I went to the GNC in Selma, Ca. to purchase a multi vitamin. The employee, Freddie, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. I would definitely go back.

Customer service is great and they take their time to explain. Also they guve other option for you to feel comfortable of what you are buying.

Customer service at the Selma location is strange. There was one guy and one girl working there when I was browsing. She just seemed to stand in place in the back area while he was ringing up a small family. I am very clearly disabled, and nobody even bothered to ask me if I needed help finding anything. And I probably would have made a purchase if one of them would have helped me find what I was looking for.The only other issue is the prices are pretty ridiculous for a lot of the items. If you know what the ingredients are, youll see a lot of the price is based on the label(Like designer clothes).Next time I wont bother with GNC. Ill shop online where I can dictate my customer experience and not get ignored by the employees when I need them.

They have a lot of different products and thats awesome. But u need to do ur homework first. Google what u want to buy first; so when u get to the store u only buy want u really want. If u go blind they will try to sell u just the expensive items. But overall its a great store
