Shoppers Food & Pharmacy is a good place to go. Good selection of everything. Very good prepared meals. Limited wine selection. A go to place versus other food grocery stores

This place is garbage. Yes they are convenient for those of us who live right up the street and and dont feel like dealing with Walmart. That being said they are always out of something. The lines are not open after 730 sometimes. Forcing you to use self checkout, youre lucky if someone bags your groceries if you have a cart full of stuff. Not having lanes open in maryland is illegal especially if the store is open. In Maryland, a store is to have all services available (customer service, manned lanes) while being open even if its 24/7. I will be calling management about this issue also. Ive tried to give them the benefit of doubt but they havent cleaned up their act. Go to the shoppers in millersville or another grocery store to do serious shopping...this aint it.

I often visit in this Shopper while in my entire life I’ve never seen that much reduced items’s price in the shoppers. Today I visited in this store. I saw 50% to 60% on sale, but why? I felt exultation with confusion. I thought, somewhere part of the store going to maintain and they gonna add others. When I entered I saw the bakery side included meats, vegetables, and fruit items were almost empty but other sides were still busy. My guess was almost matched, then I start to picking up some items that time I met an employee. I asked to the employee about the reduced price, the employee told at me, this location is going to close for ever. I felt, what? Than I told the employee, we are not enough for you to stay here? Answer at me, you can visit at other locations. I replied thank you. Still I had to pick up some others. When I continuing to picking up others then I felt why not see an 100% sale on the occasion of removed a store, it is not comparable with being service, so I felt sorrow, still I’m feeling it. However I confidence about the customer is important until in that edge the business doesn’t losses their happiness🙏🙏🙏

Love this store. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Its your normal supermarket for the most part. The sale prices are cheaper than others and they have a discounted item section where you can get all kinds of things crazy cheap. I would highly recommend shopping here or at least checking it out.

It’s convenient and close to our house but the selection and quality at this specific store is poor. I have gotten expired food multiple times as I think the turnover rate is low due to customer volume. Be careful and check dates before you buy anything.

Stopped in here for a few things on my way home. There was a nice gentleman outside raising money for homeless and disabled vets - nice that he was able to do that here. The store itself is very clean, spacious, well lit and well organized. They even have a pretty large salad bar with a modest selection of hot food items as well so I nabbed some cheese sticks (yum). Only had a few items so I went to the self check out. Id totally forgotten that one of the items I grabbed had a dollar off coupon on it but the self check out attendant, Rachel, noticed and came over to process the coupon for me without me even having to ask! I was so pleasantly surprised by this above and beyond moment when she wowed me even further by going ahead and bagging my groceries as well. What a superstar!! Ive never had such superb service at a grocery store. Lovely little spot that Id definitely recommend thanks to Rachels proactive attentiveness.

James, the manager, is always helpful and nice. Everyone is nice. Best selection of fruits and vegetables around! Great seafood Dept

I Love the variety of noodles here....its just a convenient store for me to shop especially for some international foods...Ive always loved shoppers...

I want to say they have good fried chicken but I cant. When my wife went to get 20 pieces but they would not make any more even when they already had 10 prepared. The young man at the deli was polite but the meat guy was rude saying they needed at least 24 hours notice. That would have been okay if he had spoken to her directly but he did not look at her and only shouted the information at the deli helper. So, we went to Royal Farms where we were in and out with our 20 pieces in less than 5 minutes.

Its my go to in effort to avoid the Walmart. I try to shop during off times, when most arent grocery shopping, and multiple times theyve been out of ground beef, rough looking peppers, 1 cashier with a long line and 4 self checkouts with a line. Other than that they typically have what I need with fair prices

One of the employees was carelessly pushing the carts back to the store while I was inside and hit my car while my kids and another family member where inside. The dents and scratches on my vehicle didnt seem like too much damage according to Dave, the manager on duty. Im not one to fuss about my car, however, it is hard to open the door on the drivers side and it now makes a loud knocking noise when I open. I was told by Dave that someone would be calling me the next day and it has been three days, no phone call. My family member said that it didnt seem like the employee was even going to stop and the employee never even apologized to me. There were literally ten cars in the parking lot and my vehicle was hit and another one parked opposite of me was damaged worse than mine.

Great place for reasonably priced food and great costumer service.

