy. Fast and friendly.

We were visiting family from out of state when we had to drive through debris from an accident and got a bolt stuck in our tire. We stopped in to Les Schwab to see if they could patch it. Everybody we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. We were very pleasantly surprised when they told us it was free of charge. If we lived here, we would definitely be back.

I tried to get the tires on my car rotated today and there was a 2 hour wait just to get them rotated. When I bought the tires I was told I didn’t have to make an appointment and just walk in. Well today wasn’t the case. If I would have known I had to make an appointment I would have called and not drove all of the way to Dinuba. I’m not from this are. Very upset!

Hit a pothole and knew this location was close by. First time to this location and they treated me the way I have become accustomed to by Les Schwab. Even though I got there close to them closing, they stayed a little past closing to get me situated and back on the road.

Took my car in to get the tires rotated and brought in two tires that had gone flat on another car, which we did not purchase through them. We asked them to patch up the leaking tires while telling them the tires were not on warranty and they did it free of charge.The first auto repair shop of any kind that has greeted me before walking into the building asking how to help, and it was done with a smile.Although they could have tried to sell me on a new brake job, insisting they needed to be replaced because of the squealing brakes, they didnt.Super happy with each experience and looking forward to enjoying more of their excellent customer service!

Great service at this location! Nice, roomy, waiting room, vending machines that took ApplePay and a popcorn and coffee machine as well. For someone that knows nothing about cars and hasnt always been the best at vehicle maintenance, I received helpful but not pushy recommendations. Will be taking my car back soon to get two more tires from here.

I hate to leave a bad review but here it is. I bought 2 back tires for my SUV in November. They were recommended for my vehicle. So when I went in for the front tires to be replaced in May I got the same brand. I have had problems ever since. Out of balance on 3 separate times and the ride is extremely rough. When I took it back the third time I was told they arent that great quality of tires. Well that wouldve been really nice to know before I bought them. I was recommended the tire so I figured it would work. I was very wrong. So now I will be getting them replaced somewhere else after spending money to have them put on.

Showed up before opening time and a guy was outside setting up, but he (Dan) stopped what he was doing and came over to greet me. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was asked more than once if I can be helped by other staff. Very clean store. My parts were in stock and work is getting done in no time.

Went there yesterday... The employee who helped us was great.He tried to help us with replacing our 14 wiper blade. But had to go to Toyota to get part.But he did check all my tires when I asked him and made sure we had the correct air pressure. Thanks to him that stupid orange light about tire pressure went out.Thank you!

Women buy tires too! When I went in to get a quote on some tires, the salesman answered my questions, but looked at my father the entire time. When we walked out of the store, my dad even commented that he was confused as to why the salesman kept looking at him when I was the one buying the tires and asking the questions. I was pleased with price and the time in which the tire installation was completed--tires were installed while my dad was at the doctors office across the parking lot. When I went back to my car, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that it was unlocked. Leaving the door unlocked is unacceptable.

Went to nissan of selma where I purchased my vehicle a year a half ago for an oil change. I left with notes of things need to be done to my vehicle about $800+ worth. I was pretty bummed with what needed to be done all at the same time. For instance my brakes were making noises so Nissan told me I needed to have them replaced. They also said I had a nail in my tire that was not replaceable so I needed a new tire. Then I needed to have my battery plus and negative wires replaced because they were corroded. I wanted to see my price options so I brought it to les Schwab and they informed me that my brakes were good still just needed to be cleaned of dust which they did for FREE!! Then also cleaned my corroded battery for FREE and fixed my tire with a complimentary flat tire repair!! Man I can not thank these guys and girl who also helped me save some big money. Definitely have my trust and will be back when my car really needs the work!! Oh and I was in and out within 30 45 mins which is awesome for a walk in. Thank you les Schwab.

Well I asked for a patch on tire and alignment. got the alignment and a bunch of up selling but I still have nail in my tire...there is still tread definitely not bald and my invoice says they fixed it....thats why you get 2 stars...the staff is nice but overall NOT happy

I purchased four new tires on my Prius. I specifically asked for high mileage efficiency tires. The guy sold me the most expensive tires and after doing several tests. My mileage went down from 51mpg to 44mg on the exact same roads at the exact same speeds 1-2 days after the tire change. Im curious how 2 original factory Prius tires plus 2 used $15 tires did 51mpg, and now its suddenly 7mpg worse. Bad alignment? Rainy day? Im still trying to figure this out.

I had all 4 breaks and rotors replace in the end of July of this year and was charged a little less than $750!! 4 1/2 months later I started having issues with a loud grinding noise with one of the tires. I took my car to a little hole in the wall place here in town, soon as the tire came off, the brake wasnt properly installed and the brake ended up barely hanging on. I had to pay someone else to fix the mistake. Explore all other alternatives before spending an arm and a leg for terrible service.