Its about average for a grocery store. The selection is okay, but after buying a couple expired oddball items (hummus and mozzarella cheese), I started checking expiration dates for everything and was unimpressed. The good news is as long as you keep an eye out for that, you should find they keep everything in stock most of the time. Not a place Id recommend if youre trying to get fancy meats (e.g. bacon stuffed hamburgers) or cheeses (e.g. brie).

Blew my mind with the freshes best size crab legs i havent seen in awhile yes its a short review yes not talking about anything else i simply stop in and seen them lol . Had to get 4 pounds . Judge the stop at your own visit i didnt walk around . Simple review on what i bought . They were awsome great tasting like they should be .

This is one of the largest shoppers in the area. They always have a great selection and this one never seems terribly crowded. Plenty of decent parking as well.

Have to say that the cashier who checked me out was rude and also disrespectful. Said hi no acknowledgement, then asked how are you again nothing .l also think she was either a lead or manager because she was nasty to a employee when she said she would check a price for her. The cashier literally grabbed the item from her and said give that to me. Overall a nasty woman. Not sure I would go back if the other cashiers are ignorant.

Girl at self check out was nice,manager James was nice,only had 2 large packs of chicken wings (no Im not black) and they didnt have the snack I wanted

The only thing I really have to say about this store is that the lines are extremely long. It doesnt matter what time of month it is, the first of the month last of the month it really doesnt matter the lines are ridiculous.I feel as though shopping should hire more cashiers or they should at least open more lines cuz I mean they only have about 25 registers in the building.

Well this stote saved my life. I was going through a bitter divorce when I pulled up on this Shoppers. I walked in and headed straight to the wine. I was so depressed that I popped open the bottle right there. As I set on the ground drinking on my 3rd bottle of red wine, loss prevention walked up on me. I explained that I had plenty of moolah on me and that I just divorced my then wife. As I began to cry the loss prevention worker grabbed my hands and said a prayer with me. At that very moment I began to stop crying and almost instantly forget about the woman who got pregnant by not only my father but my brother as well. Thanks Ralphiomo for guiding me to the light.

Decent Store but two seperate evenings i have been in here the alarm at the front just keeps beeping and beeping. What the heck is going on ?? talk about annoying makes me not want to be in the store.

Used to be great then wal mart moved next door. Less choices, higher prices, forced self service. I quit this place and drive 6 mile to go to Aldis! I LOVE ALDIS! !!!

There are plenty of places to shop and buy groceries. Cashier at this store should recognize that when they are rude to customers. If customers stop shopping here they wont need you and you wont have a job.

Decent place but weird layout

Staff not very friendly. Out of about 10 ppl....1 person spoke and asked If I needed help. And she was in the seafood section. So kudos to her. Barbara at checkout was NOT very friendl. I told her I was gonna step outside the register and grab a soda. Her response was WHAT. Smh I wasnt greeted nor was I greeted with a smile nor did she speak when I said hello. I know we all have bad days and I deal with patients all day so I get it. Sometimes you gotta fake it til you make it. Meaning smile and greet people and give good customer service until you are off that clock. Sorry Barb you were having a bad day or maybe you hate your job. I didnt choose it or put you on register so dont take it out on me or others. Hope your days gets better.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!LAST NIGHT, I WENT TO SHOPPERS FOOD WAREHOUSE ON QUARTERFIELD ROAD IN MARYLAND THE YOUNG LADY AT THE SEAFOOD COUNTER (DENEA) WAS IN THE PROCESS OF SHUTTING DOWN THE SEAFOOD COUNTER. BUT WHEN I WALKED UP AT 7:30PM, EVENTHOUGH SHE HAD ALREADY TURNED OFF THE OVENS.......SHE TURNED THE OVENS BACK ON SO SHE COULD STEAM SHRIMP FOR ME! SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO SATISFY ME (AS A CUSTOMER)!! WHAT EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Wasnt happy with this store prices were higher than Faint. I am handicapped, needed a handicapped riding cart and there were none available. This happens all the time. I wont be returning here to shop.

This place is going downhill I used to shop there all the time but now every time I look for for it they have stopped selling it cashiers upfront that are supposed to be bagging your groceries at the self-service Isles are always carrying on the dairy dept always has out of date items I bought sour cream and it had already been opened
